Aunque no la usamos, la zona de la cafetería es poco atractiva, quizás podrían iluminarla y actualizarla.

The hotel internal noise is very loud. Loud doors, loud furniture scraping along the floor both from guests and housekeeping. Impossible to sleep past 8 am or a day time nap.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026We had no realised that our room would only have a tiny balcony which was too small to sit out on. As the hotel only has very few rooms that have balconies with seating etc. we could not upgrade until the second week.
We were disappointed initially not to have had a balcony with seating. We would have enjoyed a proper pool or other hotel bar which was open for more hours but there were plenty very near by.

Muy limpio , y están cambiando colchones , uno nuevo perfecto , el otro más deteriorado. Buena opción para un par de noches, pero por no más de 70/80€. Cerquita de la playa, aunque de vuelta hay una buena subida .
Para su precio , todo correcto ; solo terminar de cambiar todos los colchones y cambiar almohadas, son una tortura .

La habitación estaba sucia . La TV era muy pequeña para un cuarto tan grande . El precio por noche es muy caro y no incluye nada ni desayuno ni parking . A parte que el hotel debería de bajar los precios , ya que no vale el precio que ponen . Se escuchaba absolutamente todo del pasillo y de los cuartos de al lado.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026It’s very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and very cozy, there is everything you need. Workers are friendly and speak English well. Breakfasts are nice, there is similar food every day but it’s enough for morning meal. There is a nice pool you can use any time. Rooms look better than on the pictures, very big and nice bathrooms :)

Falta de personal que sepan atender a las personas No saben cuidar las estancias de las personas. Cuando una persona llega y son dos personas y luego te dicen al otro día que solo tienen registrado una persona no dos que se puede decir. A quien se le puede culpar al cliente no al que hizo el chekin. Buena historia pasamos una semana malisimo

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We upgraded to a superior room, and I'm glad we did because this gave us a large terrace with sunloungers, table & chairs and views of the sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly - they really couldn't do enough for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate - with daily cleaning of the hotel rooms if you wanted it. The location was amazing for a beach stay - just 2 minutes if that to the beach! There is a wonderful Breakfast Cafe just outside the hotel caller Brekker... I strongly advice that you go to this place on your first day because you will continue to go; I have never been to a better breakfast place in my life EVER!
The hotel is up-hill from the beach, so people with limited mobility would find it difficult. Don't bother choosing breakfast as an option; the breakfast was very poor, even from a continental breakfast point of view - I understood it was cold meats & cheese and fruit, but there was not even an hard boiled egg in sight, and the fruit was just whole fruit and most of it was under ripe - not even cut up for you to have as a fruit salad with yogurt - for €8.50 a day you are really better off going elsewhere. The pool is lovely, and gets sun until about 6pm, and there is a pool bar BUT it is hardly ever open. My mother and I would go back to the pool from the beach at 3pm each day but the pool bar wouldn't open until about 5pm... what is the point of that? We could get drinks from the main reception (and again the staff were amazing) but you can only access the main hotel from via lift from the pool, and who wants to do that when they're on a sunlounger?

Broodbeleg ook minimaal . Zeker niet te vergelijken met het recente bezoek aan een hotel in Duitsland . Locatie van hotel is goed , niet ver van zee .
Op zich een mooie slaapkamer met badkamer . Alleen Matras is erg hard en het kussen erg plat . Helaas , dit kon men niet veranderen/verbeteren .

Respan pojat olivat saapumisillalla todella mukavia. Käytäntö oli toisenlainen. Olimme maksaneet kaksi yötä joihin kuului aamiainen. Toisena päivänä ovikortti ei toiminut ja kun menin respaan, niin sanoivat että toista yötä ei ollut. Kuitti todisti toisin kuten heidän järjestelmä myös. Aamiaiset piti kuulua hintaan mutta ekana yönä meille sanottiin että ne ei kuulu hintaan. Maksoin yhden asmiaisen joka maksoi 9,5 eur. Oli todella suppea.

Juice fruit cereal yogurt meats cheese breads and croissants. . Reception staff are most professional and friendly. Hotel is good value. Near beach..40 steps up to entrance. Lots of good restaurants. I highly recommend Pipo...Great staff and gear value.
Pool tiled area needs ro be cleaned tiles repaired and plaster work restored. Pool itself was OK. Loungers needs to be cleaned. This area needs updating as it let's hotel down.

We booked breakfast, but it was the worst breakfast we have ever. had, only ham,cheese,salamy some fruit,yogurt normal breads etc. they started to remove everything at 10.25 and the coffee machine was stopped. The supervisor was not a very friendly person, so we only had one breakfast and no more The pool bar opened as and when and there was a charge for extra ice. The upstairs bar was never maned, the receptionist had to come and serve. The sum loungers are quite dangerous, my husband had a bad cut from the blue sun loungers at arm level,very sharp

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Hotel muito bom, com uma localização fantástica. Os funcionários são todos simpáticos e sempre prestáveis. Os quartos são bons e têm tudo o que precisamos. O pequeno-almoço é ótimo e a variedade é suficiente. A relação custo-benefício é excelente.
A piscina também é muito boa, mas necessita de mais equipamento de apoio.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Les employés toujours serviables, disponibles, s'assurent que tout se passe bien. L'hôtel proche de la plage, des commerces, emplacement idéal. Accessible en bus et tram depuis l'aéroport. Piscine d'eau douce. Chambre pourvue de nombreux rangements. Vue sur la mer depuis ma chambre du 6ème étage.
Le manque de civisme et de respect d'autres voyageurs. Exemple : Son du téléviseur très fort jusqu'à plus de 2h du matin (je n'ai rien dit les 2 premières nuits) le personnel a constaté les nuisances depuis le couloir et dans ma chambre. Il est intervenu, a dû appeler le client par téléphone, car le son était tellement fort, qu'il n'a pas entendu l'employé toquer plusieurs fois à la porte.

Staff were rude and lied about my husband being abusive when this was not true and not only asked him to leave but also myself when I was alone and vulnerable with no where else to go will certainly not be returning to this hotel ruined my holiday and really affected my mental health with the way I was treated.

Se nos acabaron los purés caseros para el bebé, y como son los únicos que come, pedimos a un hotel de la misma organización que estaba cerca si nos podían hacer un puré, al precio que fuera. Aunque les dijimos que el bebé no estaba comiendo, nos contestaron que no tenían tiempo para hacer un puré. Pasamos por este hotel en días posteriores (en horas pico del medio día) y, sorpresa, para estar en la calle fumando las cocineras, si tenían tiempo.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Lo que más nos gustó fue el baño de la habitación, ya que estaba muy limpio (en general, está muy limpio todo) y era muy amplio. Además, el check-in nos dejaron entrar antes al llevar un bebé, sino no hubiéramos podido.
El mobiliario está bastante anticuado, creo que es necesario hacer un lavado de cara al hotel. Además, el personal (a excepción de dos muchachos jóvenes de recepción y una trabajadora de limpieza) es un poco frío y el check- in podría ser antes de las tres, ya que luego te piden dejar la habitación entre las once o doce. Tampoco nos gustó que no haya servicio de restauración para las comidas y cenas, ya que al tratarse de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, debería tenerlo

Para ir al hotel tienes que subir un montón de escaleras,la limpieza era justa pusimos el bañador en la barandilla del balcón y se puso blanco del polvo que tenía la terraza estaba llena de arena,un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede faltar unas sillas con una pequeña mesa en la terraza para sentarse,tampoco había tendedor cosa que creo que es fundamental cuando vas a un viaje a la playa,teníamos que colgar las toallas y bañadores en la barandilla del balcón y rezar para que no cayeran abajo con el aire que hacía pagar 5€ por día por la caja fuerte me parece excesivo cuando en otros hoteles con menos estrellas te la ponen gratis,no dejaron ni un peine o un cepillo de dientes cuando en otros con menos estrellas es lo primero que encuentras al pasar al baño,el hotel era correcto pero para tener 4 estrellas estaba muy justo
