Pico Sands Hotel

The process was really smooth from pre-booking until we finished the massage. The massage is adjusted to my liking. Not too light but not too hard. Staff are also polite and nice.

Food at pico restaurant is great. Try the pompano. Shout out to our staff Joy thank you for the great food service.

It was raining so we were not able to appreciate the beauty. Food was also not that good. Spa room was not that clean. Towels that were given to me was still wet But the team was nice - helpful and respectful

It’s always a delight visiting Pico De Loro and staying at the Pico Sands Hotel. They make our stay extra comfortable and pleasant. Staff are always friendly, approachable, and courteous. We had most of our meals at the Pico Sands hotel resto and staff Cavin, Matt, and Christine made sure our family was well taken care of. Service was always warm and excellent.

beautiful place! yummy food as well at the lagoa restaurant. the staff are friendly and accommodating. the only thing i would like to raise is early closure of amenities. i hope they’ll consider extending it a little bit later to give chance for guests who would only be here for a night & make the most out of their stay.

Dear Pico Sands Hotel Management, I would like to formally file a complaint regarding the treatment we received from one of your receptionists, Ms. Mary/Mery, during our stay at Pico Sands Hotel from August 20–22, 2026. My family has been celebrating our children’s birthdays at Pico Sands Hotel since our child’s first birthday. It has always been one of our family’s favorite places, which is why we chose to celebrate another birthday there this year. For this stay, we booked two loft-type rooms worth approximately ₱68,000 and two additional rooms worth approximately ₱19,000, for a total of almost ₱90,000. Unfortunately, despite being paying hotel guests, we were not treated with the level of courtesy and respect that we expected. Our relatives and guests, some of whom were first-time visitors to Pico Sands, were repeatedly stopped, questioned, and followed by Ms. Mary/Mery at the main entrance even though they were registered guests and were wearing the appropriate guest tags for the duration of our three-day stay. She repeatedly questioned them every day and even approached them at the main entrance as if they were unauthorized visitors or people who had simply paid an entrance fee. This was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable for my guests. We also had friends who were staying in the condominiums and were members of Pico. Whenever Ms. Mary/Mery saw us talking to them, she seemed to assume that they were extra hotel guests and repeatedly confronted or questioned us, despite there being no basis for such accusations. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy our family celebration, we spent a significant amount of our stay feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and uncomfortable. What made this even more upsetting is that some of our guests are senior citizens and persons with disabilities. There was also an issue regarding the complimentary breakfast.

The food was well-prepared, served fresh, and presented nicely. The menu offered a good variety of dishes, and the quality matched the overall dining experience. The staff were attentive and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. A special thanks goes to our server, Ms. Joy, who provided excellent service. She was friendly, courteous, and attentive to our needs, making sure our orders were served promptly and checking in on us without being intrusive. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our dining experience even more memorable. Overall, the Pico de Loro Hotel Restaurant delivered a satisfying dining experience with delicious food, a pleasant ambiance, and outstanding customer service. We would gladly dine here again and highly recommend it to other guests visiting the resort.

We had the under the sky dome experience in sun coral. Their food was spanish and staff prepared sounds, lights around the dome. It was the best bday for my hubby. The following day we spent the day in the beach and ate pizza and mexican food. For dinner we had Buffet filipino food. We had fun, super busog and very relaxed weekend.

The food was delicious, the Pasta Alfredo had much sauce and was very creamy and tasty, while the Club Cheeseburger was exceptionally juicy and was quite tender. However, the food came very late, and it took around 15-20 minutes to come, and the portions did not reflect on the price, 650 for a simple cheeseburger, and 600 for Pasta Alfredo is not a reasonable price. The dining room was peaceful and well-lit. The staff was also very kind, especially Nhycos and Angeline as they offered a complimentary hot lemon water to her because she could not drink cold water. Overall, we enjoyed the food, the customer service was good, but the portions could be larger and the serving time should be shorter.

Been here a lot of times and it’s really a great place for family! We also had our delicious meal at Lagoa Restaurant. Kudos to our server, Ma’am Marilyn for serving our food. She also gave our kids, free toys.

Suzeth and Marilyn were the best! It was my wifes birthday and we came in late... since there was no more available cake, they made an effort to have their special turon dessert as an alternative (with a candle). Great service!

Our team had an amazing experience at Pico Sands. Kristine D. was helpful and has assisted us with our needs during our breakfast. The room is cozy, the beach is beautiful and we had a blast at their billiards and bowling room.

Our 4th time to stay at the Pico Sands Hotel in Pico de Loro, and once again everything about it was fantastic! All of the hotel, room cleaners, pool, and beach staff are so friendly and helpful. I especially wish to point out JM at the front desk who was so helpful from the minute we arrived until the end of our 5 day stay! He was smart, kind, and friendly with everything and just great!! One last thing, the breakfast buffet is huge, varied and fresh, and the several bars and restaurants are fantastic too!

My friend and I signed up for the massage. Maricor and Marisol were our masseuses. Oh my they did a wonderful and professional job! I can’t recommend them more! Definitely a wonderful experience!

Kristel & Luisa are both polite and accommodating during breakfast. One thing I wanted to comments is that parking should be 1 vehicle per room. It is very difficult to have my car in the club house and me staying here in the Hotel.

Not the place for couples or if you’re looking for a place to relax. It gets crowded fast because the hotel doesn’t have their designated pool nor does it allow access to the pico beach club

We had dinner at Pico Restaurant and Bar. Food taste is ok. Quantity is ok. However, it was not that hot when it was served. Our food attendant was Suzeth. She was very accommodating and provided excellent service!

Server Cavin was very accommodating; even offered to move us inside due to the heat. The rest of the crew was amazing as well. Food service was fast, we were updated on every step, and everything tasted good. The place was renovated as well; a huge improvement.

Pico is a great location for vacation, business meetings, date, anniversaries and special occasions. Its for families, friends and business partners. It has great amenities as well as good food in the restaurants. Suggestion to add stores to buy others essentials and snacks.

I asked for a really hard massage because I was having a terrible back pain. The therapist who attended to me, Maricor, gave me what may have been her hardest Hilot massage and it worked. My back pain was gone after the massage.

The staff were very helpful with anything we needed especially Joy who took excellent care of us at the Pico Sands restaurant. If you want a relaxing getaway with no worries I highly recommend coming to the Pico Sands Hotel.

Its always a good time here in pico de loro. The last time we were here it was raining so we did not enjoy the beach, but this weekend was all sunny so we really enjoyed our stay. Will come back soon and maybe stay a little longer.

We had a pleasant evening. Actually all staff are accommodating. Servings sizes are accurate. It was mentioned in the menu that it's just for good for two persons only. And it is.
