Le fait que l’on nous « offre une boisson » au bar et qu’une fois la commande apportée on nous dise « non ça c’est payant » en nous rapportant une nouvelle carte de boissons non payantes. J’ai donc terminé mon verre et suis parti consommer ailleurs.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Location is good because it’s close to the Hakodate Station, the trams to get the several key attractions like the museums, the tower, the Fort and the Motomachi areas with its Western history. We had the buffet breakfast for two of our three days and the servings and variety were quite good!
Room looked a bit dated in soft pink and slightly worn down like it hadn’t been renovated or updated for quite a while (10 years?) also a small space bedroom at 17sq m and not well structured for comfort with a queen bed headboard downsized into two twin beds for us that didn’t fit right and just looked very odd against the board that had minimal power plugs above the pillow/head are to manage our multiple devices. Kept hitting the plugs while sleeping so didn’t work! It felt like there was minimal upkeep and the bathroom decor and tiles were worn out and chipped and a bit dirty in the corners which made the whole room and bath area dysfunctional and less comfortable.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Excellent breakfast, comfortable room size, kind stuff and very convenient location The hotel is a little bit old, but well maintained. I really liked the breakfast. The variety was amazing and it came with a nice view.
The only exception from the well maintenance was my bathroom (I hope the issue is just with the bathroom in my room). There was a strong odour of mold as if the ventilation system was not working. It was persistent during my whole stay even after the room service which did a good job with everything else. If this issue could be fix, the hotel would be great.

Bel espace de sports au 2ème étage (billard, tennis de table, simulateur de golf, salle de squash, mini golf...), certains accessibles librement, d'autre avec une participation. Quelques boissons proposées gratuitement dans le salon au RDC. Possibilité de se garer à l'hôtel (nombre de places limitées). Sinon, nombreux parking à proximité. Bon emplacement près de la gare.

Reviewed Aug 4, 20261. 這趟旅程中住到最有年代感的一間，整體房間寬敞舒適，燈光較暗，還好回去都晚上了，休息睡覺不影響。雖然是雙床，但是床感覺是單人加大，睡起來滿舒服的！ 2. 衛浴比較老舊，不過空間寬敞。 3. 飯店一樓有備品可以自取，也有lounge提供免費的咖啡機和飲料，值得一提的是這間的汽水類飲料很好喝，汽很足，不會很像在喝糖水。 4. 地點不錯，離車站近，走路5分鐘左右。我們離開前先去函館市場吃吃喝喝，再回飯店拉行李去車站，剛剛好。 5. 值得一提的是因為我們有租車，因此有付停車費，日幣700円，有夠便宜~~~！太讚了！
看評論比較令人詬病的是因為飯店在路邊，緊鄰路面電車，有時候會聽到摩擦軌道的聲音，我們入住時有聽到，但尚可接受，就看大家對聲音是否敏感(也有可能是我們太累了較不在意)。

部屋の造りなのか分かりませんが、隣室のお客さんの『イビキ』が気になって二日目の夜は直ぐに眠ることができず辛かったです。 自分なりにベッドの足元側に枕を移して寝たり、スマホのイヤホンを着けたりと大変でした。

Your front desk employees need training in customer service. They are curt with guests, not friendly, never smile. In our hotels in Hawaii, there is always at least one employee who can speak Japanese to assist our Japan visitors. Why is that not a courtesy for American visitors to Japan? No English translation! No English speaking workers! Why not?!?!?!

Lo positivo: Este hotel me fascinó. La ubicación fue óptima: estaba a pocos metros de la estación de tren y también muy cerca del tranvía, lo cual permitía llegar fácilmente a los puntos clave de Hakodate. El hotel era muy bonito y tenía varias áreas que hacían la estadía más agradable. Contaba con un área de bebidas complementarias y una zona de estar muy cómoda y acogedora. También tenía un piso dedicado al entretenimiento, con un gimnasio que, aunque era poco funcional, se agradecía porque fue de los pocos hoteles que al menos intentó ofrecer un espacio para hacer ejercicio. Además, tenía un mini golf que nos entretuvo bastante y fue un detalle muy divertido. En el último piso había un área de bar con vistas hermosas a la ciudad. La atención del bartender fue excepcional; tomamos varios tragos y pasamos un rato muy bonito. La habitación era súper amplia, con camas grandes y cómodas, buenas cortinas para dormir bien, y un baño amplio, cómodo y funcional. Fue mi hotel favorito del viaje. Me volvería a hospedar mil veces por la ubicación, la comodidad, las vistas, las áreas comunes, el bar y la experiencia general. Lo recomendaría muchísimo para visitar Hakodate.
No tengo puntos negativos importantes. El gimnasio podría ser más funcional, pero aun así fue un detalle positivo que existiera un espacio para ejercicio.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Close to the station and the morning market, with a convenience store nearby. Although the building is old and the room is small, it was perfectly clean. The lobby has plenty of seating where the guests can enjoy free coffee and tea.
My room was facing the street and it was a bit noisy during the day, but it was quiet at night.

The rooms smelled really bad. Not dirty, just musty and old. We are generally not fussy but we couldn’t stay there. The staff showed us about 4 rooms and they all smelled the same. Took up to 2 hours to negotiate a refund from impassive staff before searching for alternative accommodation. Not a pleasant experience.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Would recommend for people who prefer to sleep on beds on the softer side. The location also really can't be beat, with the hotel placed right in front of a tram stop as opposed to surrounding hotels where you'd have to walk up for at least a few minutes. Very close to Hakodate station as well, which is ideal since I arrived via shinkansen.
The room is a little outdated and the wall behind the vanity looked like it had seen better days... but all served their purpose. The fridge was also pretty small but that's just me being nitpicky. Overall a great stay :)
