المكان ممتاز ولكن بعيد عن المطاعم الكافيات

موقع الفندق جدا جميل ومطل على البحر واخترت الغرفه المطله على البحر المنظر رائع والمنطقه جميله والفندق محاط بالمطاعم والمقاهي

الفندق قديم ويحتاج الى ترميم. الدوش جدا قديم ولا يعمل. يوجد لدي ملاحظات من ناحيه النظافه. والافطار ليس جيد ولا يوجد خيارات كثيره.

انقطعت المياه من الصبح الى 3 العصر وهالشي منعني من الخروج والاستمتاع في هذاك اليوم

تم وصولنا للفندق في وقت متاخر من الليل 12 وكنا متعبين جدا .. قام الرسبشن بالاتصال بنا الساعه 12 ظهرا لاخلاء الغرفه طلبنا تمديد لمده ساعه نظرا لظروف سفرنا ولكن .... رد الموظف كان قاسي وفظ لا رحمه ولا شفقه ولا حتي اكرام للضيف الذي دفع ما يقارب ال 250 دولار ل 12ساعه فقط .. للأسف قسوه وتعامل فض ولا احترام للنزلاء ،

لم افهم طريقه الحجز في التطبيق هل تم خصم التكلفه ام لا ، لأن الموظف طلب مني التكلفه عند الوصول ؟

فندق جميل الموقع ممتاز مطل على البحر وتحت شارع كله مطاعم وقهاوي وممشى على البحر ونظيف وتعامل الموظفين راقي خصوصا موظف الاستقبال اسمه علي كان انسان مهذب وراقي انصح به وبشده

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, dafür aber wunderschön direkt am Marmarameer gelegen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Cafés und die Gegend lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen am Wasser ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das gesamte Hotel machte einen hervorragenden Eindruck – alles war gepflegt, modern und stilvoll gestaltet. Wir haben den Innenpool genutzt, der ebenso wunderschön war wie das Dampfbad. Beides bot eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

الفندق نظيف جداً ولكن أثاثه قديم يحتاج الي التجديد

التكييف يعمل بطريقة تبريد الماء لذلك لا تتوقع ان تكون درجة حرارة الغرفة بارده جدا (20 درجه الصغرى)

الغرفه لم تكن مكيفه وهناك مشكله في الاضاءه والصابون الجسم مستخدم قبل ان استخدمه

جداً ممتاز وانصح به والمنطقة المحيطة به راقيه جدا

This The Wellborn Hotel is perfectly located for guests to be able to take the wonderful 5-6km walks along the shoreline causeway as dawn awakens over the sea view. When one is finished with that, there is a delicious breakfast spread served by friendly and professions staff. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. I was provided a requested room with a sea view and it was wonderful to be able to open the window and enjoy the sea breeze inside the room. I will be staying there once again at the end of my long driving exploration of Türkiye in mid-March and I look forward to all of the conveyances and comforts that I had enjoyed on my first visit, I'm sure you would feel the serene professionalise that I did during your own stay at Wellborn. It is located only a hour or so from Istanbul Airport so it works for both arrivals and departures

I would have appreciated an even better sea view room

السعر عالي بالنسبة لمستوى الفندق ، مستوى النظافة بصورة لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب بوفيه الإفطار عادي جدًا وغير متنوع وبعض انواع الأطعمة لم تكن طازجة يومياً خاصة بعض الخضراوات والأجبان . ممرات الغرف رائحتها مزعجة .

Wifi was not working well. The bathrooms had some issues and need renovations.

الواي فاي ليس سريع وليش متوفر دايم،،إذا أصبح وقت المساء واكون قد رجعت إلى الفندق من بعد ما نتهيت من جدولي اليومي تكون اغلب الاناره في لوبي الفندق مطفيه وهذا شي غير جميل ..

Struttura molto bella e curata. Stanza molto ampia, pulita con letto estremamente comodo. La SPA é abbastanza grande, con una bella piscina coperta, bagno turco, sauna e Hamam. Consigliata!!!

Sfortunatamente il mare di fronte all'hotel non é balneabile

Zimmer ok aber in die Jahre gekommen

Amazing room and nicely cleaned. Nice location, near to sea, amazing walking track beside the sea. Good staff and presentable, huge car parking space. Nice and big lobby space. Very nice hotel facilities like spa, gym, pool, Turkish Hamam. Must stay here. Location near to Izmir city-centre 15minutes drive to bazaar and malls. 41 burda mall nearby , huge mall. So much to say.

There is nothing to say I don’t like, If room had microwave, which will be additional added value. I requested to sea view room but got Mountain View room :( never-mind overall stay was amazing.

Nice hotel - was here for business did not really find any specific appeal for the general area around. Rooftop bar / restaurant were friendly and relatively good food

Wellborn Hotel was an interesting experience. That was the first time that I had almost two weeks stay in a business trip. I discover the Turkish standard in Hospitality. Even if the reputation of the Turkish people being "cold" and smile less were as a majority true, I also found great persons to deal with, smileys and friendly. First I have to thanks the Food and Beverage Department that is for me the Lokomotive of the Hotel. Under the management of Chef Mehmet and the F&B Mr. Gurkan, I found with them a great standard of hospitality in terms of flexibility, quality of service and of course Food quality. Cooks and waiters were all amazing with us too. Housekeeping was great as well, reception guys always alert to help. Madam Nihal Marketing was constantly taking care of details while the presence of the Hotel General Manager on the field was constant which is rare now days, it proves the dynamism of the entire team focusing on hospitality services. Bravo to all, keep going!!!! However, this message is addressed to the owner of the Hotel. A Five star Establishment request facilities standards to be respected which was not the case in certain department. 1) Outdoor pool needs staff supervision and Towels to be available. 2) Room service Food to be provide in the room cannot stopped at 1 Am, 5 stars Hotel supposed to be H24 room service functioning. 3) Hotel Shuttle Bus needs to be provide for VIP services.
