Vraiment mon coup de cœur de Tokyo. Une perle rare dans un quartier tranquille, proche des transports en commun (10min) avec konbinis et restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse folle et m'a aidé tout le long de mon séjour. Le plus : le bain chaud disponible gratuitement, les espaces communs et la cuisine mise à disposition. Le rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Tout était parfait !

Everything was clean and the bathrooms were well maintained, there was also a Japanese bath that Hotel guests were able to use.

The location is not very good, you can reach Asakasa and the buddist temple easily, but the main districts like Shibuya and Shinjuku are at least 1 hour away with 3 changes of trains on the way. It was quite noisy at night as the walls are thin and people are checking in until midnight.

外国人旅行者が多かったが皆さんフレンドリーで感じが良くスタッフも親切で素早く対応してくれた。

Un bain japonais dans l'hôtel, gratuit et très simple à réserver. Une localisation qui permet d'aller rapidement prendre le métro pour explorer n'importe quelle destination.

Difficile d'y tenir à deux pendant 20 ans, mais pour une semaine dans la capitale, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Cp值高，有個人澡堂可以預約，我每天都會去泡，老闆人很好，我住二樓，入住和退房都主動幫我抬29寸大行李箱上下樓，位置旅遊日暮里很近，搭skyliner方便，最後一天退房後還可以免費借放行李

シングルで四千円しない料金。 清潔感も有る。受付の方など丁寧で親切。部屋は狭いが自分には充分。風呂トイレは当然共同。臭くないし、清潔、なのでそれで充分。

部屋はとてもコンパクトでシンプル。その分エアコンの効きが良い。トイレも共同だが清潔。同じく共同だが風呂とは別にシャワールームが2つあるのは良かった。

自動販売機がないので、近くのコンビニで用意しておく必要がある。が、部屋には冷蔵庫がない(共同利用のものはある)

店員さんが皆すごく親切でした。 お客さんのマナーも良かったです。 何より安くて個室！ 最高です✨

シャワーが高い位置にあり、すぐ止まる。 背が低いので使いづらかったです😅

スタッフの対応は全般的に良かったと思います。施設、設備の清潔感もありました。

外国の方、日本の方でも若い世代の方が多く宿泊されているように思います。スタッフの方の清掃だけでは、補えきれない場面が数多くあります。日本古来の良いマナー(=次に使う人のことを考えた行動)を伝える場所にしていけたら、宿泊者にとっても良い体験になるのではないでしょうか。

El precio y las instalaciones. La ubicación es muy buena y el personal fue muy agradable

Super value for money. The room is clean, the shower is super clean also. The staff was nice and accomodating. It didn't feel crowded and I still had a lot of privacy despite the shared toilets.

Location, but you should know this before you even tried to book it.

スタッフさんの関係者 スタッフさんは凄く丁寧な方で感謝しかありませんでしたが、目の前の客の来店時にも関わらずスタッフさんを困らるかのように仕事話？を続けお客様が優先ですよね！と被害者ぶりを見せつつ、何も謝罪のワンクッションがないような振る舞いと、じろりとじゃまをされたのか見つめられたのが不快でした。

都内でありながら静かな住宅地の中にあり建物自体は簡素な感じになっています。 清掃も行き届いており清潔感はあります！ 泊まる前の口コミ評価の高さは本当でした。 スタッフさんも親切で周辺地図をくれたり質問にも答えてもらえます、お風呂やトイレも満足出来るものでした。 狭いながら各部屋にエアコンもあり連泊にも耐えられます♪

連泊の場合清掃が入らないのでこちらから言えばなんとかしてもらえるのかは不明なんですが、私は三連泊の間自分で清掃していました！ 部屋の壁が薄く夜インバウンドが騒いで煩く感じます。 値段を考えれば仕方ないですかね。

在旅店連續入住了 14 天，整體的居住體驗非常舒適，極力推薦！ 雖然房間精緻偏小，但基本配備有一張床與一張書桌，最棒的是剩餘空間足夠完全打開一個 30 吋的行李箱，且打開後依然有空間可以走動。以這個價位來說，空間的 CP 值真的非常高（床墊與睡眠感受則較為中規中矩）。住宿期間房間內曾出現些許小蟲，向飯店反應後，工作人員立刻協助清理，問題馬上得到解決，處理態度非常積極且良好。 公共設施非常完善。公共空間設有舒適的沙發、桌椅，並提供大容量的共享冰箱（冷藏與冷凍空間都很充足）。這裡也有廚房、鍋具與碗盤，方便房客自己下廚料理。此外，館內設有洗衣機與烘衣機，價格非常便宜（洗衣一次 200 日圓，烘衣每 30 分鐘只要 100 日圓），對長期住宿者來說非常便利。 最特別的體驗是這裡的「大澡堂」，採取預約制，每人可獨享 30 分鐘，完全不用和別人擠，是非常棒的私人泡湯體驗。如果不習慣泡大澡堂，館內也設有 24 小時淋浴間可以使用。 飯店人員態度非常親切，不論是需要換零錢，還是退房時協助叫計程車，他們都非常熱心且樂於幫忙。店家甚至還貼心準備了愛心雨傘供房客雨天外出使用。這 14 天的舒適度與服務都讓我非常滿意，下次還會想再來住！

Thanks to her generosity, I had the opportunity to explore Tokyo by bike, and it became one of the best memories of my trip. I will never forget her kindness, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. * I had no problems during my stay. * Since I only stayed for a short time, I didn’t have the chance to use the bathroom, so I can’t comment on it.

* The room was quite small. It is perfect for one or two nights, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay or for travelers with large suitcases. * There was a general smell inside the hostel that I personally didn’t like. However, I believe this was simply my personal sensitivity, and it may not bother other guests.

Le bain traditionnel, avoir une chambre individuelle à un prix correct pour la fin de mon séjour était génial. L’hôtel dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Il y a aussi un bus direct pour Haneda à la gare de Senjuohashi, hyper pratique. Le personnel m’a aussi upgradé une chambre légèrement plus grande que celle que j’avais réservée, merci beaucoup !! 🙏🏼

駅からそんなに遠くなく、近くにコンビニやスーパーがあるので便利でした。 部屋も清潔で快適にすごせました。

女子用トイレが各階に1個ずつしかなく、中で歯を磨いたりする人もいるのでなかなか空かず困りました。

すみません。もう一泊させて下さい。夕方頃支払い致します。

Bastante cómoda la cama, el personal amable y dispuesto ayudar.

Me ha gustado todo. Aunque la gente se suele quejar de que está lejos del centro, yo lo agradecí un poco, está bien descansar lejos del bullicio de la ciudad.

Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Tokyo ritornerò proprio qui. Già mi manca :)

Hotel w ciekawej okolicy, blisko rzeka z bulwarem, idealnie na spacery z dala od zgiełku wielkiego miasta. 7-11 blisko, można wyskoczyć po coś na szybko do jedzenia. Większy, lepiej wyposażony sklep (Kusuri no fukutaro) nieco dalej. 10 minut z buta do stacji Minami senju. Sam hotel malutki, pokoje też. Ale całkiem sympatycznie. Kuchnia na parterze dobrze wyposażona.

Niestety hotel znajduje się blisko drogi szybkiego ruchu, więc ciągle szum. Drugiej nocy musiałem wziąć z recepcji zatyczki do uszu i jako tako pospałem. Łóżko jest wygodne, ale poza nim w pokoju żadnych więcej wygód. Brak tv, lodówki, czy choćby czajnika elektrycznego. Nie wspominając o łazience, która to jest za korytarzu. Było tanio, ale lepiej dopłacić i mieć więcej komfortu. To był mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, ale więcej tam nie pojadę. Nie warto oszczędzać na takich rzeczach.

寝るだけなので十分でした。シャワーが使えて、隣の部屋の音なども気にならず、良かったです。

トイレの床のお掃除ができていないところ。 スリッパはありましたが、ちょっと気になりました。

Czasami internet bardzo słabo działał

The place was very clean. It had a full kitchen with a stovetop, fridge, etc. There was a washing machine you could use for 200 yen (you need to bring your own detergent).

Some of the guests left the kitchen very dirty overnight. The staff made sure to clean it in the morning.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil chaleureux, le quartier résidentiel calme mais pratique et pas très loin du métro, les parties communes qui invitent à échanger avec les autres résidents et permettent une vie quotidienne (cuisine, frigo, machine à laver, etc...). L'endroit est propre, bien entretenu.

En revanche, l'hotel est un peu loin du centre de Tokyo et du métro et le check in se termine tot (avant minuit)

I loved everything! Sadly I only stayed one night, but it was so close to everything. 10 minutes from the castle. Also I love the house, very cute, new and I loved the common area and kitchen. My room was also very lovely. The lady I guess was the owner was also very kind and sweet.

How close it was to the locals.

The location is central to many attractions. The private onsen is just lovely. Staff are kind. Kitchen with free tea and coffee, such luxury!

住宿地點離南千住站走路約十分鐘左右，雖然房間的隔音以及插座位置不太好但整體環境來說非常舒適，cp值滿高的！有家庭式澡堂可以預約使用也很方便！

スタッフさんがとても親切でした。 また、個室な上にタオルまであり、サービスが行き届いていました！ 朝早くの飛行機だったのですが、成田空港まで行くのも楽でした☺️

お部屋が少し匂ったように感じました。 でも許容範囲内という感じです。

Convenient as 25 second walk from 7/11, 2 train stations nearby and the staff are super friendly. There are 2 private bathrooms and a bathtub room you can use.

Only 2 female toilets,

L'hotel è piccolo e estremamente accogliente. C'è tutto il necessario: due docce, una vasca stile giapponese, la lavatrice e asciugatrice a pagamento, la cucina, la sala comune, manga e libri da poter consultare, guide della città in tante lingue da poter prendere. La posizione è ottima e la stazione più vicina di Miami Senju è ben collegata. Lo staff è gentilissimo e le stanze sono comode.

Forse i cuscini sono un po' troppo duri! 🥹

Great place

Situated in a nice quieter area of Tokyo, not too far away from the local train station, the staff were friendly and hospitable. Room and hotel was clean, with all the facilities and amenities for use, and extra points for the bath where you could book for private use.

Due to the small size of the room, I did not have a chair/stool for the table.

コスパがとてもよく、個室利用ができる点が気に入っているので、よく利用させていただいています。 部屋はとてもすっきりとしていて、寝具も清潔なので、過ごしやすいです。 スタッフさんもいつもとても親切で、気持ちがいいです。

宿側の問題というよりは、宿泊している他の利用者によって、共用部分が少し汚れていることがあります。 お風呂場の脱衣所に毛が落ちていたり、ゴミ箱があふれそうになっていたりなどです。 共用風呂やトイレは利用者のモラルによるものなので、あちこちにおいてくださっているティッシュを使って自分でさささって掃除すればいいってくらいの気持ちがあると、過ごしやすいです。

価格もとても安価でスタッフの対応も良く、また滞在する際は是非利用させていただきたいです。

Il quartiere é tranquillo e il letto comodo, si dorme bene. Il bagno, anche se condiviso, è sempre pulito e disponibile. C’era una onsen. Vicino c’è un mercato stradale con una bancarella con bbq.

Le docce hanno un timer salva sprechi, e troppo breve (tuttavia, si può facilmente bypassare il problema)

東京のホテルにしては安かった！ ホステルだと女性のみの部屋にすると男女共用の部屋に比べて二千円ほど高くなるため、どうせならと個室のこちらにしました。 風呂は共用といいつつ予約制なので貸し切りだし、ゆっくりつかれました！ レビューにあった通り、洗面所や風呂など掃除もきちんとされていて綺麗でした！ キッチンも使えてお茶も無料でした！ 漫画も少しあります！ 共有部にパソコンもあって、調べ物とかもできるのかな？わかりませんが。

部屋はまあまあ狭いです！寝るには充分ですが。ベッドよく入れれたな！って感じ！ あとちょっと駅から歩くなーって思いました。東京ってこんなもんなのかな？

设施有些老旧

1.房间干净整洁 2.走路12分钟范围内有南千住站和千住大桥站，出行相对方便 3.五一假期价格也不算贵得离谱 4.住了两晚遇到三个工作人员，回答问题都非常细心nice。checkout之后也可以寄存行李半天，服务很好。

1.超过12点还有人在共享区域吃饭聊天，会有点吵 2.隔音相对差，可以听到门外走路咯吱咯吱的声音

It's good value, the staff is super helpful and friendly. They let me leave my luggage before check-in time and even helped a bit with bringing them upstairs to the room. There is a kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle and a microwave so we can heat up our food and have nice cups of tea. They also let me stay in the lounge after check out so we can eat breakfast. There is a bath on the ground floor that you can actually reserve a spot for your room and avoid taking bath with strangers which is nice.

The room is quite small. We barely had any space to open our luggage. But it is Tokyo so understandable. The hall is quite small, there are 20 something rooms on one level which seems a bit too crowded. I can hear people talking and walking across the hall all the time. It is a fair bit of walking to walk to the closest two stations but the walk wasn't too bad to be honest.

La posizione è ottima, collegamento con JR e metro molto facile. Non è lussuoso ma c'è tutto compreso un frigo da condividere, uso cucina, lavatrice e asciugatrice e zona dove mangiare. C'è anche un onsen gratis. Ma soprattutto alla reception c'è Dgucci, che cerca di soddisfare e aiutare tutti. Consigliato.

La proximité avec un métro (10 min à pied) et des konbini. l’arrivée tardive. Une réception ouverte jusqu’à tard. résidence très propre avec un bain que l’on peut privatiser.

The room and bed was comfortable. It's a little tight with large suitcase but it is expected in Tokyo being one of the most affordable solo/private room. Free coffee and tea in the common kitchen. It's a nice 10-minute walk to Minami-senju station.
