Everything! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Stardust Inn and Chalets. This is now our new home away from home when visiting Southern Alberta. Dia, the owner, has made it her mission to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I can’t stay enough about her kindness and attention to detail. The restaurant on site is outstanding and the prices very reasonable. It’s a short drive to Waterton at a fraction of the cost. There is nothing not to love about this Inn. Make it your next stay!

Nothing, except that we couldn’t stay longer.

It was clean and tidy and the room was well appointed. We only stayed there for one night and it was perfect for what we needed. The restaurant that is next door served a really good selection of food and was well priced.

No offered WiFi, no offered continental breakfast, not even coffee other than the maker in the room. For the price, I have found other accommodations that offer a lot more.

The location was central to places we went to. The Staff were excellent: very friendly, accommodating and attentive. They made our stay comfortable.

It was very small! I didn’t feel the pictures I was shown when I booked the room actually showed the room properly. I was expecting a little chalet but instead had a tiny room in the inn that the bathroom door wouldn’t even shut in.

Web site made it look like we booked a different room. I thought we would have two beds. One very small bed. Not what web site made it appear.

Nice to stay at a place run by the owners. It shows in the details.

Tha location was perfect for the long drive. The place was clean, however they don’t breakfast is not included.

The room was very noisy with the Air conditioner as well as the exhaust in the bathroom was noisy. The bed height as above normal. Although the room looked clean the half eaten food was left in the refrigerator from the previous occupants.

Older motel style place but upgraded and spotlessly clean with lots of nice little touches like wine glasses in room and proper makeup mirror in bathroom . Don't be scared to stay here very nice. Also next door to a bar and grill "Fuzion" which is owned by same folk. Very good meal and nice place for a drink .

Clean rooms with great little details

Lovely little hotel. We Only stayed one night but will happily return for longer. The owner was welcoming and gracious. The room was charming and very comfortable.

We booked two rooms in the main block (not the chalets). The rooms were clean and comfy. The owner was entertaining and accommodating. The restaurant had amazing food and a great atmosphere, inside and out. The location was a great base to travel to and from local hot spots; Waterton, Red Rock Canyon, Fort McLeod and Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump.

Hardly any cons to this property. A couple of suggestions to improve guest experience:- a slip mat in the bathtub or rail for safety precautions and a hook or two inside the bathroom door to hang robe or towel on, as the room is quite compact.

Location was great. Dia was very welcoming, and the girls in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean.

On my first night I was awoken a few times by strange clanging noises that sounded as if they were coming from the room next door. Second night was fine.

The room was very clean with everything we needed. The onsite restaurant served great food at affordable prices. The owner was absolutely fabulous- friendly and incredibly helpful, we had to take our car to the mechanic down the street and she told us to check out at whenever our car was ready. The best stop on our four week road trip!!

There was nothing we didn’t like

My room was very clean and the owner had thought of everything. Wine glasses, coffee, etc. She even used high quality toilet paper!! The restaurant is lovely and the hotel was close to Waterton. When I arrived, the owner had left me a booklet on Waterton with a list of things she thought I’d like as we had spoken earlier in the day. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend this place!

What a lovely, clean, happy place to stay. The pride of management shows in every detail! The friendly management, beautiful flower boxes, patio area, decorated office area, and seriously, what accommodation has 2 Batmen prints in the room? All of the amenities were excellent. With the black out curtains and comfy bed, our evenings were perfect. We ate at the resteraunt 3x, and the meals and service were fabulous. We did not want to leave. What a treat!

The owner is very friendly ,she explains you each and everything very properly. The property is well maintained with extraordinary chalets. Will surely recommend the place to everyone.

Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean with nice towels that were actually fluffy. The price was reasonable as well not overpriced. The location is great, all destinations are located around Pincher Creek. The food was the cherry on top. I had Butter Chicken on the first night then Chicken Caprese the second night, super delicious. All around great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

I wished I could have stayed longer.

The location was very convenient for access to Pincher Creek Main Street. The room was excellent, especially the Queen sized sleigh bed. The room was very clean - loved having brown, soft towels versus the typical standard white hotel version.

I wold have liked a more secure lock for the door - perhaps a chain bolt to ensure it was difficult to get into the room.

The space was very cute and cozy with a bathtub and shower and little kitchenette for your convenience. The area was nice and quiet.

Ambience, location and relaxing.

The Chalet was exceptional. Very clean and inviting. They were very quiet and comfortable. The owner and staff were very friendly and outgoing. We stayed there because of it's close proximity to Waterton National Park. This was our first stay there, and we're looking forward to the next time.

The owner Dea was kind, gracious and friendly. She made our stay wonderful. The nearby restaurant was a bonus, too. We had a chalet which was spacious and perfect for our needs. Brenda and Dea helped us find a terrific mechanic when we experienced an issue with our car. Also the Stardust was close to Waterton National Park which made it easy to visit this gem.

only minor complaint - coffee too strong for us old folk, and herbal tea would be nice alternative.

Picture of exteriors deceiving. In the middle of an industrial park area.. virtually no property...or desire to sit on balcony etc. Came from Waterton. Husband had to crawl from bottom of bed to get in as it is against the wall. Nicely done inside otherwise. A few more amenities needed..ie..papertowels,Had planned 2 days so we could stay and hang out , cook meals etc but went to Head Smashed in and Fort.Mcleod because no where to enjoy at the property. Host friendly..place was clean.

Good spot for those looking for an affordable stay close to Waterton. The place was clean and had the necessities for a 1 bed. My only critique was the door was difficult to unlock with the key.

Excellent stand alone units that give you all the comforts of home. Literally. Even had a washer/dryer. Big bathroom with showers plenty big enough for 2. Full size fridge and stove/oven.

We really enjoyed our stay at the this property. The owner checks you in herself and then walks you to your room. She is very friendly and we enjoyed our talks with her. The motel is older, however most of the room has been recently renovated. It has a portable A/C unit. The beds, TV is all new and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. We ate the the restaurant ( Fuzion Bar and Grill and it was the best food I have had in a long time. This property is a hidden gem and is relatively close to Waterton Park. I would recommend it.

Wonderful service from front desk attendant. Thank you for accommodating us for our 1 night stay. Ive told everyone about the charming atmosphere of the chalet area. So close to Waterton. Will always book here. Highly recommend for family reunions, or just a great place to stay and explore the local shopping. Found some great gifts, so many charming shops to explore.

The bed was very comfortable, room quiet. The a/c was noisy if you kept it on during the night, but definitely cooled the room. Dea was very friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable and well-equipped kitchen

Clean with very friendly staff, however the overpowering smell of cleaning supplies and/or laundry detergents was intense. I had a headache in the morning and it triggered an asthma attack in another.

Restaurant was awesome with great food and service. Not much else to do in this small town but good place to stay if you go elsewhere

The cabin was large,clean, quiet and well equiped. The bed was comfortable. The owner stayed late to meet us and was very helpful and friendly.

We arrived late after a very long drive, it would have been nice if the bar was open past 10 pm.

People were super friendly and facility was superb. Our cabin had washer and dryer which was an unexpected bonus. Would recommend to anyone!!

We ate dinner very late and staff was very friendly but a little too focused on getting cleaned up and it required a walk over to the waitress to get our bill but not a big deal just fyi for management.

What a surprise to find this place in Pincher Creek! For a town that has been pretty run down, the woman who remodeled this place really set a high standard for the rest of the town. AND the restaurant is great!

Updated, clean rooms. The bathroom barn door could use an inside handle. The Fuzion restaurant there has excellent Indian dishes!

It was everything we hoped for and much more. The owner was very friendly and helpful about the Pincher Creek area. Highly recommended staying at this property.

That the grounds weren’t ready. We had our 2 dogs with us and I had to walk them in the weeds .

Great bed, nice kitchen, good bathroom, overall nice spot. The shower control was a little weird...but I'm not mechanically inclined, so take that for what it's worth. Television sound was awful, sitting in the deck drinking coffee was wonderful.

I had a great relaxing stay and the owners are very personable people with good knowledge of the surrounding area.

This little chalet was so charming and wonderfully appointed. We had a full kitchen and eating area, plus lounging space and super comfy bed. It was nice to sit outside on the porch in the evening. There's a great restaurant attached, and its close to Waterton Lake park and Castle Falls.

This place was so cute, and the owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Roomy rooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The sheets were soft too! Loved this place for the price.

We stayed in the motel side, not the cabins, and were really pleased. Room is usual motel size, but super clean and well appointed and in great condition. Quality towels and bedding and decor exceed usual motel standards by far, and the host/owner was great and offered excellent local travel tips. Easy 40min drive to spectacular Waterton Lakes National Park.
