No sabemos si fue cosa solo de nuestra habitación pero cuando llenabas la bañera sonaban muchísimo las tuberías y era un poco incómodo, aparte de la ubicación

Das Zimmer, das Yue Restaurant, das Frühstück (grosser Auswahl an asiatische Gerichte, 4-5 Sorten Brot und es hatte auch Süssgebäck), das Personal.

The hotel itself is gigantic - everything is made at superlative. Interesting handcrafted, meticulous art displayed in the main hall. The room was spacious and well conceived, with designated spaces well defined - it even had a walk-in closet. The designer paid a keen attention to the combination of colours and decorations - all nicely matching in symbiose. The bathroom was very generous in space and sparkling clean perhaps because of the marble like materials used. The breakfast was generous and well conceived even for an expat.

I think the armchair provided for the working desk is a no match - it is too shallow for the purpose. A revolving armchair would have been better. The shower/toilet door (sliding from one to another) was badly corroded at its bottom part and requires replacement. I think the restaurant at first floor closes much earlier then the printed schedule, all without a warning. I would have expected from a hotel of this caliber to be able to call taxis promptly on a dedicated line. Instead, the concierge used personal phones and DiDi app to arrange for taxi - that looked flimsy.

about the location it was perfect everything was near , excellent breakfast so delicious

施設が綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

こちらのせいですが、金庫のパスワードを忘れてしまい、開錠をフロントに依頼したのですが、滞在中に対応いただけなかったです。（金庫内に何もいれていなかったため問題はありませんでしたが）

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit grossem Dopoelbett und Hafenblick gebucht. Bekommen habe ich 2 Einzelbetten und kein Blick, höchstens auf die Fassade des Hochhauses gegenüber. Weder Genius- noch Marriott Bonus Vorteile wurden gewährt. Der Herr beim Checkin sprach fast kein Englisch. Mühsame Verständigung mit meinem wenigen Chinesisch. Im Hotel keinerlei Ausschilderung, Fahrstühle in der letzten Ecke versteckt. Zimmer kalt und keine Möglichkeit, die Klimatisierung zur Heizfunktion zu bewegen. Es kam nur kalte Luft. Hotel ist schon älter, was man Ausstattung und Zustand ansieht. Frühstück typischer Sheraton Durchschnitt, aber etwas schlechter als andere Sheraton in China. Lage des Hotels im Niemandsland. Es gibt Nichts, was man zu Fuss erreichen könnte.

I liked the grand entrance, the comfortable rooms. Was close to Jilong Road Metro station which was good to use to go in and out of the city.

I did not like the room was super dark, even with all the lights on. Did not like the concierge attitude , as he was not helpful at all. He simply wanted to finish the conversation with out providing me a solution. Which is a shame, because you would consider your own hotel staff to be as friendly and helpful as your family in a foreign land. But I found people on the roads were more friendly than the hotel concierge during the day shift. The Spa service was really below standard for such as establishment. There are no shops close to the property to purchase fruits , etc.

Love everything about this place

チェックイン時間が1400だったのに1500までチェックインできなかったのはざんねんでした。清掃は極めて丁寧です。

Location and friendliness

Our first room had a water leak and the curtain between the bathroom and sleeping area wouldn't shut. Our replacement room was decent, but the beds and pillows are not very comfortable.

The breakfast, bar and the club lounge must be improved.

We loved our stay, the staff were so helpful even helping us tell taxi drivers where to go for our early morning flight which took a lot of stress out of it, because there's a language barrier. Our room was so stunning, and absolutely huge. It's totally my fauly for not looking up the location properly, as it was 40 min taxi from The Bund etc, but it was really easy to get to the airport via taxi which is what we needed for our overnight layover in Shanghai. Overall, it was wonderful!

The staff were very arrogant especially those at the front desk and at breakfast room. I have stayed at various different hotels of varying grades in China. This hotel has the worst service by far. They made the customers feel as though they do not have money to pay. They even charged me double the room charges for deposit. Their breakfast was nothing to write home about.

This hotel has No air conditioning, no air exchange. Window has to be opened to get fresh air. Once window opened it's very noisy day and night because close to port. Shocked for the name of Sheraton.

one of the best hotels I have been to, - great service - competent English speaking staff - clean, well-kept rooms, - wonderful bathroom, - good location, close to metro line 10 - 44 minutes from the SHA center - great breakfast - dinner is available in the lobby and in the room - sauna, swimming pool, and SPA, great infrastructure. I recommend it to everyone - I will come back here too

This is a great hotel and very modern. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The wifi was not good at all but it never is in China.

I didn't opt for the breakfast as the price was steep at RMB 200/day . Otherwise everything was good but far away from Central Shanghai. The decor both inside the room and on the lobby was good

The room was spacious and clean. The interior design is neat and up to the standard for Marriott. The location is right next to the subway station where you can commute to the airport and high speed railway station quickly. The breakfast has many choices in the buffet. The cleaning staff are energetic, courteous, and proactive.

The AC was broken and when I requested it to be repaired, the staff came in delay to the point the room temperature hiked up to 30 celsius degree when outside temperature was around 10. I eventually requested to change to a different room and they reluctantly agreed.

Estancia corta pero agradable después de haber tenido que cambiar de hotel en Shanghai porque el anterior hotel era una ratonera. Zona tranquila y un servicio admirable. Todo limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Lo anoto para mis próximas visitas a Shanghai.

El hotel es excelente, limpieza, personal, desayuno, todo es increíble. Si van de turismo no lo recomiendo ya que se encuentra muy alejado del centro y el taxi es algo elevado, de ahí en fuera excelente hotel.

初日に部屋に入った際、ゴミ箱に前の方のゴミが残っていたのが残念だった。

아 가성비 이보다 좋을순 없음 외각이라 도심으로 가는데 시간이 좀 걸리긴 하지만 전철 지하철을 타는게 어렵지가 않음 조식도 나쁘지 않음 솔직히 이 가격에 이 정도 시설이면 그냥 한달 빌려서 가만히 쉬어도 좋은 가격이라고 생각함

我定的是一個超大双人床房間，定的三個成人住的，它收費是本兩個成人，因我們是三個成人，我和太太女兒！所以它要加錢收多一個成人費用！我是相信是會加一床給我們的！ 由於我們航班被取消要改航班，所以晚了九點左右才到酒店，問前台我們的房間是否加床給我們，她説不如改一個双人房給我們！我以為是一queen size,和一單人床，所以就話好！只是上到去看到只是两張普通單人床！因夜了還未食晚飯，就算了！ 吃過後就回房間，想洗澡時只得二套毛布，所以要打電話叫拿多套來！女兒因爲日間飛盤比賽完累了，所以洗澡後馬上睡了！我和太太洗澡後上床時發現在我床上的被套內有一只酒店的拖鞋在內！我們馬上打電話投诉，你們說上來換，只是我女兒已睡了，明天還要比賽所以就不換了！

Nice hotel in the Free Trade Zone; close to line 6 of Shanghai Metro

女性2人旅で部屋がキングサイズベッド予約でエクスペディア事務所に何度も変更の連絡したいがつながらず..現地に向かった..フロントで説明したら部屋の変更をしてくれてベッド2つでゆっくり旅の疲れもとれるし広い部屋でくつろげました！

The concierge staff was not very helpful. My colleague's luggage was lost and we could not get helpful advice on where to shop for replacement clothes. The Bay Leaf Café food was dreadful.

Solid choice if you are in the area on business. Clean, comfrtable and the breakfast is good. Probably less optimal if you are in Shanghai for sightseeing - it is quite far from the city center.

We booked this hotel on the pretense of a shuttle being provided for a Disney Trip we have been planning. We found out once we arrived that there was not shuttle and the airport service they offer costs more than hailing a taxi yourself. The hotel is almost an hour away from anything in the city or Disney so it was not feasible for us to stay there without these amenities as the time and money was more than we planned for. The hotel staff had no solutions to the problem and acted like they really didn’t care. She said no we don’t offer those things. We stayed only one night because it was so late by the time we arrived. I said we would only be staying one night if our reservation and the lady at the desk said ok you will not be refunded. Customer service was not at its best here and yes I understand what Hotels.com says about cancellation and refunds but I expected a lot more from a Sheraton hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re hoping to enjoy the city of Shanghai or Disneyland.

Very nice property, but the location was farther from the Airport than I thought.

I was impressed with good services by the Hotel GM, Alex by taking care of my luggages to the room when I checked in after midnight with no doorman available. The room is great, nice size and comfortable.

Gym, Jacuzzi, swimming facilities are at good standard at this price. I m pretty satisfy with this quality of hotel. Thankyou Sheraton.

It is a wonderful experience and stay

When we just checked in on the first day found an apple charger on the desk. After we went out to eat and came back it was gone. The cleaning staff snuck in and took it, when we are not in the room but we still had the card key in the room (shows occupied). The staff tried to take it for her own gain, this is a serious security problem I really hope no one else loose anything in the room. So we called up the manager told them the situation, they apologized sincerely and gave us fruit basket as gratitude. I have to say this is hotel is relatively new, but the build quality is not very good. The public bathroom even missing locks at the toilets. Far away from city center, but for business is good.

this sheraton hotel has it all service and excelent quality installations, its a good location near subway station line 6 just be careful with fake taxi drivers at airport or train station since this hotel is kind of far from downtown

$12 for a bottle of water in the room!?

The hotel itself is pretty nice. They helped me call a taxi but the taxi driver just let other people in and drove away right in front of me, which is weird. Other than that it's a nice stay.

Waw way too far from main attractions

The stay was good . The rooms was spacious. Area was a bit out of the city area.

The staffs was friendly . The concierge staff was approachable n pro-active.

The room was very nice and luxurious, few restaurants indoors and helpful staff. English speaking staff was helping with taxi drivers who generally in Shanghai does not understand English.

Plenty of room, quiet and comfortable hotel despite the industrious surroundings. Staff was ok, but the food was disappointing. Unless conducting a business in the free trade zone, it is not a convenient location for visitig Shanghai and sightseeing.
