Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Wir waren zum ersten mal in Nagasaki und fanden, das wir enormes Glück hatten in diesem Hotel zu wohnen. Alles war top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Nagasaki reisen, dann würden wir bestimmt wieder hier wohnen wollen. Bus und Streetcar halte direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen.

Ultimo piano con vista su tutti i lati della città. Buffet della colazione buonissimo e ricchissimo! Davvero un’ottima scelta e un’ottima location!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Prachtig hotel met meerdere restaurants. Mooie kamers en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Centraal gelegen met tram en bus voor de deur. Convience store in het hotel en goede koelkast op de kamer. Nagasaki heeft een verleden met Nederland, mooie stad om doorheen te dwalen.

El staff es extremadamente amable y el hotel es muy bonito. Se nota que es un hotel clásico. La verdad que estuvimos muy cómodos.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Our stay at The Global View Nagasaki was nothing short of spectacular and was easily the highlight of our six weeks travelling throughout Japan. The views from our room were absolutely stunning, both day and night, and the rooms themselves were incredibly spacious by Japanese standards. The bathroom was modern, well-appointed and generously sized. While the bed was a little firmer than we're used to, it was still very comfortable, and we enjoyed a great night's sleep every evening. One of the standout features of the hotel was the wonderful onsen. It was beautifully maintained, peaceful and the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. It was a fantastic addition to an already exceptional stay. The staff were outstanding—friendly, genuinely welcoming and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Having a 24-hour konbini downstairs was another huge plus, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks or anything else we needed at any time. The location was excellent, with both the tram and bus stops just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore Nagasaki and the surrounding areas. Although we didn't have the opportunity to dine in the hotel's restaurants, if they are anything like the quality of the hotel itself, I'm sure they would be outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If we ever return to Nagasaki, The Global View Nagasaki will be our first choice without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026ビジネスホテルをイメージしていたが、立派なシティホテルでした。エントランスからホテルマンが気持ちよく迎えてくれました。 夜、土砂降りの中、長崎駅まで行く際に、雨でなければ徒歩で8負分程度ですが、この雨ではびしょぬれになるので、1時間ほど待たれた方が良いかと言われました。ただ、店の予約があったので行かざるを得ないと話すと、タクシー移動を強く勧められました。結果、大成果でしたね。道路も足が浸かる程の水量でした。助かりました。 また、ホテルにある大浴場とは思えないほど、広く開放的な大浴場で、サウナも水風呂もあり、大満足でした。 コンビニもホテルから直接入れるので、便利です。

Los buses y tranvías a un paso de la entrada lateral del hotel. Por otro lado, un plus enorme, la estación de Nagasaki está a sólo 7 minutos caminando. El personal es súper amable. Los baños saunas en el quinto piso...wow!
No me gustó nada no poder quedarme más tiempo. 😃

Small gaps under doors means you will hear people get up and leave their rooms while you’re sleeping if you aren’t as early a riser.

少し部屋が暗かったです。電球がひとつつかなかったので、そのせいかもしれません。

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026大浴場のお風呂の種類が多く、サウナもあって疲れがとれました。 長崎の景色を見ながらの朝食も美味しく、食べ過ぎてしまうのが困りました。パンがとても好みでした。 バス停が目の前なのでとても便利でした。

4泊したのですが、お風呂はずっと男女入れ替わらなかった。

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026ツインルームは程よい広さでテーブルが大きくてゆったりお茶が飲め、洗面所も広くて使いやすかった。
ルームウエアの袖とズボンの丈がもう少し短いほうが良い 大浴場が出来たのは良かったのですが、個人個人の洗い場に鏡が無いのは不便です。 五階のエレベーター降りて男女の浴室案内が分かりずらく、男には左の←、女には右の→を正面に大きく表示すべきです。 製氷機、電子レンジ、ランドリー、自販機の案内を各部屋に置いておくべきです。 女性の脱衣場のドライヤーの数を増やしてほしい、ロングヘアの方が長時間使用するので中々空きません。

朝食が、7時からだっので、軍艦島周遊コース9時乗船に乗るのに８時１５分までに港までいかなければならないので 朝食が美味しかったので、もう少しゆっくしたかったです。（当方の都合ですみません）

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The breakfast was excellent. Lots of varieties and delicious. We were given rooms opposite to each other and the car park at the basement was so convenient for us when we unload the luggage.
Nagasaki has an accommodation tax so we were charged a tax and the car park charges is 1500 yen per night.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Spacious rooms with great views. Beautiful lobby since it is also used for weddings and ceremonies. The breakfast is exceptional, with great food and great views. Free access to the spa. The location is convenient if you want to go by foot to the ropeway.
The spa is nice but there's no point in having hot stones in the Finnish sauna if you don't have a bucket of water to throw water on it.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Loved that the hotel had private access to the 24hr Family Mart. The window in the room was huge, very nice to sit and look out at the view with a drink. The lobby was beautiful with a lot of marble and very big comfy chairs/ couches. The bar was nice and 20% off drinks for residents. Bus and tram stop directly outside the door. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pillows and bed were quite firm. The sink area was in the room instead of in the bathroom which we found strange.
