Расположение отеля, очень комфортный в общении персонал. Просторные номера, чистые. Очень комфортная ванная комната со всеми принадлежностями и прекрасным напором воды! Очень рекомендую для посещения с детьми!

Завтраки дороговаты. Понятно что дается вариативность, но столько просто не всегда нужно, иногда достаточно кофе + круассан

Wir leben in Qingdao. Wir haben uns auch in der Vergangenheit mehrfach im Hyatt Regency im Regency Club aufgehalten. Um uns zu entspannen und auch den 70 Geburtstag meiner Frau zu feiern, haben wir uns wieder für einige Tage im Regency Club entschieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, sowohl mit hohem Freizeitwert am Strand, als auch wegen der guten Verkehrsverbindung. Die Bedienung im Regency Club ist hervorragend. Die Damen Malva, Lynn, Hebe, Marilla und Amber waren stets höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten mit Ihnen sehr gut in englisch kommunizieren. Das kulinarische Angebot war auch sehr gut. Die Zimmerdame hat jeden Tag unser Zimmer bestens gepflegt. Auch das Frühstücks-Buffett ist sehr umfangreich. Dort war Cathy LI stets hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Beim Check-in wurden wir von Herrn Blake Li sehr gut behandelt. Nicht zuletzt haben alle meiner Frau einen sehr schönen Geburtstag organisiert.

В середине июня купаться комфортно, жары нет. Температура в диапазоне 23-26 градусов. У отеля нет открытых бассейнов (есть крытый, хамам и сауна) и лежаков, зато есть пляж и море в непосредственной близости. Китайцы не купаются и не загорают, хотя любят бродить и любоваться морем. Море и пляж постоянно убирают. Отель хороший во всех отношениях. Еда, обслуживание, тренажёрный зал в порядке. Европейцев практически нет. Рядом два торговых центра.

В отель Hyatt Regensy всегда приезжаю с радостным чувством встречи с радушным отношением персонала,отличным комфортом в номере, вкусным завтраком на любой запрос, возможностью восстановиться после насыщенного дня работы,посетить чудесный спа-комплекс и погулять по побережью.В очередной раз убеждаюсь, что сеть Hyatt в любой стране-это лучшее место для проживания во время командировки и отдыха!

L'emplacement est très bien, à 5 minutes à pied du métro et vue sur la grande plage. La salle de restaurant est superbe. Du petit déjeuner au dîner tout est parfait.

Nous avons signalé qu'il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre et que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La seule chose qui a été faite a été d'installer un ventilateur avec ouverture de la mini fenêtre qui était en plus cassée, ce qui l'empêchait de rester ouverte. Aucun changement de chambre, ni geste commercial nous a été proposé sur notre réservation de 3 nuits. Seulement un soit disant geste sur notre prochaine visite, qui évidemment n'aura jamais lieu...

The hotel is high end and very comfortable with a wide variety of facilities. The rooms are spacious (booked with sea view) and the beds comfortable, bathroom facilities great and the breakfast luxurious. Staff (reception, room service, breakfsat room) very friendly and certainly willing to accomodate requests. Proximity of the beach (directly accessible from the hotel) is of course an enormous bonus and the sunrise over the Yellow Sea a great experience.

Quite pricy (at least in the summer season with very high occupancy rate). Enormous amount of guests leads to waiting times at breakfast before being seated. Advice on which time slot to choose to go to breakfast would be appreciated.

Лучшее расположение с видом на море, можно гулять по набережной, несмотря на то,чо уже не сезон.Чудесно, что можно пользоваться клубным этажом!Персонал очень радушен ко всем гостям из любой страны.Завтраки очень разнообразные на любой вкус.От комфортного проживания в Hyatt вся деловая поездка оставляет прекрасные воспоминания от Циндао!Это лучший уголок Китая!

Good location

Very poor management. The air con in my room wasn’t working and it took them an hour to change my room. This is the second time I’ve had this problem at this hotel. Then they argued for 20 minutes about giving me a discount.

The hotel is located right by one of the most beautiful beaches in Qingdao – an absolutely stunning spot that makes it worth staying here. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn’t respond to my inquiry sent through booking.com, even after I followed up twice. Better communication would definitely improve the overall guest experience.

Room very spacious with very comfortable bed. Great to have a good sleep After a long journey. Great seafront location , staff very pleasant and professional. Food excellent. Great choice

WiFi was a bit patchy

The pizza machine is spoiled or there were no pizza when i stayed

This is a great hotel. On the water. Close to many things. The room was great with a wonderful view. Buy the breakfast and get the club floor as there is a great buffet at both the breakfast restaurant and the club lounge. Only issue was that they don’t turn on the ac until later in the year (which seems to be the norm in China) so my room was often 26 or 27 degrees Celsius.

Good location, direct beach access, spacious and comfortable. On the other hand, front-desk was mechanical-like response and I didn't feel heartwarming welcome from the staff. It might depend on the staff so I can't say that is the entire impression of the hotel. In the end, this hotel offers a good value for the price so I would go back again.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, the hotel condition was very good, spacious and confortable. Hotel staff were fast and efficient. The only pity is that I visited in February, it would have been much nicer during summer time, since they have a direct access to the beach. Hopefully I can go back again in the summer.

The location was amazing seaside. The hotel was superb clean, amazing services by the staff. The lounge was good and food was amazing.

Except for issues with the cooling, nothing was not to like about this hotel. But, the issue was resolved by the professional team.

Excellent place and services

Great breakfast, shopping mall nearby, subway station is also close to the hotel. Beach is fantastic! Room was good enough, clean and cozy.

Room was upgraded - instead of sea view I got large suite. It was suitable as for business, as for rest. There was good view to part of the beach. Possibility to walk on the beach - additinal pleasure. Breakfast was probably on of the best I tried in China.

Colleagues were not satisfied by restaurant - the staff was not happy with visitors in the evening and did not hesitate to express dissatisfaction with having to serve someone at 11 p.m.
