Reviewed Sep 2, 2026És un hotel una mica antic, però està molt ben cuidat i té de tot. Les habitacions tenen la mida correcte i els llits són còmodes. El labavo i la dutxa estupendus. El personal és molt amable. Està molt a prop de l'estació de tren amb el que és ideal per poder fer les arribades i sortides de la ciutat. Vam poder deixar les maletes fins la sortida del nostre tren, així que perfecte. El voltant és voltant d'estació però està al costat d'un 7-eleven per si necessites res i tens totes les botigues de l'estació a 2 minuts.
Les habitacions fan una mica olor d'humitat, però ventilant una mica ja millora, així que tot correcte.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026冷蔵庫に友人からいただいた桃を忘れました。電話での応対も素晴らしく、着払いで送っていただけました。着いたダンボールを開けると、一つ一つの桃を緩衝資材で包み、間仕切り、スペースに新聞と完璧な放送で送っていただきました。桃は大変美味しく頂きました。スタッフの皆さんに心から感謝しています。

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切で感じよかったです。ありがとうございました。 長野駅前で利便性が最高です。 食事やお土産なども駅前で簡単に済みます。 車は近隣にたくさんの時間貸し駐車場があり、 満車で停められない、などということもなく、大変便利でした。
バスルームのゴミが回収されておらず、ちょっとびっくりしました。お掃除は行き届いていたので、忘れてしまったのかもしれません。

1.部屋の冷蔵庫からずっと音がしていて耳障りで寝付けませんでした。 2.バスルームの臭いがキツかったです。 3.ホテル周辺の駐車場の地図はホテルのホームページから閲覧出来るようになっていれば、わざわざフロントに出向く必要もなくお互いに手間が省けると思います。 4.毎回エレベーターの中が煙草臭かったです。

Hope there will be another Olympics in town soon because the overall look was like a time capsule to 1998. And time capsule not in a good way - mold in bathroom, worn out curtains, stains on sheets, a specific smell in the lobby etc. Breakfast was local cuisine, but challenging to eat for foreigners.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026There is no independent AC unit in the room and is centralised. We went during peak Mid July heat and the airflow wasn’t enough. So we called the reception to ask if they have a circulator fan. And they were very kind to deliver it to our room past midnight without any extra cost or any further questions. That was the best !!

洗面所の排水なのか水漏れがしてて使うたび足が濡れてしまったのはとても嫌でした…。お風呂とトイレもかなり古いものだったのでその点は出来れば新しくして欲しいと思いました。

- El detector de humo, es una luz verde que alumbra por la noche. Si eres sensible a la luz es imposible dormir. -Como la instalaciones son antiguas, la cama es blanda, y si se mueve uno mueve al otro directamente, aunque en nuestro caso tenemos prácticamente el mismo peso. Pedimos por favor que si nos podían dar una habitación con dos camas, pero la amabilidad japonesa brilló por su ausencia de mano del jefe de recepción (que no era japonés)

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026La struttura è davanti alla stazione, posizione comodissima, inoltre per raggiungere il centro basta attraversare alla stazione. La camera era abbastanza grande rispetto agli standard giapponesi. Ci hanno permesso di depositare i bagagli prima del check-in.
L’arredamento è un po’ vecchio.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026スタッフさんがとても丁寧で親切です。 部屋に冷蔵庫がありました。 ホテルのほぼ目の前の歩道橋を渡り駅の改札まで2〜3分でアクセスはとてもいいです。 長野駅は新幹線改札と在来線改札と2箇所あります。ホテルのある繁華街と反対側の駅内に新幹線改札があるので、翌朝、6:02の始発の新幹線でしたが、5:50にホテルを出て珈琲を買っても間に合いました。
浴室天井や洗面台がびっちりかびてました。 ホテル内にランドリーがなくて残念。 ベッドのマットレスが柔らかく寝づらかった。

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026チェックイン、チェックアウトの対応してくださったフロントの方、それぞれ明るい笑顔で、とても嬉しかったです。 お部屋の広さも充分で、旅の疲れを感じずに、くつろげました。 浴室、洗面スペースと、部屋の段差がなく、使いやすかったです。 ベットも広々で、気持ち良く寝れました。
トイレの便座が暖房式ではなかったのが残念でした。 それと、浴室の壁に少しカビが残っていたのが残念でした。

バスルームのカビが気になった。経年劣化ではあるが壁、天井、浴槽の隙間が黒くてどうしても気になって湯船に浸かる気にならなかった。

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026We had an excellent stay at the Courtyard in Nagano, which is very conveniently located near the train station. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. During check-in, another guest was accidentally assisted before us, but the staff quickly realized the mistake, apologized sincerely, and handled the situation with great professionalism. Check-out was quick and easy, and our room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We would gladly return here when visiting Nagano again!

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The best selling point is definitely the location: the main station, both for buses and trains, is right across the street. Also, restaraunts and shops are there. The main temple is just 30 mins walk away.
They have a centralized system for heating and AC and when we arrived it was cold because the system (being late May) had already been turned to AC mode. So, we had to ask for a mini-heater as unfortunately we arrived when the weather was not great (and you are in the mountains, so it doesn't get very hot anyway).
