The lady who owns it is so lovely she made our stay so much better always coming for a chat whenever she saw us and she also had the most gorgeous animals so we got lots of dog cuddles! Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the location was incredible the treehouse was 10/10 it is about a 5-10 min walk into town but obviously to get the stunning view you have to be up on the hill so it was never a bother. The lovely men also collected our bags when we arrived and escorted us to the resort and the same in the versus amazing service.

The views were insane and the stuff were great, they carried our luggage for check in and check out.

Breakfast selection was poor Toilet was smelly and bugs could come in through the ventilator hole. As I said views were insane but the way to the hotel was very difficult and full of cockroaches and poor lighting. When you Lee came from party drunk that was all an adventure.

The only one thing myself and my family liked about this property were the staff and their friendliness.

The walk to the property was uphill, a literal hike in extreme heat which was not informed or metioned on their page prior to booking. And was extremely difficult to climb with my disabled autistic son. Due to the location we actually ended up checking in the 3rd and staying elsewhere to the 4th returning on the 4th and checking out a day early on the 5th. Due to finding rat pooh and as my husband had been bitten alive by bed bugs not mosquitoes bed bugs! With been travelling Thailand for the past month now and have not experienced this else where. To make matters worse we travelled to krabi island on the 5th and checked into our hotel here in krabi island to find my sons and mine suitcase was filled with bugs and all our clothes covered in bugs. With had to go and use a laundry service and buy a new suitcase and my husband has had to seek medical treatment! With stayed in various of hotels in Thailand and different locations and not had this type of issue or experience in any other hotel.

Nous avons choisi l établissement pour - son petit ponton d accès : un dépotoir (photo jointe) - à l écart de la ville -( rando épuisante avec dénivelé parmis les détritus) - au calme : dans l axe des enceintes des bars de plage jusqu a 3h du matin Je passe l écran plat avec câble dans la chambre ( on ne venait pas pour ça mais c est mensonger.. rien) Très très déçue par rapport aux photos , et aux descriptifs .. on est parti un jour plus tôt

La vue est exceptionnelle le lever de soleil est magnifique.

J'avais demandé une chambre calme car mon épouse est en convalescence d'une longue maladie. Il y avait la musique d'un bar jusqu'à environ 3h du matin. Le plus gros problème étant l'inconfort du lit. Celui ci n'est qu'un simple sommier avec un surmatelas d'une épaisseur de 3cm. Nous avons du changer d'hôtel car le confort proposé n'était pas en adéquation avec les besoins minimum de santé de mon épouse. Evidement aucune assistance de booking.

Only the view

Staff was very rude, location is not easily accessible, the way to the resort is in construction and dangerous. They charge for late check out even if it is raining heavily and you cant leave the room. Staff is not ready to listen and just deducted the money from security deposit. The room is very tiny to call it villa.

El desayuno poca variedad y alguna zonas como el muelle no se ve actualmente como en las fotos por lo que es una pena ya que tenía muchas ganas de relajarme en esa zona

The food was amazing with great customer service. The view from our room was most probably the best views on the island I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff will pick you up and carry your bags to the resort. And at the end of the trip they'll carry ut back down to your boat

Honestly nothing wrong with this place you get what you pay for. It is a little bit of a walk to get there maybe 10 mins from town with steep hills. But it's worth it for the view

Love the place, the view and staff super friendly and helpful. The location was a bit challenging for me since I was travelling by myself and had to walk alone to the property at night time. It's located about 20 min walking to the pier and 10 min walking to other hotels and houses, so it's a bit scary to walk alone for the first 10 min where there's not much around. Maybe in peak seasons it's better, but I was there off season so no many people staying in that area.

Phi Phi Sea Sky Resort offers a wonderful experience with a perfect sunset view from the charming bungalows (huge bed, AC, great bathroom). The location is very calm, ideal for relaxation, and just a short, easy walk (less than 10 minutes) to town and its restaurants and amenities. Please note that the path is not wheelchair accessible due to its steepness. The free boat shuttle for arrival and departure is a convenient perk. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, providing great support throughout the stay. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, featuring a good on-site restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. One thing to keep in mind: while the area is peaceful, the beach bars can be noisy at night. Overall, a great base for exploring the beautiful northern beaches and viewpoints on foot. I would stay here again - highly recommended!

Nos gustó todo, lo único que para llegar hasta el bungalow es una larga caminata desde el centro. Pero también se agradece que no se oye nada de la fiesta que hay en la playa. Y las vistas merecen la pena

The view was incredible in every part of the resort and the staff were so helpful and so lovely.

It has a lot of steps to get up to the accomodation and is a fair walk to the main town, unless the tide is ok to take their boat over. So be prepared to get your steps in for the day

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, hormis la jolie vue, aucun intérêt d'y séjourner. Excentré et la nuit impossible de dormir avant 3h du mat à cause des discothèques à proximité. Je déconseille, vous pouvez trouver largement mieux et pour moins cher ( coup de cœur pour pp casita)

The breakfast was all fresh.

Remote doesn’t even sum it up. Not one person in the reviews mentioned that the only path to town is like an obstacle course! Dangerous dirt track through the bush with a climb up and over boulders and rocks to climb up a mountain!! Rooms are as hot as hell in the day and afternoon. I think I was bitten by something in the bed/mattress about a 1000 times and I checked out early and left the hotel.

Wspinaczka po wielu schodach i górkach z nierównościami by dostać się do ośrodka. Dla młodych/z kondycją warto, ale osoby któtre są starsze i nie mają sportowej kondycji, lepiej by unikały tego miejsca. Tak samo nie jest przystosowane do wózków dziecięcych / wózków inwalidzkich. Niestety też bardzo głośno słychać imprezy z plaży. Jeśli masz na wyspie aktywności i nocą przychodzisz zmęczony do pokoju - dasz radę zasnąć, ale jeśli masz problemy z zasypianiem, zdecydowanie odradzam. Mimo braku takiej informacji na bookingu - biorą prowizję 500 THB. Warto o tym napisać wcześniej

The rooms had everything that was needed, and the location was just a 10 min walk into town. The owners were very welcoming, and even played pool with us in the lobby. Had an unbelievable time and would 100% stay here again if I was to visit Phi Phi

Отличные бунгало, номера красивые, кондиционер работал норм, холодильник то же, кровать хорошая подушки норм. Нам чайника не хватало но это не страшно. В кафе готовят вкусно и завтраки хорошие и по меню всё очень вкусно. Чуть в удалении от баров благодаря этому спать норм. Виды потрясающие из бунгало и из лобио. На территории живут очаровательные маленькие собачки, персонал оч хороший. Нам понравилось всё

Really lovely place to stay - view is amazing and room was spacious and comfortable Staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay and my partner's birthday extra special Came and picked us up from pier and helped with bags at high enough tide they take you to hotel by boat Reception/bar area has great view and pool table - we also rented a kayak from them which was cheap and lovely

Shower pressure wasn't the best but aside from that the room was faultless

Die Bettwäsche hatte zu viele Flecken.

Die Aussicht war spitze und die Anlage war einfach aber sehr gemütlich. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Man wurde vom Pier abgeholt. Das Frühstück war ok, man konnte auswählen zwischen Müsli oder Rührei und Toast, dazu gab es Früchte so viel man will.

Bis um 3-4 Uhr in der Nacht war sehr lauter Partylärm. Uns hat es nicht so gestört aber es kann schon belästigend sein wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.

Csodás kilátás, segítő kész személyzet és jó ár érték arány. A reggeli teljesen rendben volt, 5 féle opció közül lehet választani plusz saláta és gyümölcsök. Aki egy 5 csillagos hotel reggelit vár az ne ide foglaljon azt tudom javasolni. Én elégedett voltam.

Kicsit sokat kell sétálni a szálláshoz de nekem ezzel sem volt problémám mert szeretek sétálni. Ezt azért írom le mert vannak emberek akiknek ez problémát jelent és Őket szeretném megkímélni. Igen a szálláshoz sétálni kell. Illetve az öböl partján lévő disco zenéje este kicsit zavaró tud lenni.

The view is simply incredible. From the room, the rooftop or the restaurant. The staff is very friendly,kind and helpful. A lot of animals : dogs and cats living freely there.

The location of the Resort is perfect ! The view is incredible and the staff is super kind and accomodating !

Because of how the island is shaped, the music from the clubs travel very far so we could hear it from the room. Fortunately everything closes at around midnight !

We appreciated the view from our room. The rooftop behind the lobby is perfect for relaxing. And the staff were very nice to us.

Apart from the view, it’s the only thing you’re paying for here, and it’s expensive. The room is just an old tin cabin with absolutely no sound or thermal insulation. When we came back in the late afternoon, it must have been at least 40°C inside the room. The air conditioning took at least two hours to make the temperature bearable. With the party on the beach every night, we could hear the music clearly, and the fridge in the room was extremely noisy. Such a shame.

Everything was perfect and clean. The staff and the owner where amazing and eveything was arranged very well. Perfext if you want a perfect hotel at Phi Phi

Sehr toller Ausblick, im Grunde war alles vorhanden, was man gebraucht hat und das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem auch mit dem Gepäck. Wir wurden vom Ton Sai Pier abgeholt und am Tag der Absreise auch wieder hingebracht und das ohne Aufgebühr.

Es war nachts sehr lange sehr laut aufgrund von Partys in der Stadt. Der Weg in die Stadt gestaltet sich etwas abenteuerlich, es gibt keinen einfachen Weg und teils sehr starke Steigungen und sehr hohe Stufen.

It was really nice, the view was beautifull. The accomodation itself was really clean when we arrived. The staff was nice, and helpfull.

We asked for a tidy up. Nothing specieal just to make the bed, and take out the trash, we never got it eventhough we asked for twice. You have to take a long walk to the place, and we counted with that it was no problem. But around the guesthouses there was a lot of trash, that could have been picked up.

This accommodation has the most amazing view point, we loved our view from the lobby/breakfast area and our room. The staff were super friendly and helpful with any issues we had. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning.

The property was very far from town. Staff helped us with our luggage for check in/check out so we didn’t have to carry it. The do this by using a trolly or small boat. Otherwise, it is a 15-20 minutes walk to town which can be quite strenuous up and down the hill. Be prepared to for a mini hike every day. This does mean the property has a wonderful view though. We had several instances of ants in our room. Staff did organise gaps filled in the door and a fumigation but there were still a few ants after this. Breakfastst was a choice of a few options but each was cooked fresh for us.

Piccole capanne immerse nel verde. Personale molto accogliente, struttura molto pulita!!! Basta una passeggiata per arrivare al centro dell'isola e raggiungere il porto. Consigliato!!

Не понравилось местоположение и то что за такую сумму не входят завтрак. Когда идешь к бунгало , лесницы неудобные и воняет , так как из шланг , все идет на море . Грязное окружение . Цена не соответсвует , хоть могли бы за эту сумму завтрак включить с яйчницой . Бассейна , ничего нет . За 2 ночи оплатили 200$ . При этом задыхаешься при поднятий лесницами и когда спускаешься . Неудобно .

The view is crazy good! I love it here and also the staff was super friendly and the dogs and cats at the hotel were just one of the best things! There is pick up and drop off service which is great. We really enjoyed it here. - And for whoever complaining about it's far I'm like you guys are really like this? I mean you know it's far and you still book it? I mean if you want this view it's normal that you have to walk up or you think you can get this view from down there in the town? 🤣 And walking to the city is not even that bad. We don't even do exercise in general but it was fine to us. The worst part was stairs to hotel but that's all. Stop crying and if you want somewhere closer then book hotel in the city lol it's THAT EASY 🤣 - the noise, it's one of the party island and actually it wasn't that bad. After staying in this hotel it taught me a lot that some tourists are sooooooooooooooooooooo annoying 🥲

Lo mejor del hotel son las vistas, desayunar ahí es hermoso. La habitación esta bien pero no hay servicio de limpieza. El desayuno esta bien, te dan un menú y una opción a elegir (fruta e infusiones libre). El personal es muy amable.

La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro (15/20 min caminando), y el camino para llegar es un poco incomodo pero se puede hacer perfectamente con un estado físico promedio. Lo malo es que por la noche se escucha la musica de las discotecas del centro hasta como las 2am.

я готова поспорить, что это будет самый плохой путь к отелю в вашей жизни. к слову, мы молодые и спортивные люди.. дорога к этому отелю, мягко сказать, вас удивит. это абсолютно не приспособленная для нормальной ходьбы часть «дороги», разбитая тропинка в гору и с горы, идущая сквозь тараканов, огромных сколопендр, мусор и местные домики. уборка в номере и смена полотенец только по запросу, если не просить, то просто вешают на ручку рулон бумаги и 2 воды. даже если вы живете неделю.. завтрак включен, есть выбор из нескольких вариантов. скромно, но здорово что такая опция есть! кофе просто ужасный, хорошее место что бы бросить его пить. вид из отеля просто потрясающий и собачки, которые там живут прекрасные и милые! номер маленький, без включенного кондиционера находится в нем невозможно. вид из номера 115 - 10 из 10! вода горячая есть, кровать удобная, есть холодильник. совсем нет места для вещей, одна полка на двоих. персонал нормальный, без особого энтузиазма, но выполняют все просьбы. я считаю этот отель имеет место быть, но цена его должна быть как минимум в 2 раза ниже. я думала что более отдаленное

The view here is amazing. The A/C was good. The staff were helpful and hard working. They help with your bags from the pier which is great and they have a taxi boat to back to the beach as the walk is long! I had a special request as it was my partners birthday and they made the bed special which was a lovely touch!

The location was beautiful as the view is killer but the walk to the property is long I'd say just over 20 minutes it's more of a hike so keep that in mind if booking. The room never got cleaned while we were there 3 nights and 4 days and no clean towels. The shower wasn't the best either.

A stunning property!! So gorgeous. Very good vibes, the staff were happy & helpful. They seemed to work as a great team. Very cute pets too! Rooftop amazing. Breakfast yummy.

Mostly just that I found it frustrating not having any hooks in the room to hang up our bath towels. The walk into town isn’t overly long - but it’s not super easy. A bit of an effort especially in the heat. But the staff can take you in on the boat sometimes I believe.

Access to the town was via a dark uneven path. OK in group but might feel vulnerable to single travellers. The loud music from the town at night travels straight across the bay and didn’t stop till 3.30am.

The staff is very nice, the view is beautiful, and the location has its own privacy.

The room is very small, and the location of the hotel is far away from the city, a 15-minute walk. The problem is not walking, but because the hotel is high, you need to hike, not street walk.
