Os quartos com 2 camas são muito pequenos e apertados nem ha espaço para as malas. Banheiro também minúsculo. Queríamos pagar o café da manhã mas apenas disseram que estava lotado!! Nao entendi!

I servizi. Un hotel con più di 1000 camere (14 piani) non può offrire un servizio lavanderia con una e una sola lavatrice per tutto l'hotel. In 5 notti di permanenza è stato impossibile trovare la lavatrice libera. Non ha senso proporre un servizio che non si riesce a rendere utilizzabile in maniera decente. Le camere sono molto molto piccole (avevamo letto che a Tokyo lo sono), quasi difficile camminare se avete più di due grossi bagagli da stiva.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026it was right at the entrance of a metro station which connects to asakusa, ueno in a short time and shibuya in 30-40 mins. it was good after a long walking day in tokyo. many halal options around the hotel and 24hr don quijote and sensoji was in a walking distance. the staff was helpful and
the rooms were a little small. even for two people. it was hard to move inside the rooms with 2 luggages and 2 people with the shopping bags at the end of the day. i heard thats a general problem around tokyo hotels but it is what it is.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La ubicación, en general la mayoría de hoteles APA se encuentran en zonas bastante turísticas o cerca de estaciones de metro, lo cuál beneficia en gran medida a quienes nos interesa estar cerca de lugares llamativos sin tener que separarnos mucho de nuestro lugar de descanso.
Nada en particular, todo bastante agradable.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026My second time here. I really like the location and the neighborhood. Very quiet but still super close to Asakusa. The staff is friendly, everything is cool, nice and clean. The onsen is a nice plus.
Regarding space, the cheapest rooms are really just on the edge... With 2 suitcases, there is barely any space to move. It's perfectly fine for a few days, but for a longer stay, you probably want a little more comfort.

Relatief kleine kamer maar er alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

El desayuno y lo pequeñísima que era la habitación. El desayuno te lo dan en una cafetería pegando al hotel, con lo mismo a diario, es un set, nada del otro mundo. Las habitaciones son minúsculas no hay sitio para nada.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026我目前入住 淺草田原町前apa酒店，房號 914。今日房務人員打掃房間時，誤將強效化學漂白水（Bleach）潑灑在我的個人衣物上，導致衣服嚴重褪色損壞。 我向飯店主管反應，飯店態度極其惡劣，不僅拒絕賠償，還以『無法證明是打掃人員所為』來耍賴推卸責任。漂白水是飯店房務專用強酸強鹼藥劑，旅客行李不可能攜帶漂白水，飯店的說法完全不合邏輯。

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Ubicación excelente. A 4' caminando al corazón de ASAKUSA. A 1' del metro . Fácil para moverse por Tokyo en transporte público. El personal muy atento. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero con todos los amenities. Por lo que oppamos por habitación single. Cambian toallas diariamente. Tiene baño público excelente para relajarse. Tomamos la opción sin desayuno pero lo podes contratar en el lobby del hotel.
Sólo como detalle. En el lobby no hay lugar de espera. Sin asientos y pequeño. Por lo que, si tienes que esperar allí lo evalúes

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Situación, muy cerca de zona de restaurantes, de parada del metro y del templo. La habitación a pesar de si tamaño es bastante completa y con detalles.
Tamaño de la habitación doble de una cama, la de dos camas era mayor. Sistema de recepción, están implantando un sistema con IA que no me funcionó y aunque lo pude hacer allí se nota la perdida de personal y de atención, todo muy impersonal. Estuve el año anterior y no me gustaron los cambios, aparte de que no tenía desayuno incluido que si tenía antes a pesar de ser bastante más caro. Limpieza, las cortinas las movimos y tenían mucho polvo.

La taille des chambres vraiment petites : bien pour une personne uniquement. Pour 2 personnes, il n’y a plus de place avec les valises. Pas de hall d’accueil et seulement 2 machines à laver pour tout l’hôtel.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The location is the best value for being so near Asakusa area if you prefer to explore it all day. It is also accessible to the Asakusa line with an elevator which makes it extremely easy to travel around the Tokyo area. The room is also a bit larger compared to other APA hotels I have stayed at and enjoyed the cultural trip since the areas we wanted to visit was extremely close. Lastly, they were extremely helpful when we needed to store our bags after check out for the day. Also, very friendly cleaning staff that helped us everyday!
The table was a little bit scratched and had old stains which aren't really removable but it is fine. The Asakusa line can get crowded during the start of the day and alongside the elevators near the hotel so patience is required.

Accueille glacial à la réception manque de professionnalisme car je demande 1 chambre NON fumeur et je du attendre 1 journée c’est qui en étant avec des problèmes respiratoires on crée 1 éruption cutanée et un grippe ( 2 jours quasiment ou lit ) j’aurais passé ça me c’est qui ma dégoûté c’est quand je demande comme aller ou sense-ji temple et on ma juste sèchement donné 1 mapa de la ville Et 3 heures après ils sont fait bien pire c’est à dire je le demande ou c’est trouve le cabinet de Quiropracticien et ent lui montrant l’adresse et oui « ils sont dit pas connaître l’adresse …. IL CEST TROUVE JUSTE ENFACE

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026I like the presentation of the hotel. The building looked nice. The room was clean and organized. The hotel was located within walking distance of the train station, which was nice. Furthermore, it was nice that the hotel provided two free bottle waters for no extra cost.
I couldn't control the air conditioning unit.

對大浴場期待太高，浴場不大，人多顯擁擠～ 只使用一次！ 早餐很難訂，建議可以協助訂購早餐外帶，可拿到房間吃！

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026最上階の大浴場が一日中歩いた身体にとても気持ち良かったです。地下鉄からも近く浅草寺まで歩いても行ける距離でしたので、宿泊した次の日朝、散歩に出かける事が出来、充実した旅行でした。今回は子供と２人だけでしたが、今度は家族で宿泊したいです。
プライバシーを守る為なのか、窓が曇りガラスだったので、景色が見れなかった事が残念でした。 ただし、大浴場の露天風呂からは景色が見れたので、特に部屋から見れなくても不便ではありませんでした。

連泊するには、コインランドリーが必要不可欠です。少なすぎます。 アパホテルさんでは、ありませんが、他のお客さんとケンカになりかけた事があります。（洗濯系のトラブルは、お客さんと駆け引きイライラの元になります） コインランドリーが遠すぎで、雨も降っていたので、困りました。いつも使っている、別のアパホテルさんは、たくさんコインランドリーがあって、困りませんでした。同じイメージだったので、ハンガーまで持ってきていたのに役に立ちませんでした。せめて隣等近くに、コインランドリーの施設があれば、解決しそうです。

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026スタッフの対応がとてもよかった。丁寧な対応ときびきびとした動作に好感が持てました。コメダ珈琲が隣接してたのでそこで予定していた面談等もでき、時間のロスもなく有意義な時間が過ごせました。
価格から言っても部屋の広さを仕方がないとは思うのですが、バッグを置くスペースが少ないことが気になりました。
