The place is way older than their posted pictures, so I was honestly disappointed when I saw it for the first time after getting out of the car.

The hotel is accessible and close to major malls, parks and churches. The staff is friendly as well.

They are short staff, the staff looks tired. It would have been better if there's a wifi password in the room or reception phone number just in case they forgot to gave the wifi password like ours. No floor mat in room, tiles were slippery when wet from bathroom

It was a good sized room, comfortable and very effective Aircon system. Was very refreshing. Good choice of TV/film options too at no extra costs. Good breakfast each morning and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient for all amenities too. We will go back again.

Location is really good. Close to places where you can experience local food / culture, especially during the festival month. The breakfast offered is simple but enough.

Location was great, close to a lot of attractions yet still in a quiet area. It came with free breakfast - mostly canned food but good enough.

Rooms can be kept cleaner and better lighting. It also takes quite some time for airconditioning to get cold.

The personnel was super friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing Aircon was really good.

The shower head could use some love. But thats the only negative thing I have to say.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Before booking, I highly recommend checking the reviews and photos from previous guests to help set your expectations. Overall, we had a good experience and felt that we got great value for what we paid during our two-night stay. What we loved: •The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. •The place is quiet, clean, and perfect for a short escape. •The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. •The Filipino-style breakfast setup (like a simple buffet) was a nice and unique touch for an apartelle. •They were kind enough to lend me an iron free of charge, which I really appreciated. •The location is a big plus—very near SM, the plaza, and the church, which made it convenient to get around.

What could be improved: •The building could use a little refresh—maybe some repainting to make it more inviting. •It would be helpful to have a small fridge in the room for food or drinks. •Room slippers and an iron should be standard inclusions. •Additional lighting options in the room would improve the overall ambiance. •The bathroom drainage (CR) needs to be checked, as it wasn’t draining properly during our stay.

I like that the location was close to the downtown area.. it was near SM Bacolod too! The staff was friendly and professional, they were corteous and respectful. The rooms are clean, the pillows were soft and plump.

The welding noise can be heard from the nearby machine shop even though it was near midnight na.. also, my friends had a room where the heater of the shower is not working.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly including the security guards beds were so comfortable they gave us a twin instead of a double, the room was lovely and clean with air-conditioning and the bathroom was spacious. They also provide free breakfast, juice, cereal, and hot food. The location was great for exploring the area with street food and restaurants. We would stay they again.

However, the rooms and bathroom fans above the water heater and air conditioning unit were very dirty. The air conditioner should be cleaned; it's not at all hygienic.

Breakfast was great, a decent amount of options and all of them were good. The room had an AC constantly running that after a bit of fiddling was silent yet provided adequate cold to allow us to rest. Wi-fi was decent, allowed me to communicate with work when needed as well as browsing. The staff was friendly and assisted us whenever we needed it.

The beds were too stiff for my liking.

The location is great, right in the downtown area. There was a power interruption during my stay, but thankfully, the hotel has a backup generator

I was disappointed with my recent stay, as the hotel was not as clean as it was during my previous visit before the pandemic. The bathroom tiles desperately needed a thorough cleaning—using muriatic acid could help remove the stains. As for breakfast, while it's complimentary with the room, the quality of the food was poor. I’d recommend eating outside for a better experience.

It is very near to the main streets of Bacolod like Lacson Street and also walking distance to SM Mall and other places to go.

It is quite old but well kept. It has long stairs goong to the second floor. I have to carry up and down my golf set which was quite heavy but good thing hotel male staff help me carry my set.

Excellent value for the money. This place has a simple yet filling breakfast. Refillable coffee and juice/water. Nice beds. Netflix/Youtube, and good wifi. The staff is so helpful. I highly recommend this property, and will be bqck.

the room is dark and small. air conditioning very load and awkward, no possibility of opening the window because other air conditioners would blow hot air in my room. there was no real window, the view was another wall at less than a meter away..

Friendly and accomodating staffs! They were very helpfull and mindfull of our needs. They even prepared our packed breakfast because our flight was very early.

The staff are very polite, the price is Ok for people visiting for short period of time or transiently passing by. There’s also an in-house laundry and they can have your clothes ready in 2 hours.

The room allocation we had on the 2nd floor is not getting enough water supply for shower in the middle of the day. The breakfast is basic, and all processed hotdogs and canned spam and eggs

Nice location and great place to stay.

The room is nice and clean with comfortable bed, good working a/c, hot water is working well and good breakfast. There is a nearby store where we bought additional bottled water. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the mall. For transportation, Grab is readily available using the app and we pay in cash. Will surely book this hotel again.

Location: Very near places of interest and malls. Room: Good airconditioning

Bidet is fitted on the left side of the water closet, and it leaks on the floor. Toilet floor is too flat for water to drain properly. There was always a pool of water in the toilet area as well as the shower area. Even the lavatory does not drain quickly. Free breakfast was so-so, usually canned stuff like corned beef and sardines and processed meats like hotdogs and sliced ham.

Their staff members were so courteous and reliable. You can ask them for anything, and they're happy to help!

My partner didn't like the smell of the lobby, he said there's a faint putrid smell or something.

To be honest from the outside it looks a bit rough unlike the photos,,, but to be fair the rooms are clean and spacious with everything you would need in a hotel room..
