Vomit on the bathroom door and still waiting for the manager to contact me regarding my room change without notice and rate . They didn't change my rate but gave me a cheaper room

The check in was quick. The location ideal. Lots of visible security.

The elevators a little dirty. The hallways and room a little cooler. We switched the fan to heat and went out to shop and eat. When we returned there was no change in room temperature. I tried setting the wall thermostat but went to error. We went to bed and reported on check-out. Security presence was still heavy.

Kilkakrotnie po moich interwencjach zmieniano piloty, poprawiano coś przy telewizorze ale zawsze na krótką metę. Uwagi te zgłoszone zostały w recepcji z żądaniem rekompensaty. Niestety bezskutecznie.

Rooms were not the cleanest, pool not available, and minimal parking due to construction. Construction worker tried getting into our room.

Room: nice layout, comfortable *issue with many house flies in the window- maintenance handled right away, offered to live us to another room but the room was great just needed to remove the flies. comfortable bed as always Parking- Free, no problem finding parking Breakfast- good and plentiful with hot and cold options Staff- courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel under renovations but it did not impede our stay.

Dirty room, no AC, no tv, falling apart. Extremely overpriced. How is this allowed in 2025. Had to move to another room and the only difference was it had a semi functional AC unit that literally vibrated the walls. Awful

The room was beautiful. Staff were welcoming and helpful. If I were to describe what I didnt like, I would mention the staff may have been too helpful. While sitting in the lobby I heard the desk clerk give out a room number to someone who said they had a friend staying at the hotel. I know its easy to give away that information but I would consider teaching the staff to call the room to confirm the guest is welcome. There is no elevator key card security for safety, anyone can go up. Front desk should ensure guest safety by calling the guest.

The service at the hotel was very good . Hotel next to highway....so very loud. My biggest complaint is that I booked a room with a walk in shower because my wife just had surgery on her ankle and was on crushes. Not impressed that when we booked into Holiday Inn they had none available. NOT COOL!! NOT GOOD!! NOT IMPRESSED!!

Upon entering the room, I noticed several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay: The room appeared generally dilapidated. The curtains and bed sheets had visible holes and stains. The air conditioning unit rattled loudly, making it difficult to sleep. Wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the sink was poorly positioned, leading to water constantly pooling on the counter. For a room priced at this level, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and upkeep. This experience did not align with the expectations set by your booking platform or reputation. I hope you can understand my disappointment and kindly ask what steps can be taken to address this. Really good location, ice cold rooms, not a bad place to stay

Location is great.

The room smelled musty/humid when we came in. Had to turn the loud A/C on to change the air.

All in all it was good except for breakfast, they ran out of white milk. I asked if they would get me some and said they wouldn't have any till tomorrow....WHAT ? I then said that this was unacceptable as there are children here who have no milk for their cereal and I have no milk for tea, what is going on here ? A big hotel chain like Holiday Inn and no milk for breakfast ? The hostess then said she'd go ask, she came back 5 minutes later with a few cartons, unbelievable I thought that I had to say something in order for the hotel to act on this ! Other than that the breakfast was fine and the stay was alright, kind of soured, so to speak. I hope this doesn't repeat for future guests !

Unfortunately our stay was sub par. There were black stains in one bed, burn holes or something in the sheets of the other. The freezer was quite dirty, also leaking into the fridge. At breakfast, the pancake machine was out of order, the hot food was cold, the fridg where the yogurt and milk etc shouldve been was broken so we had to ask. It seemed the air conditioning only worked in guest rooms, there was no a/c in any common area. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, all I got was "oh, that's unfortunate". This was not the response I was expecting, especially after showing the photos. This place needs some work.

The breakfast hostess went above and beyond to please the guests. She made an eggs and bacon breakfast for me because I did not like what was offered due to dietary restrictions.

I had my truck broken window broken and personal items stolen. Hotel did nothing about it. Room smelled like mold.

This is the best option if you're looking for a cozy hotel to stay in town. With clean and wide rooms, elegant furniture and very quiet for the location...this is the best option you can find in Timmins. Everything was excellent and plan to visit again the city and stay here again.
