Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Un établissement très agréable et remarquablement situé. L'hôtel, très confortable, est doté d'un charme presque désuet et d'un personnel féminin charmant.
La personne chargée de décorer la chambre 10 devrait changer de métier, les murs gris bleu satin et les boiseries gris métal sont laids mais l'ensemble est très propre.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Hotel tres propre, bien implanté, , excellent petit déjeuner, toutes les chambres sont équipées d’un balcon situé sud-ouest avec vue sur la ville très pratique également pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, cet hôtel est équipé d’un parking fermé d’une haie,d un ascenseur et de son restaurant. Tout le personnel est exceptionnel , aimable, serviable à l’écoute de vos besoins . Merci pour l ´accueil.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, der Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel, im Hotel gibt es ein sehr gutes preiswertes Restaurant, das Frühstück sehr gut, das Zimmer Nr. 10 im 1. Stock hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Liegestühlen.
Als Wunsch hätte ich gerne einen Kühlschrank oder Mini-Bar, dann könnte man die Terrasse am Abend mit einem guten Wein noch mehr genießen 🍷

Had to move room due to noise from adjacent room with very drunk guest. Had to cancel dining in horel as same drunk guest now in situ abd still being served. Unacceptable and spoiled my stay.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Le plus est que l’hôtel soit situé en plein centre ville. Nous apprécié la gentillesse et disponibilité de tout le personnel. Le petit-déjeuner était suffisament copieux 😋. Nous y serions restés quelques jours de plus si nos emplois du temps nous l’avaient permis. Nous envisageons déjà d’y retourner.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Great central location and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were able to store our bicycles securely for us overnight. The room was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. Really good shower and bathroom.
It would have been nice to have a kettle and some tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The patio area outside was not attractive and there were no chairs or anything which is a shame as we would have liked to sit out overlooking the town below.

La chambre est lugubre. Éclairage très pauvre. Et, surtout la literie est très inconfortable. Un gros creux au milieu du rapprochement des 2 lits. L'accueil a été limite. On vous tend la clé, on vous indique l'escalier, sans même se lever du desk. Un monsieur (manifestement de l'hôtel) est arrivé, il s'est accoudé sur le desk, juste à côté de moi. merci pour la confidentialité. Lorsque j'ai exprimé mon mécontentement quant à la literie : "on en prend note". Aucune excuse, ni même une esquisse d'empathie. Le petit déjeuner est indigent. Des clients ont été de réclamer des petits pains supplémentaires.

pas de prise proche du lit dommage ! Pas grand chose pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain, autour de lu lavabo pas beaucoup de place, la trousse de toilette tient à peine. La clé est très lourde à transporter dans le sac à main

De ne pas avoir de douche comme je l'avait demandé mais la personne de l'accueil à trouvé une solution pour être sûre dans la baignoire

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Excellent location in the centre of town. The room had a balcony overlooking the fountain roundabout, but was very well soundproofed with double glazing.
Just a minor thing - we both found the pillows very unyielding

Dated, tired decor reminiscent of a retirement home in the 1970s. Very basic buffet breakfast which needs an improvement in both portion sizes and presentation. Bed linen and towels need to be replaced - lots of pillows and fluffy towels are always appreciated and are lacking here. Hotel needs a makeover to bring charm and character.

Stayed Friday night. Have stayed here before & enjoyed their restaurant. In spite of the site boasting the restaurant was open every evening - it was closed this Friday “as always” - even the in-room information stated a 7/7 restaurant. Said info sheet also reminded customers to remember the front door code as it was closed at 10 pm - we returned at 21:35 to find us locked out. After several rings on a doorbell, I was given the code over the intercom by a rather grumpy man. Why close early??
