室内のテレビにテレビ以外のコンテンツが装備されていて、楽しめました。コンセントの数が充実していて助かりました。朝食の内容や開始時間、スタッフの対応等満足しました。ホテルのロケーションが最高でした。

1208号室でしたが、バスルームの水道の蛇口を強く閉めても少しづつ垂れてました。チェックアウトの時にお知らせすれば良かったですね。シャワーの水圧がもう少し強かったら助かります。

ロケーションが最高でした。どこへ行くにも便利です。観光で疲れてどこへ行きたく無くても、アミュプラザで食事が出来ます。もちろんコンビニもすぐ隣にあります。ホテルのスタッフの方も親切です。お部屋もリノベーションしているので、きれいです。

チェックアウトしてからも荷物をスタッフさんの方から預かりましょうかと言っていただきとてもありがたかったです！ お部屋も綺麗ですごく寝れました！

空間が確保されており、スタッフのどなたも親切で的確、プライバシーが保たれていて、とても快適に過ごしました。海外リゾート地と同じようなホスピタリティを感じました。朝食もしっかり手作りされていて、おもてなしの気持ちが良かったです。

洗面所の蛇口をギュッと閉めないと水がポタポタと落ちてきていました。コーヒーマシンに水をいれたままにしたところ、機械の下から水漏れしてテーブルが水浸しになっていました。タンクに水を入れたままにしたのがいけなかったのかもしれません。

地點很棒，服務人員也很貼心。尤其是幫我們叫計程車的那位先生很熱心的介紹了景點，第二天也親切地問了我們的旅遊經驗和地震的影響。房間很舒適乾淨。

La ubicación es muy buena.

La habitación no estaba limpia. Paredes y techo sucios. Las lámparas están con manchas de humedad, había mucho polvo en los muebles. Incluso el baño no estaba limpio. Creo que deberían invertir en cambiar y renovar algunos aspectos de las habitaciones.

When we stopped by to leave our luggage before check-in, the concierge at the front desk kindly provided us with detailed information about sightseeing in Nagasaki, including some local tips and helpful guidance on using and transferring between public transportation. All the other staff members were also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was much more spacious than we had expected and was exceptionally clean. Thanks to the high-performance air purifier, we did not experience the dryness that is often common in hotel rooms while sleeping, and we were able to rest very comfortably. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the station, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Nagasaki in the future.

We did not experience any major issues during our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with our overall experience.

The location is absolute perfection. It sits just a few steps from Nagasaki’s main station, which made arriving and departing completely effortless. Having a major shopping mall right next door was incredibly convenient for grab-and-go meals, shopping, and dining options in the evening. The room itself was spectacular. Compared to standard accommodations in Japan, this room was huge, giving me plenty of space to unpack and relax. The beds were remarkably comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the high-quality in-room amenities, especially having a Nespresso machine and a steady supply of great coffee available to kickstart my mornings. The hospitality here is excellent. The front desk and concierge staff were amazing—always polite, genuinely welcoming, and quick to help with any questions. My only real complaint revolves around the morning routine. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff woke me up around 9:30 AM when I did not put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. While I appreciate their efficiency, 9:30 AM feels far too early to be knocking on doors or making loud disruptions in the hallway, especially when you are trying to sleep in a bit on holiday.

The concierge gave us really helpful information and all his advice was right.

Schimmel im Bad am Dunstabzug, in den Fugen, an der Wand (schwarze Verfärbung), ... und im einsehbaren Bereich der Klimaanlage (im Eingangsbereich am Plafond), zentimeterdicke Staubansammlung hinter dem Fernseher und unter den Betten, Teppichboden alt und unhygienisch, ebenso das Mobiliar;

Sehr gut Lage wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Nagasaki entfernt. Für jap. Verhältnisse sehr grosses Doppelzimmer.

Leider nicht wirklich sauber. Die Leiste über dem Bett wo ich gerne meine Brille hinlege war komplett voll staub. Da hat schon länger niemand mehr geputzt. Möbel auch eher älter könnte mal renoviert werden.

The location was convenient near the train station and bus to the airport. The hotel was very clean though perhaps somewhat below the very high standards we had experienced in Japan generally. The hallway smelled somewhat musty.- Overall a convenient stay with no show stoppers.

The breakfast was OK but not to the standards we had experienced elsewhere in Japan. There were western and Japanese options. The Japanese options were not western friendly and western options had a significant Japanese bent. Toast and fruit and coffee worked.

Os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos, proporcionaram uma estada muito agradável. A refeição matinal foi incrível, adorei o arroz típico japonês, com muitas outras variedades ocidentais também. E durante a refeição foi possível apreciar a paisagem de uma cachoeira. Agradeço a estada maravilhosa e já estou com vontade de voltar novamente.

A eficiência da equipe foi maravilhosa e não encontrei nenhum motivo para não gostar de algo.

07:00-hrs on a Saturday morning, and my wife & I are queuing in order to get into breakfast, and once we got in, most of the tables were covered in the previous occupants used items, clearly struggling to cope with demand. Not good Hotel New Nagasaki!

Excellent breakfast in pleasant dining room. The accommodation was spacious and clean. Fairly close to the railway station and bus terminal. The USB chargers and lights beside the beds were well considered.

This was the first of 10 hotels that we stayed in Kyushu without a washing machine. There are hotels at a similar price range closer to the railway station. The Smart TV was locked, and we were unable to plug our computer into the HDMI port.

An older hotel but was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Even though we were close to the train station and a major road out front of the hotel, we didn't hear any outside noise.

It would have been nice if the hotel had some coin washing machines to do laundry. Many of the other hotels we have stayed at have them. They make it easier to travel light.

Perfekt läge med 5-10 min till tågstationen och spårvagnshållplatser utanför hotellet, bredvid hotellet finns en galleria med bl.a en saluhall och en större matbutik. En dygnet runt öppen närbutik finns även i anslutning till hotellet, fräscha hotellrum och en större lounge finns vid receptionen. En okej frukost serveras i den franska restaurangen som har en avkopplande utsikt mot en avskild konstgjord trädgård med ett litet vattenfall.

Önskvärt att de hade en större continental frukost istället för en amerikansk som mest består av sötsaker och kakor. Pålägg som ost och charkprodukter hade varit önskvärt istället för marmelad till brödet.

Amazing hotel. So close to everything! Extremely easy & very short walk to JR station; has huge Amu shopping mall right next door; across the road is the tram stop; bit further & still very easy walk is the coach station to take you to Nagasaki Airport. Beds were super soft, pillows were equally so, duvets are plump and warm! Staff very helpful. We stayed 3 nights, wish we could stay more! Our room looked over to Mt Inasa & the bay and was massive in size. Would definitely stay here again! It’s central and a superb, conveniently located hotel for a home base.
