Comfortable and clean. I liked the food—it was quite varied and tasty.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk along the promenade from the Ballermann. The rooms are simple but adequate. The breakfast was okay. The pool area was nice for relaxing. If you are looking for a hotel for a party holiday, this will do. If you are looking for a quieter or more relaxing stay, I would probably look elsewhere.

The rooms could have been cleaned a little better. The breakfast room can get extremely loud. Some of the sun loungers at the pool could use replacing. Check-in was as chaotic as described by other guests, and the staff seemed quite overwhelmed.

Staff members at the reception & kitchen are amazing. If you ever need anything they will do their best to make it happen. Our stay was really enjoyable and will definitely be back again. Rooms are comfortable, view is nice, food is good, price is fair, and people are 11/10. ☺️

Prácticamente todo: - Camas incómodas y antigua. - Limpieza muy deficiente. - El AA no se podía regular, temperatura o muy frío de madrugada o muy cálida de día … - El personal de seguridad sin educación incluso tuve que poner una reclamación por Booking… - Cortinas manchadas de vómito o a saber ... - La tele súper pequeña. - La wifi no llegaba a mi habitación… En resumen un despropósito y nada recomendable.

Отдыхали с мамой в этом отеле и выбрали номер с видом на море. Остались очень приятные впечатления от отдыха! Вид из номера просто великолепный. С одной стороны — лес, с другой — море и горы. Кажется, будто находишься внутри картины. Особенно приятно было наблюдать с балкона за рассветами и закатами — это отдельное удовольствие. Отель расположен очень удобно: недалеко от пляжа, а рядом находится множество кафе, магазинов и всего необходимого для комфортного отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить кухню — она действительно потрясающая! Большой выбор блюд, всё разнообразное, свежее и очень вкусное. Думаю, здесь действительно никто не останется голодным. Персонал отеля также заслуживает отдельной похвалы. Сотрудники ресторана, официанты и персонал на ресепшене очень вежливые, улыбчивые и быстро реагируют на любые вопросы и просьбы. Благодаря этому чувствуешь себя комфортно и желанным гостем. Единственное, чему, на мой взгляд, стоит уделить больше внимания, — это уборка номеров. К сожалению, назвать номер идеально чистым было сложно. Надеюсь, в дальнейшем этому аспекту уделят больше внимания и ситуация улучшится. Несмотря на этот недостаток, я с удовольствием рекомендую этот отель для отдыха. Красивые виды, отличное расположение, прекрасная кухня и замечательный персонал оставили у нас очень хорошие впечатления. Надеюсь, что в будущем отель также улучшит качество уборки — тогда отдых здесь будет практически идеальным.

К сожалению, номер не был достаточно чистым уже на момент нашего заезда. На полу был песок, что создало впечатление, будто уборка перед заселением была проведена недостаточно тщательно. За всю неделю нашего проживания влажная уборка в номере ни разу не проводилась. На мой взгляд, это недостаток, особенно учитывая, что мы отдыхали у моря и песок в номере неизбежен. Надеюсь, в дальнейшем отель уделит уборке номеров больше внимания.

Personnel d’accueil incroyablement sympathique, souriant et à l’écoute. Ils se démènent pour bien vous comprendre et vous expliquer les choses clairement. Très serviables et professionnels. Un accueil au top ! 5 étoiles largement méritées ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Personnels du restaurant très souriant également. Femme de chambre passe tout les jours , c'est très appréciable.

Petit bémol concernant la literie. Le matelas est assez confortable, mais les oreillers sont très plats, sans maintien, et un seul par personne : deux ne seraient vraiment pas de trop ! Après seulement 3 nuits, je me suis retrouvée avec le côté droit du cou complètement tendu, au point de devoir prendre rendez-vous chez le kiné à mon retour. Les lits sont deux lits simples accolés et faits séparément, ce qui n’offre pas le confort d’un vrai lit double, dommage pour un hôtel réservé aux adultes où beaucoup de couples séjournent. Enfin, un simple drap par lit, sans petite couverture ni jeté de lit : pour les personnes qui aiment être un peu couvertes la nuit, c’est insuffisant. Quelques améliorations simples feraient vraiment la différence. Enfin, le distributeur de gel douche/shampoing était vide dès notre arrivée et l’est resté jusqu’au dernier jour, malgré le passage quotidien de la femme de chambre. Nous avons dû aller acheter du shampoing et du gel douche à la supérette.

Les repas étaient variés et bons, aucun reproche sur la nourriture, aussi bien le petit-déjeuner que le dîner. La chambre était confortable, l'isolation un peu juste mais nous avons eu des voisins calmes, c'était parfait. Tout près, la grande plage de S'Arenal et une petite plage plus intimiste derrière les bâteaux, que nous avons préférée.

Aucune boisson proposée au repas, même pas une carafe d'eau, c'est un peu mesquin ... Il faut payer les boissons, même l'eau, nous n'avions jamais fait un hôtel club qui ne proposait aucune boisson au cours du repas.

Na 5 minuta hoda od hotela nalazi se prelepa pešćana plaža. Autobus za centar Palme staje blizu hotela. Na autoputu prema centru nalaza i se tržni centar - idealan za šoping. Hrana je bila odlična.

Jedino je problem bila buka noću, jer je moja soba okrenuta bila prema ulici.Pijani prolaznici posle 02 h koji su galamili.

Hotel muy lindo, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero es lo de menos si es solo para ir a descansar, está en una buena ubicación dónde tiene muchísimos comercios alrededor, la playa cerca y a un par de minutos caminando algunas calas que son increíbles... Hay un restaurante que tiene conexión con el hotel y si se alojan allí te pueden dar un 10% de dto. en el restaurante! Las chicas en recepción son muy amables y tienen un almacén dónde te dejan guardar tus cosas (tienen taquillas también y por su uso son 2€) para después del check-out sí quieres seguir disfrutando de la playa...

El baño tiene puerta corrediza lo cuál es un poco incómodo y con poca privacidad:/ La habitación no cuenta con nevera lo cuál a veces es muy útil para mantener agua fresquita o algún alimento en el caso del verano, tampoco habían cobijas en la habitación solo las que visten la cama:(

Готель залишив в мене приємні враження, в мене були не завищені очікування, тому мені все сподобалось. Персонал привітний і люб'язний, в номері чисто. Їжа на шведському столі смачна і різноманітна, великий асортимент. До моря і пляжу відносно недалеко, близько 700 метрів, 10 хвилин повільної ходьби. Інтернет Wi-fi нормальної швидкості для звичайного користування.

Дуже тонкі стіни і погана шумоізоляція, тому якщо у когось пізне заселення або голосні сусіди, це буде заважати вам відпочивати.

Empezando por los colchones, los cuales te clavas los muelles, pésimo. Almohadas del año que se abrió el hotel, temperatura del agua de la ducha inestable, por segundos sube y baja ... No tienen servicio de picnic, pagas la pensión pero no te dan el servicio, patético, inventado por ellos. Limpiaron la habitación porque lo reclamamos y así todo.

El desayuno , el personal iba con los carros si pedir permiso y tenías que tirarte de lado literal para que no te atropellaran , me sacaron el plato sin terminar y sin preguntar , cola de 15 minutos para un café , se volco agua en la máquina del zumo y me pasaron la fregona por las chanclas otra vez sin preguntar si podía darle permiso , se que tienen mucho trabajo , yo trabajo en un hotel pero el cliente está primero siempre .... Por lo demás todo me gustó mucho .

Lo único que falta variedad de comida

Vzhledem k cenám na Mallorce v prázdninovém období vlastně obstojná cena. Za poměrně malý příplatek snídaně i večeře - švédské stoly s velmi slušným výběrem, personál jídelny je v neustálém pohybu, stihne obsloužit všechny z obou budov o pěti patrech. Strategicky výhodné místo pro průzkum ostrova. Kdosi si stěžoval na hluk, stěny jsou asi opravdu tenké, ale nikdo nás na 4. patře nijak nerušil. Pokoj účelně zařízený, denní úklid a nové povlečení a ručníky (pro mě zbytečné). Není vhodné pro někoho, komu vadí hodně lidí. U bazénu lehátka, stolní tenis, kulečník.

Téměř nemožné parkování, s trochou štěstí cca 400-500 m směrem ke kruhovému objezdu u hlavní silnice. Mám rád smažená a míchaná vajíčka, ale dělaná delší dobu a osolená :)

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We especially appreciated the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere, and the friendly and helpful staff.

However, during the last few days of our stay, there were several things that we were disappointed with. During the last two days, our room was not properly cleaned. The bed was not made, and there were not enough towels for two people, so we had to go to reception ourselves to ask for additional towels. There was also an incident with the room key. The housekeeper accidentally left her key in our room. We mistook it for our own key, and as a result, we could not get back into our room. We were also disappointed with the dessert selection during dinner. There was very little dessert available considering the large number of guests. For example, there were only two pieces of cake left. I took the last piece and waited for another one to be brought out, but unfortunately, no more desserts were added to the buffet, although we expected the selection to be replenished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we believe these issues should be taken into consideration and improved in the future.

Lo primero la habitación bien y el baño, la piscina a pesar que no me bañé muy bonita y sobre todo que debo recalcar el desayuno (en mi caso que incluía) lo máximo y recomiendo que en su estancia por lo menos la incluyan porque es buffet y muy buena comida, ubicación bien y las playa cerca del Arenal bellas, cristalinas y arena clara

El aire acondicionado, no enfría bien por lo que es industrial, consideren mejorarlo ya que eso fue lo único malo, no llega a enfriar toda la habitación o cuesta mucho para hacerlo, sin embargo recomiendo y volvería

El personal es muy amable, atentos siempre a cualquier inquietud.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien y en Agosto el calor es insoportable. Cambian las toallas a diario, pero nos dieron unas rotas.

A localização era bastante boa e, tendo em conta o preço, o quarto correspondeu às expectativas. Os funcionários da receção foram sempre educados e prestáveis, e as piscinas eram agradáveis e um dos pontos positivos da estadia.

O pequeno-almoço, apesar de bastante variado e abundante, apresentava uma qualidade pouco satisfatória. Havia algumas opções agradáveis, mas, no geral, os produtos utilizados eram de qualidade inferior. Seria preferível oferecer menos variedade, apostando em produtos mais frescos e saborosos, do que disponibilizar muitas opções com pouca qualidade. Havia algum barulho no hotel em horários pouco apropriados e, relativamente à limpeza, sentimos que era feita de forma apressada e pouco cuidada. Além disso, as funcionárias demonstravam alguma pressa para entrar e limpar os quartos, o que acabava por ser um pouco desconfortável.

Lo mejor desde luego es la ubicación , el personal agradable quitando varias personas puntuales, el resto del personal muy agradable pero se les veía a todos muy cansados

Vamos cada año a mallorca y esta vez la relación calidad precio ha dejado muchísimo que desear, la verdad no volvería a pagar esa cantidad de dinero para ese tipo de servicio teniendo en cuenta que el año pasado pagué lo mismo en otro alojamiento y la experiencia fue muy agradable. Para empezar son 2 edificios que están totalmente llenos de gente pero para los desayunos habilitan el salón de sólo uno de ellos, lo que hace que el personal esté trabajando muy agobiado cosa que es normal y que no puedas desayunar tranquilo si hay que hacer una cola de 20 personas para ponerte un café y cada vez que quieres coger algo del buffet tienes 10 personas delante , así se empieza mal el día, no te da tranquilidad. El personal de la entrada al menos quienes nos atendieron a nosotros tenían menos ganas de estar ahí que nadie, me sabía hasta mal ir a preguntar algo ... los ascensores son la cámara de los horrores, minúsculos y muy antiguos e incluso con el cristal roto, daba miedo. Uno de los días a las 8 de la mañana nos despertamos porque estábamos escuchando la conversación a gritos del personal de limpieza y si estoy pagando por unas vacaciones tal vez algún día me gustaría despertarme más tarde, para escuchar gritos a las 8 de la mañana me quedo en el trabajo. Y volviendo al tema de las comidas, si sólo se va a habilitar 1 edificio, podrían alargar los horarios ya que con tantísima gente es imposible desayunar tranquilamente si son de 8.30 a 10.30h... las cenas ni las probamos y eso que teníamos media pensión pero acabando a las 21:30h no nos daba tiempo ni a llegar, que entiendo que es la zona alemana pero también hay españoles y porque se adapten ellos a nuestros horarios y cenen un poquito más tarde no les va a pasar nada. También se echó de menos una pequeña nevera dentro de la habitación como en casi todos los hoteles las hay... en definitiva, las vacaciones muy bien como cada año, el alojamiento esta vez un fallo, yo personalmente no volveré a este alojamiento

Wir haben eine Nacht im Ona Luna Park Hotel in Arenal verbracht. Es war okay.

Nach unserem Check-Out haben wir unser Gepäck noch im Hotel im Luggage Raum versperrt. Dabei wurde mir während eines Moments, wo andere Personen den Gepäckraum betraten, meine Tasche mit Iphone, Karten und Ausweise gestohlen. Wir haben das Hotelpersonal und den Hotelmanager informiert und unmittelbar danach eine polizeiliche Anzeige des Diebstahls gemacht. Trotz Überwachungskameras im Hotel, die den Diebstahl aufgezeichnet haben, habe ich meine Sachen noch nicht zurückbekommen. So unverantwortungslos und unprofessionell, wie das Hotelpersonal uns in diesem Fall behandelt hat und der Hotelmanager gegenüber der Polizei den Diebstahl nicht ernsthaft versucht aufzuklären, ist unter aller Sau und menschenunwürdig.

Appena siamo arrivati con 38 gradi avviliti e stanchi ci hanno chiesto di fare il checkin in autonomia sul cellulare...senza parole! C'era la vigilanza fuori all.hotel sempre, erano 2 strutture una difronte all'altra con una bella piscina ma per 8 gg è stato impossibile dormire senza essere svegliati da rumori e continui casini di ragazzi che rientravano alle 5 del mattino. Forse questo è da monitorare...sono vacanze!!!!!

La habitación carecía de vistas ni terraza para tomar el aire era interior me pareció asfixiante. No me gustó nada la habitación . Solo una toalla en la habitación escasa, aconsejaría mejor servicio en ese aspecto y pondría dos.

bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja - żeby temperatura w pokoju była znośna, czyli ok. 22 stopni, klimatyzacja musiała być włączona non-stop - przez 4 dni pobytu nie udało się "zejść" poniżej tych 22 stopni, pomimo ustawienia na max chłodzenia; pokój b. mały - trzeba się było przeciskać pomiędzy łóżkiem, ścianą a biurkiem; umeblowanie zupełnie podstawowe; jedna z 2 wind na stałe wyłączona z eksploatacji a obiekt ma 5 pięter, po 27 pokoi na każdym - długi czas oczekiwania; sieć wi-fi dostępna bez hasła, za to praktycznie nie działająca - trzeba było odświeżać praktycznie co 2 min.; pokoje usytuowane w 2 budynkach, po 5 pięter każdy, i każdy wyposażony był w salę restauracyjną, niemniej czynna ona była tylko w jednym z nich; akurat byłam zakwaterowana w tym drugim ;(

La struttura è carina e ha anche del potenziale, la reception è aperta 24h e il personale è disponibile, peccato che sia totalmente invasa da tedeschi e inglesi che si ubriacano tutto il giorno e tutta la notte e sono davvero maleducati e irrispettosi verso gli altri turisti che alloggiano lì. In sostanza se il vostro viaggio è piscina e alcool e sicuramente l’hotel giusto, se siete italiani ve lo sconsiglio perché non è ciò che cerchiamo noi in una vacanza, offre pochi servizi, per lo meno la struttura è in una posizione che nel degrado che c’è non è male, con un rent di auto e moto, tabacchino, parcheggi e supermercati vicini.

La colazione è a buffet, non è il massimo ma almeno è ben fornita di tutto, vi consiglio di andare al mattino presto perché altrimenti diventa un caos

Piscine trop petite par rapport aux nombreux clients

Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht und voll von jungen Leuten war, waren die Nächte erstaunlich ruhig! Das Personal vorallem an der Rezeption war estra muy simpático!

It was quieter than I thought it would be. Staff excellent.

Would have liked a small fridge but understand why they aren’t in the rooms.

There was noise at night; even after midnight, you could hear every word through the thin walls; the guests wouldn't keep it quiet after 10:00 p.m.; money was stolen from my friend's wallet; the bathrooms weren't clean; the water wouldn't drain; there was a bad smell in the bathroom

Номера плохо убирают, постели не меняют, в ванной плесень, душ некомфортный, подушки как бревно, матрас не удобный, был таракан в номере, огромные комки пыли под кроватью, волосы на унитазе

La ubicación cerca de la parada de autobús. El personal correcto y amable. El buffet del desayuno correcto también, normal. Las camas cómodas.

Las instalaciones están bastante deterioradas... tanto los pasillos como el interior de la habitación en si y la ducha. Los ruidos de otros huéspedes, recomiendo dormir con tapones por si acaso.

The location is good,near by beach.

The shower isn't good, the temperature isn't very adjustable, most of the time the water is cold, and the air conditioning doesn't work very well.
