La falta de mantenimiento, estaba todo el mobiliario, pintura, rodapiés, puerta, aparatos sanitarios, etc…destrozado. He estado en alguna ocasión en apartamentos turísticos y mil veces mejor que este hotel.

Eine freundlichere Begrüßung vom Empfangspersonal. Das Parkhaus sollte daraufhin gewiesen werden, dass es nur für kleine Autos möglich ist zu parken! Wir haben uns darauf verlassen und stellten dann fest, dass wir mit unserem Auto gar nicht in das Parkhaus reinfahren konnten! Musste dann in einem teureren Parkhaus, zum Glück um die Ecke, unser Auto parken.

Per mangiare, dalla colazione alla cena, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta per i tanti locali che circondano l'hotel. Reception aperta h24. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.Camera pulita e con lo spazio giusto per una breve vacanza
Bagno separato dal resto della camera con una porta a vetro opaca che non garantisce molta privacy. Comunque si tratta di un piccolo difetto che non pregiudica la valutazione assolutamente positiva che ritengo debba avere questa struttura.

Fuimos dos parejas. Nosotros reservamos en abril, es decir, con cuatro meses de antelación. Nos costaron dos noches 266 €. Nos dieron la habitación 407. La habitación era minúscula. Mas bien era una habitación individual que una doble. Pequeña y poco confortable. Nuestros amigos reservaron con una semana de antelación. Pagaron 233 €. Y les dieron la habitación 207 que era una habitación muy grande y confortable. No entiendo esta política de BOOKING o del propio hotel. Habiendo reservado antes y pagado mas, nos dan la peor habitación del hotel: Una habitación interior, con unas ventanas al patio interior que no se pueden abrir por el ruido de los aires acondicionados de la azotea... En fin, estoy muy disgustado. No vale de nada ser GENIUS nivel 2.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026I had gotten a room without a balcony view. I asked to change the room. The only thing I appreciated was that the staff finally listened to my request especially since I booked & paid for a room with balcony. Internet speed was good.
If I knew that this hotel would have ZERO lights inside the toilet/shower, I would never have booked this hotel. How can a hotel not have enough lights inside a shower and toilet? I am not joking, it was SO dark and you can't really shower properly in the dark. Didnt make any sense at all. The AC felt like it was not ON. Was too warm in the room.

La camera affacciava su un angusto e clautrofobico cavedio. Era sprovvista di televisore e di uno scalda-acqua che sarebbe stato utile vista la mancanza della prima colazione. Il materasso era completamente smollato e quindi una notte da incubo. Il nome dell'albergo "One Shot" è indovinato perchè dopo l'esperienza non ci torni più. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo. Tre stelle non le merita assolutamente, la sua categoria è 2 stelle.

Aunque el personal fue amable y nos dio soluciones, había cosas que no tenían solución como el estado de mantenimiento y limpieza general de la habitación. Las cortinas tenían manchas, las paredes también, los muebles estaban en mal estado… Una imagen dice más que mil palabras.

The furnishings were a huge disappointment. They were both very dirty and quite old. I specifically chose a room with a balcony so I could sit by the window in the evenings, but the windows and curtains looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 100 years, so I didn't even want to go near them. Unfortunately, it was nothing like the photos. Choosing this particular room was pointless; I just wasted extra money.

Reviewed May 16, 2026No me gustó nada. Poca atención, habitación muy básica, no todo lo limpia que debería. Pero el colmo y la vergüenza fue el parking. Estrecho es poco. Sales con el coche rayado por ambos lados. UNA VERGÜENZA. Caro también 29,00€. No lo recomiendo. Muy deficiente

Chambre petite, sdb petite et sans intimité toilettes ( separation/douche/chambre), inondation douche/chambre car séparation mal faite, lampes au fils vieux et sales, ampoules différentes. Prix trop élevé par rapport aux prestations

Open shower tends to get things wet. If you’re not used to it, can be challenging .

Pareti macchiate, mancanza di una finestra con affaccio ma solo alta e con infisso difettoso. in 4 notti hanno offerto 3 cialde di caffe in totale.. meglio non darle pittosto che darle per un giorno solo.

The walls were dirty in our room, furniture was old and chipped and dirty, our shower in room constantly got flooded so your feet was just wading in water.

La chambre donnait sur un puit de jour donc manque de luminosité et une SDB qui donne directement sur la chambre sans porte et des toilettes avec une porte limite inexistante : niveau intimité zéro
