The room is clean and modern and well appointed.

The exterior was old, but that doesn’t matter too much. The highway was a little noisy.

The place was very clean. The bedding felt crisp and clean, good pillows as well. My only negative was the noise level early in the morning as is motel after all but for us it serves us well while we visited Waterton.

Room was clean but the hallways and doors were dirty. Vacuuming and washing needed.

Hallways are dirty. Room too small for 2 queen beds, bathroom lock is broken, AC not working well too and too noisy you can hear people outside and our room was in the basement so we can hear kids are running upstairs and moving stuff, even flushing toilet upstairs can be heard downstairs.

Staff were very polite from the time we arrived to when we left. The rooms were very clean.

We were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were so nicely renovated.. little kitchenettes come with everything you need to cook. The AC was great. It felt very clean and well taken care of.

Only tiny little side note, the fridge was not very cold.. and the shower curtain allows water to seep through onto the floor. Just needs a liner.

Room was clean and staff was very good. comfortable beds and nice bathroom... coffee supplied and good fridge.

There were no restaurants open in the little town.. we had pizza and the fruit stand for dinner... a little disappointing...

pillows were super hard. No staff in office at check out. We left the key and one of our belongings in the room. There was no one to let us in so left my balaclava in the room.

The reception area. The owner was very happy very good very accommodating. The area was quiet at night for sharing the room. The only thing I would recommend for the jacuzzi ,I’m I will be going back is that the Jacuzzi needs a hand bar when getting out a little bit challenging for older people.

The room was better than expected. Two beds and a kitchenette, and the bathroom was updated. A keurig was provided in the room, but no coffee so we had to ask at the office. Fairly clean, except they didnt check under the bed (mcdonalds cup and a dirty sock). The staff were nice but we didnt interact with them much. We also had very noisy neighbors. Up late, drinking and yelling, and the walls are thin. Overall, it was a decent price for what we got.

No breakfast & was a little confused as to whether I was supposed to be charged or not for a pet. Someone responded, saying we wouldn't be charged, and then I was charged. Other than that, it was a nice room.

Large room.

Booking a room in the basement literally means "in the basement". There were four us with different handicaps and having to do MANY steps down and then back up was very difficult. Lesson learned. I'm sure though, if you get a room on the ground level, it would be a much more comfortable stay.

The gentleman that greeted my parents when they arrived late in the evening was very kind and pleasant to deal with.

It was a slum type room - a very noisy old air conditioner. Broken off baseboard heater. Pet hair in the bed. It stank of sewage or bad drains. The mattress and pillows were old and awful. My partner had to sleep in our truck all night - it was so bad. Could not wait to be out. I couldn’t believe this 1 night cost $200. It was the worse place I have ever stayed in. It should not be on booking.com

Upon check in, I was informed that I booked the "wrong kind of room" and should have booked an upstairs room because I had a dog. I booked the room a month and a half in advance and was never contacted to make any changes, despite requesting a pet friendly room and receiving a "yes" response from the motel at the time of booking. He tried to charge me an upgrade fee, which I refused and he finally agreed not to charge me after some back and forth. I then asked how much the pet fee was and was told $25. I checked on expedia before paying to be sure, and it was listed at $20/night. This guy is a classic scam artist, so make sure you have written documentation of what you booked and how much it is. The towels were dirty and the pillows were very flat. Could also see water damage in one end of the room on the roof and floor. Otherwise, the room itself wasn't terrible, but I won't be supporting this place in the future due to the shady check in transaction.

I enjoyed your suite 147 especially the jacuzzi. Very spacious and comfortable bed. Next time I travel to Pincher Creek and surrounding areas I will book suite 147. I loved it. Then the guy at reception was excellent has people skills. He lifted us up. Keep on doing what you do.

The beds were so comfortable which afforded us 2 nights of restfull sleep from 2 days of hiking and touring both Pincher Creek and Waterton. The kitchenette has all that we needed in preparing simple meals for our small family. The staff were very kind and accomodating and were so responsive to our requests. It was much cheaper than hotels in Waterton but the quality of service was superb! Will definitely go back!❤️

Ac was leaking

The room was clean and the newly remodeled bathroom was nice. We liked having the kitchenette - everything we needed. You can get on the creek path easily from the property to go for a walk or a run.

The place was run down and terrible we had a kitchenette and the stove didn’t work and there was no pans or cutlery.

Very clean and pleasant. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, I will come back there for sure.
