Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagano-Zenkojiguchi

３人で２泊しました。部屋が広く10 階だったので景色が良かったです。浴室も広くゆっくり出来ました。このホテルの利点は１階に降りなくても２階から通路と歩道橋を通って直接長野駅に行けると云う事。駅前の信号がスクランブル交差点になっているので待ち時間が長い為､大変助かります。 スタッフの方々も日本人のベテランぞろいで気軽にお話し出来ました。もちろん外国語も堪能で海外から来られた方にも流暢に対応されていました。 又、利用させて頂きますね🎵

今まで宿泊した他のホテルは何なとあったけど､今回のホテルでは問題ありませんでした。

朝食が美味しい、シャケが特に美味しいです 駅からドンキに向かう連絡通路を通って ホテルの建物の二階に行くのが便利ですが 初見ではわかりづらい

ホテルの看板が分かりにくい 初見では迷う 思ったほど部屋が広くない 朝食のコーヒーがイマイチ

机が狭い。コンセント口に電話が設置してあり、電話を移動させなければ使えないが、移動させる場所もない。 それ以外は問題なし。

駅から近い事が一番。付近で全て済ませられます。

フリーサイズと書かれてエレベータ前に置かれている室内着が、全然フリーサイズではなく小さい（身長177㎝)。フロントにいえば大きなサイズを借りられるのだが、その旨表記があってよい。一度フリーサイズを着てしまうので、無駄になってしまう。

水が綺麗すぎる

離車站非常近，走出來5分鐘以內就到了，樓下就有超商，走路2分鐘內有唐吉坷德，非常方便，雖然住臨路房間但是非常安靜，也不會聽到走廊或者其他房間的聲音，隔音很不錯！

Very convenient location. Excellent staff. Amenities bar on 5F well stocked with variety. Bed softer than other hotels, slept well. 2 pillows (other hotels only give 1 for single occupancy).

Poor water pressure in the room shower and the provided conditioner smelled bad. Also, not much of a view (you could climb into the window for a great view of the mountain, but just looking at the window from in the room was a view of the fire escape and rear of the neighboring building. Only mentionable because I paid extra for the room offering a view.)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. For us the big plus of this hotel is the proximity to Nagano station - a 3 minutes walk.

Sehr zentrale Lage unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und in Gehdistanz den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten (Gondo Shopping Street und Zenko-ji Tempelanlage). Der Bus nach Togakushi (Zedernwald, Schrein) fuhr auch gleich um die Ecke. Zimmer klein, aber sauber und aufgeräumt.

Frühstücksbuffet okay, aber nicht überwältigend (zumindest was das Angebot an "westlichen" Speisen betrifft).

The staffs are very good. This hotel provides free rental things, such as hair curler, many amenities, and also pajamas. The room is small but clean. This hotel is feel like home. So comfy and convenience.

Tout était parfait, la chambre était agréable et spacieuse, la literie très confortable. Chaque membre du personnel était adorable, nous avons été accueillis et accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour avec le plus grand soin et une hospitalité remarquable même pour le Japon. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel et Nagano en général, ça a été un vrai coup de cœur. NB: il y a un karaoké à l’étage en dessous si vous voulez pousser la chansonnette

As a small town, Nagano’s central commercial area is around Nagano Station. For me it’s the first time I traveled there ,on the map it’s hard to tell which Hotel is the best choice. But what I can tell is that this establishment not only has a very good location, 3 mins to Nagano station (also the bus station), with a shopping mall Midori where you can buy local specialties, foods and find nice restaurants. A Lawson is just next to the hotel , 7 mins walk you can find a supermarket with many more choice of products and lower prices. Also in front of the supermarket I find a very good ramen-ya which seems to be rated Top.1 on local magazines (if you have the time to walk around ). For tourists plan to visit Togakushi , the tourist bus station is also 2 mins walk from the hotel . So yes , everything you need is near the establishment.

Het hotel ligt op nog geen 100m van het station van Nagano en is gemakkelijk te bereiken via een loopbrug zodat je rechtstreeks vanuit het station uitkomt bij het hotel zonder te moeten wachten aan de verkeerslichten. De receptie is op de 5de verdieping. Je kan je bagage zowel voor de check-in als na de check-out gratis opslagen. Onze twee geboekte kamers waren verzorgd en alles wat aanwezig moet zijn was in orde.

Enigste nadeel was dat de twee kamers elk op een aparte verdieping lagen. Maar voor 1 nachtje geen probleem.

Was close to the train station, there was restaurants everywhere. Karaoke in the same building which was fun. We have started here 2 times.

ต้องขึ้นลิฟท์ 2 ต่อ คือ ต่อแรกเพื่อมา lobby แล้วเปลี่ยนลิฟท์เพื่อขึ้นห้องอีกที

エレベーター降りてチェックインフロントまでが、スーツケースが雑然として印象が悪かった。

The breakfast was amazing and it was convenient to be able to eat before leaving on our side trips without searching for food. We also appreciated how close it is to the train station!

Personnel très accueillant et souriant. L’hôtel est tout proche de la gare, très pratique. Chambre petite mais propre ! Tous les équipements nécessaires sur place et possibilités de prendre des crèmes, brosses à cheveux, lotions et nécessaire de toilette au niveau du hall d’accueil. Le petit déjeuné est très bon, nous le recommandons !

アメニティが必要な分だけ取れるのが良い。不要なアメニティがゴミにならずに済むのでエコだと思います。 トリートメント剤が大変よく、部屋にもありましたがエレベーター前にあったヘアパック剤がスベスベで仕上がりが良かったです!! 新聞も朝から読めます（読売）

強いていえば氷のマシンが勢い良すぎてコップから飛び出るところ。 できればウェルカム珈琲とかあると嬉しいですね フロントが5階なこと

服務態度很好～樓下是餐廳，旁邊有唐吉訶德，超級方便

地理位置非常优越！长野站出来过马路走几步路就到了！楼下还有罗森便利店非常方便👍 房间很舒适，厕所比想象中大点很棒，但是电视机的位置略奇怪不算特别方便观看，但是总体非常满意！服务也特别好，可以借熨斗，退房之后还可以存行李，非常满意的一次住宿！

入住的时候发现浴缸有一根头发，但是摸了下浴缸又很干净，不是太大的问题但是或许注意一下更好

Its right next to the train station which was super convenient. The hotel is above a lawson kombini which was great!! there is a donki right next door and so many food options nearby. The amenities were great and the room was good. It was better than i expected. I loved it.

2泊しましたが1泊目が大きいサイズのパジャマの下がなく、2泊目はどちらもなかったです。 大きいサイズのパジャマを準備してないところもあるので、あるだけでもありがたいのですが、もう少し揃っていると嬉しいなと思いました。

高速バスの停留所がすぐ近くということもあり、何回か利用している 駅までも近い 朝食は利用しなかったが、周囲に店はたくさんある 一階にコンビニあり、近くにドンキも 立地としては文句無し

Super hotel, lokalizacja 100m od dworca. Bardzo czysty, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Polecam bardzo.

The location of this hotel is just superb. You can go directly to Nagano station via the connecting bridge and take an elevator right into the hotel. Perfect for rainy days. Lawson is on the ground floor directly outside the elevator and Donki is on the second floor. Being so close to the station just makes getting around much easier. The hotel itself is nice, I liked the room layout for having a space for my luggage and a small corner couch. Even if it's small it's well laid out. The staff was great, probably the most attentive and friendly of all the hotels I visited on my last trip. Breakfast was pretty good with some local specialties, I really liked the salted salmon but my travel companion wanted more baked stuff and pastries. Washing machines was also some of the best on my trip, combined wash/dry with realtime updates on your in-room tv and pay by IC-card.

Bathroom was a bit on the small side and outdated compared to some other hotels. It can be a bit of a nuisance that you have to take to different elevators every time you enter/exit the hotel. There was some renovation being done on the hotel with noise from the outside and one of the elevators was completely covered in plastic wrap for servicing. While still usable it was a bit weird.

Everything was perfect. I stayed for 12 days and felt very welcome from the first day until check-out. The location is excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone was consistently polite, and kind. I would happily stay here again when I return to Nagano.

Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer in einem schön renovierten Hotel. Die Zimmer hatten eine angenehme Größe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistung wirklich sehr gut.

It’s just so convenient and easy - they have a self check in and check out system but still have someone to assist should we need additional help. The room is small but have everything you need and we had great sleep! Location is just perfect.

アクセスがよい

駅から近いのと、長野市屈指の観光地である善光寺へのアスセスが良い点。チェックアウトも11時なのでゆったりと過ごせた。セキュリティもしっかりしていて安心できました。

周囲のおすすめの食べ物屋さんや観光スポットなど地元ではならではの案内があるとなお良かった。

路口要找一下，飯店櫃檯需要搭電梯至五樓

Kleines Zimmer, jedoch hatten wir ausreichend Platz unsere Koffer zu öffnen und uns auch bewegen zu können - man findet immer eine Lösung :) Auch sehr praktisch wenn man mit Koffern unterwegs ist, da es sehr nahe am Bahnhof gelegen ist. Personal auch unglaublich freundlich und unten gabs auch noch Kleinigkeiten die man sich holen konnte. Stempel hatten sie auch!
