The location was great for the old town area. Easy walk to the temples, Grand Palace, Wat Arun. They had a great breakfast that was made to order and the restaurant has a view of the river. The rooftop bar is great and we got a free welcome drink up there. Great to watch the sunset over the river.

If you want to visit other areas of Bangkok it is not as centrally located. You can take a Grab, but is not right by the subway or skytrain.

Staying here was a spontaneous decision which turned out to be a great choice. Our room was the Wat Arun Suite and when you opened the curtains you had the view of the temple from across the water below in direct line of sight. The staff here are always fantastic and they arranged us a late check out. The beds are incredible and so comfortable. The coffee machine came in handy for us and the breakfast buffet downstairs by the river is out of this world.

A parte la strada dove è ubicato e l'ingresso veramente brutto, all interno tutto cambia. Stanza pulita, spaziosa e con bellissima vista. Noi eravamo al 4 piano. Rooptof molto suggestivo, ristorante molto buono ma anche con prezzi decisamente alti per lo standard thailandese. Naturalmente la vista ripaga di tutto. Colazione non a buffet ma servita a la carta. Buona e varia. Posizione ottima per visitare il palazzo reale, e tutta la zona dei templi.

L'ingresso, la scala che porta ai piani. L'esterno per niente curato. Prezzo eccessivo per ciò che offre.

This hotel was an absolute hidden gem. It was beautifully boutique and the staff were fantastic. All the food I had for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the rooftop were sublime and I would have loved to stay longer. The view was sensational. It honestly could not have been better ✨🤍

Hôtel situé en bout d'impasse et non accessible par les taxis, odeur d'égout dans la rue, pas d'ascenseur, vis à vis important, salle de bain et WC peu pratiques.

The staff were so welcoming and lovely. Breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of options. Location is great for Wat Pho and Grand Palace. Wat Arun can be seen on the rooftop terrace bar.

Si ubicación frente al Wat Arun es impresionante. No te cansas de mirarlo por la noche. Te invitan a unos cócteles sin alcohol que son por cierto carísimos para los precios de Bangkok. La habitación es correcta sin más.

La ubicación carece de atractivo fuera de las vistas del Wat Arun y de su cercanía al Gran Palacio y el Wat Poh. Para mi gusto mucho mejor elegir la zona cercana pero no en ella de Kao San. Más divertida. Por la noche no hay nada allí. La entrada al hotel es tétrica. Entre almacenes feos aunque no es peligroso ni nada. Y muy importante: no tiene ascensor!!!! Fuera de que el restaurante es bonito y la terraza impresionante las instalaciones son malas. Y el precio es carísimo para lo que ofrece. Pagas el doble que un buen hotel en la zona de Kao San. No repetiría ni por asomo salvo que quieras pagar 200 euros más solo por ver el Wat Arun iluminado antes de irte a la cama (yo lo Hacía).

la posizione è molto strategica all’interno della città vecchia. Le vetrate della stanza sia sul Wat Pho sul Wat Arun fanno la differenza della struttura vale la pena investire qualche euro in più per avere la stanza con vista. La colazione servita a bordo fiume è degna di nota. All’arrivo si riceve un drink omaggio da sorseggiare sulla terrazza dell’hotel con vista pazzesca sui templi della zona. il letto è molto comodo e la stanza dotata di ogni comfort dalla crema per il corpo a un mini Bar fornito. L’ingresso è su un polo logistico, non lasciatevi scoraggiare perché l’interno dell’hotel merita davvero. da notare anche il bagno: é molto bello ma consiglio di essere molto in confidenza con la persona con cui si condivide la stanza - ad ogni modo questa cosa è chiara dalle fotografie

tutto molto bello, importante però specificare che l’hotel non ha ascensore il massimo sono tre piani, ma in alcune situazioni potrebbe essere una limitazione. Ovviamente, il Personale dell’hotel consegna le valigie in camera.

L'emplacement est bien pour visiter le temple.

Assez loin de tout sauf des temples. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur qu'on était au dernier étage c'était galère. Le bâtiment est vieux la cage d'escalier sale. On ne pouvait pas aller sur notre balcon. La chambre était vraiment petite, pas vraiment de salle de bain, on se lavé les dents entre le douche et le lit.

The location next to famous temples, the old palace and the river was fantastic. Food in the restaurant was very good. Excellent choices at breakfast. Wonderful roof top bar. Amazing view of the river. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect. I would reccomend to stay in this hotel if you plan to visit Bangkok. The position is close to the main attractions (Wat Pho, Wat Arun, the Royal palace, etc.), we went there by foot from the hotel. The staff was lovely, starting from Sam that welcomed us. A special note for the breakfast: excellent with a beautiful view on Wat Arun. Thank you to the staff that made our stay pleasant and memorable.

We stayed in the standard room and it was a little bit small, but this didn’t affect our stay.

Long dark starcase. Front step into reception will cause issues for some. Front door opposite a storage area. Prices in rooftop bar for Chang beer hight high!!!!. Bathroom sink external to bathrooms (one sliding door for both shower & toilet). Room quite small.

The location was perfect for a short stay in Bangkok, so you can walk to many of the attractions. The staff was amazing and the rooftop was great for pictures at night.

No contar con ascensor y tener que subir 4 pisos todos los días, la puerta de ingreso al hotel está al lado de un puesto de almacenes que emana olores fétidos y cuando llueve se inunda y lo convierte en una asquerosidad…

Mega schöne Dachterasse mit phantastischer Aussicht auf den Fluss mit DJ und Drinks. Ausserwgewöhnlich schön! Sehr stylisches Ambiente.

The imidiate area around the hotel opened late and closed early. Not the hotel fault it's just not what I expected not knowing the area.

NO LIFT. We were on the fourth floor, we are both in our 70s with various health issues. If I had known there was not a lift I would not have booked the hotel.

The restaurant is in such a beautiful location, with a terrace overlooking the river and Wat Arum. We didn't try the food there so cannot comment on it, just had some coffee sitting on the terrace. The rooftop bar also has spectacular views in both directions, over the river to Wat Arum and on the other side to Wat Po and the memorial towers. The night view is unbelievable as everything is lit up. the staff in all the venues was very solicitous and kind, although the service is a little slow. Everything you need is in the room although it is small.

Little to complain about. No elevator. Room small in size but fully equipped for what I needed. The hotel is somewhat inaccessible. The taxi driver had trouble finding it when she brought us and the street is often blocked by laundry trucks requiring you to get out with your luggage and walk down the street to the entrance. On the way back, we had preordered a taxi through booking.com and it never showed up, possibly because that taxi driver also couldn't figure out where the hotel was despite our trying to contact him. I suggest you let hotel staff order a taxi for you as they may know people or companies who know where the hotel is.

The location of the property was exceptional. Staff were really attentive and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast. Hotel was all we needed for our first night in Bangkok.

Ottima colazione. Posizione fantastica sul fiume. Rooftop bar con vista stupenda su fiume, città , templi. L'albergo è stato ristrutturato con intelligenza da un antico edificio con risultati esteticamente veramente interessanti e piacevoli.

Anche se il personale è sempre immediatamente disponibile per trasportare le valige, la mancanza di ascensore in caso di camera al 4° piano , non è proprio piacevole in tutte le situazioni e momenti della giornata.

Son emplacement près de la vieille ville, la vue sur Wat Arun et sa proximité près des temples principaux (Wat Po, palais royal)… et egalement du Rajadamnern Stadium (grab nécessaire).

Pas d’ascenseur… mais le personnel est serviable et s’occupe des bagages. Entrée de l’établissement via une impasse avec des entrepots/centre de dispatches. Dommage ca gache une peu la premiere impression. Chambre ok mais wc et douche très étroit… on se sent un peu suffoquer… Cependant, c’est décoré avec soin et gout. C’est joli donc ca passe. Déjeuner pas inclus.

Très bien situé et très belle vue sur les monument alentours. Chambres confortables malgres une Clim un peu bruyante. Personnel très gentil .

Le restaurant a une vue magnifique mais la nourriture n est malheureusement pas à la hauteur et même pas très bonne en comparaison de ce qu on peut trouver ailleurs, voire dans la rue.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast that was included with the room was terrific. I was able to sit outside and enjoy the view and listen to the monks. That was after I asked waiters to turn off the music that they had playing. But breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

There is no Elevator. Someone carried my bag up, but there was no one to carry it down and it was very heavy. The stairs are a little like a spiral staircase they wind around, which is not great when you’re carrying heavy luggage. The hotel is located down a narrow, short alleyway. Every morning trucks deliver all kinds of supplies to businesses using that area right outside the front door of the hotel as a drop off point for their supplies. It doesn’t feel clean. I had a standard room for over $200 a night that had a view of a roof and a window to another building. That was all I could see. I thought I was going to have a view. I didn’t at all. Well, the location is right across from the grand Palace and that is convenient, also consider it’s jampacked with tourists. It’s like getting a hotel room in the middle of Times Square.

They dont have an elevator however all the staff are there offering to move luggage on your behalf so it isnt really an issue

The entrance on a side street that cars can’t access to, the small common areas, no lounge area. The rooftop is packed of external guests not giving priority to hotel guests to seat.
