Pour la chambre, l'emplacement et l'accueil, rien à dire de négatif, c'est très propre, le personnel à l'accueil est très sympa et souriant et la chambre est très bien située :)

J'avais spécialement réservé cette chambre pour son check in assez tard (12h00). Après 24h de transit, il fallait vraiment que je dorme. Malheureusement c'était très bruyant à partir de 8h à cause des femmes de ménages (portes qui claquent, parlent forts devant les chambres..) On a même frappé à ma porte à 11h pour faire le check in !! Pas cool.

you have to bring own bottle or tumbler to get water from water dispenser at the lobby.

The bed was comfy and the aircon worked well. The location was excellent, less than 5mins walk from Lavendar metro station and a few minutes walk to various supermarkets, food courts and restaurants. The staff let us check in as soon as we arrived at 11am. Both of us use earplugs and we got very good nights' sleep.

The bathroom was particularly small so the toilet got very wet when you showered. The bedroom area was also small, especially for a couple - although that is to be expected in Singapore. The bathroom door was quite loud when shutting and opening it.

During our stay elevator/lift was not working, they that there is maintenance ongoing from 10am onwards, so it’s very disappointing and lot of struggle as we stayed in fifth floor and I am pregnant with my 2 senior parents.

The room is small and it is expected. But there were ants running around your bed and I killed serval during each night. I didn't eat in the room so definitely not my fault. Besides the bathroom exhaust not quite functioning so mouldy smell is inside the room. And one more thing the wall is as thin as paper so you'll hear the neighbours. The cleaners start their works at 5am.

Got upgraded to the other hotel due to aircond not working in the room

Be warned. The room was very small and the bathroom tiny. However the bed was comfortable, there was hot water and coffee/tea facilities in the room, and a switch to generate hot water for the shower. Around the hotel there were dozens of eating places and across the road in a mall there was a well stocked supermarket. My stay was one night only and the hotel was value for money. The train station was very close making it convenient to get to from the airport. Lavender is not a tourist area. If you don't want to spend a lot of money then this is a good option.

Very good location. Walking distance to Lavender MRT and also short walk to Little India. Ok for single or travellers with small luggage and 1 or 2 nights. Room was small barely enough for big suitcases. Seems to be busy on Sundays with short term guests!

I like nothing about Fragrance Hotel Lavender.

Firstly, I paid more than 3 Hundred Dollars for a room which when I arrived there my wife and I had to wait about 2 Hours to check in as we were told that the door the room that had been allocated to us was faulty and technicians were looking into the matter. Secondly,my wife and I went out for supper and when upon returning to the room, we had been told that we had to wait downstairs at the lobby for one of the cleaners to finish cleaning the room so that he can bring my wife and me to our room to help us open our room door with a key as the door of our room was still faulty and need a key to open it as the card to open the door was not working due to the faulty door. Lastly, even after paying more than 3 Hundred Dollars, my wife and I check out the hotel that night after being there for only about 5 hours. Fragrance Hotel Lavender was absolutely a terrible hotel. I urge other travellers not to come to Fragrance as it is absolutely a terrible and Horrendous place.

The cleaning cart was just outside our room and it was never removed there that we have to always pass by it everytime we go out.

Room is too small for double. You don't have enough space to keep the laugauge.

比較的安価なホテルですが、快適に眠れました。 部屋のタオルはバスタオル１枚のみ、シャンプーとボディーソープは兼用で１つのみです。 トイレとシャワーは同じ場所で区切りがないため、シャワーを使った後はトイレが濡れます。しかし、このバスルームの構成やアメニティは、シンガポールの同等グレードのホテルで一般的なので、これは欠点ではないと思います。 USB typeAの充電コンセントが４つありました。USB typeCはありません。また、各国の規格に対応したマルチ電源口も１つありました。プラグアダプタなしで利用できます。 歯ブラシ、ドライヤーはもちろんありますが、電気ポットやインスタントコーヒー、紅茶もあり、価格の割に充実していると思いました。 エアコンも十分機能しており、睡眠だけなら問題ないです。交通量の多い道路が近くにあるので、少しうるさいです。また、ベッドの下に埃が溜まっていたのは残念でした。 ラベンダー駅から徒歩数分で、付近にホーカーズ、飲食店やスーパーもあり、立地も問題ないと思います。

The room was extremely small and did not even have a small refrigerator. Bathroom had shower, toilet and basin in the one tiny room. There were constant noises from the adjoining rooms throughout the night which I suspect were from people coming and going for questionable purposes! While the location and price were ok I would not consider staying here again and would be wiling to pay more for a higher standard of accommodation.

Rill and his female partner at the reception they are so helpful, accomodating and so kind to answer questions.

Loud hallway. Hotel its like a hotel for sexual site where most of the clients were partners checking in per hour., And you could hear people next door.

A Bustling Hotel - Mostly for Couple It is a decent hotel with friendly receptionist. The room is adequate for short stay, with a nice bed, working TV, and ensuite bathroom. However, the toilet isn't exactly sound proof, and easily overheard whoever speak the next door. There would potentially scent from other rooms through the drain cover as well. Generally, the room is chilling with AC on and water is warm enough for bath. The room size is typical for Singapore budget hotel, very small with no space to walk. The bad side is the hotel cleaning might be quite frequent for level 2 or level 3 rooms, as they do offer hourly rate for Couple. Hence, the hotel might be quite noisy from evening till midnight.

This hotel is not for family stay. Mostly couples and prostitutes book the rooms on per hour basis. This place is not suitable for family…

The room at storey 5 can not get wifi to access internet with mobile. Need to come down to reception area at Storey 1. Besides this, the rest are all ok.

Air conditioner is dirty. Room is too small. No refrigerator. No microwave. Some rooms have no window. One staff service is poor.

The fragrance Hotel located at Lavender Singapore and is an extremely poor quality cramped tiny room hotel which is grossly overpriced and nowhere near worth it's money.  One would expect to pay 20 or $30 a night here it is an absolute rip off and extremely poor value for money. The rooms are tiny cramped and stuffy with very little inside, there is no bar fridge, no slippers, no dental kits, no soap at the wash basin, no bathrobes, but they do provide tea and coffee making facilities. They ask you to sign a no smoking policy and the first room I checked into absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong there was no way I could stay in this room and I went and complained it reception and they didn't seem at all surprised. Subsequently the moved me to another room where there was also a much lighter smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Clearly this hotel does not enforce it's no smoking policy. The rooms are absolutely tiny and the air conditioning is substandard and barely works and the rooms are hot, stuffy ,& smelly and after running the air conditioning at 16 degrees for 2 hours it was still around 25 to 28 degrees inside the room and it was stuffy and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are tiny and the shower is almost directly above the toilet if you are you use the shower here you will soak the entire bathroom floor, and there is no curtain or shower screen. If you're aarge person you simply would not be able to use the shower at all. The towels were like rags they tati with holes in them, they were scratchy with frayed edges and they were very small more like a large hand towel The beds are a double bed which is a quite hard plastic coated mattress and the springs poke you through the mattress which is horribly uncomfortable and there is only two very flat pillows which are also quite useless and uncomfortable. There is a TV squeezed on the wall and there is only 7 stations with no movies or anything and this to is nothing short of a joke compared for the excessively high price they charge for the rooms. I booked this place thinking I could get a reasonable sleep with a 14 hour stopover but what a waste of money I would have been better off and cooler staying at the airport sleeping on airport seats. If I had a choice of sleeping on a seat at the airport or paying the absurd price they wish to charge here and I knew what this hotel was like I would stay at the airport. This place is an absolute rip-off in an absolute disgrace and does nothing more than rob customers blind charging so much for something with his pathetically substandard. I have stayed in hotels for $20 a night in other countries that far better than this hotel and make this place look like something you would expect to find in a ghetto or in a red light district. 0 out of 10 in every aspect. Do not waste your money do not stay here there are too many far better places in the area this place is nothing more than a rip-off for what they provide.
