We stayed in a family room but the bathroom area did not have privacy. A curtain would have been nice.

Es increíble, una experiencia de lujo. Todo está cuidado al más mínimo detalle, el personal es amabilísimo. No paran de reponer el agua en la habitación y por todo el complejo sin coste.

No es una queja, solo información que consideramos importante para todos los viajeros. Solo se puede llegar hasta allí en el transporte privado del hotel y este se paga aparte de la habitación. El complejo es muy grande y para moverte rápidamente por allí solo se dispone de autobuses que en ocasiones pueden tardar en pasar por tu parada.

Large resort with lots of facilities, attractions and restaurants with well organized, and very beautiful beach and ocean facing to the room!!

Price of transfer and excursion are very expensive that need to be reviewed we make the same in local island with 70% less price, rest everything is perfect.

Entorno espectacular con varias playas y piscinas. El personal es muy amable y nos facilitaron mucho las cosas durante nuestra estancia. La comida estaba muy buena, buena variedad en los buffet de desayuno y cena.

El precio del transfer compartido es muy elevado. El resort tiene una app propia y quieren que tramites y reserves actividades/restaurantes desde ella, puede ser un poco complicado para algunas personas. La madera en algunas zonas de las villas está deteriorada y el suelo rayado.

Precios desorbitados de las actividades, una lastima porque no puedes hacer gran cosa mas a parte de descansar y pasear. Cogimos el todo incluido por suerte. Los cocos y otras pequeñosnç detalles, tambien se pagan a parte del paquete todo incluido. En fin, una pasada de resort pero a precios desorbitados

The resort has beautiful scenery and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the complimentary spa service provided by the resort. The housekeeping team was also very attentive and did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable.

There are a few areas that could be improved. First, since the hotel knew our speedboat arrival time in advance, it would have been better to turn on the air conditioning 2–3 hours before our arrival. The room was very hot when we arrived, and it took a long time to cool down. We initially thought there was a problem with the air conditioner and contacted maintenance, which caused us to lose a whole afternoon. Second, there were no slippers provided in the room at first. After contacting the hotel, they delivered them quickly, but we were not sure whether they were accidentally missed or if slippers are not normally provided. Finally, the hotel app could be improved. Some activities were cancelled, but the changes were not communicated through the app, which made it difficult for guests to get updated information.

the spread was amazing. We were with kids and the staff was super courteous and went out if their way to accommodate our child's request. We felt super welcoming and the food was delicious.

BEWARE THIS ISLAND IS HAVING MAJOR CONSTRUCTION WORK CARRIED OUT which is the first thing you see when you get off the boat at the jetty. This work is to extend the island and to make things even worse another company is building a new island right next door to this one only a few meters away. I was not made aware of this when booking. I actually cancelled my booking with another island as they informed me they were having renovations so we searched long and hard to find a suitable alternative which ended up being Sun Siyam Olhuveli. Imagine my frustrations to arrive on the jetty to see diggers and dumper trucks and hoardings sectioning off some of the island. I was absolutely gob smacked that I was not made aware of this before arrival and wrote to the company I booked with and the management team at the resort. Needless to say the senior management team never bothered to talk to me they just kept sending lower level staff from the team to offer freebies to appease the situation but never address the real issue. As much as they understood my anger they could not change the fact I should have been told before arriving so I could cancel and book somewhere else. I was fuming I spent nearly $1000 per night to stay on a building site if we were due to stay more nights I would have demanded to be moved to another island but as it was just 3 nights it was not worth it. The main reasons I love to visit the Maldives is the laid back quiet ambience and the snorkelling and this island offers neither of them. It has so much disturbance in the water from all the building work the sea is actually really dirty and the visibility was only a few metres. The reef area is very limited and made even smaller by the closure of the right hand side of the island for construction machinery to work.

Die Strände sind so weiß wie Puderzucker und das Meer ist türkiesblau und warm. Wir haben die grand Wasservilla gebucht und es war der absolute Traum. Wir sind viel gereist aber der Aufenthalt im sun syam olhuveli hat alles getopt Die Insel ist groß und deshalb verläuft sich auch alles. Die Strände sind leer und man hat das Gefühl einer einsamen Insel. Gleichzeitig gibt es so viele Freizeitangebote wenn man Lust auf Unterhaltung hat. Wir haben viel Tennis gespielt und die Kinder haben die Freizeitangebote wie z.B die Schatzsuche wahrgenommen. Wir hatten so viel Spaß und vor allem die Kinder sind viel geschnorchelt und haben hatte so viel Freude an den vielen Fischen vor unserer Wasservilla. Zwei Mal am Tag gibt es room service und Imthi hat uns das Zimmer immer so wunderschön hergerichtet. 🙂🙏 Gleichzeitig haben alle Mitarbeiter immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. 🙂 Die Insel hat eine super Infrastruktur und sogar eine Klinik auf der Hauptinsel was mich wegen der Kinder sehr beruhigt hat Das sun syam olhuveli ist einfach der Traum und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter für die wunderbare Zeit 😀🙏🙏💕

The service staff deserve praise because they tried their best always to accommodate all guests' requests. There was shuttle bus service to the buffet restaurants.

After breakfast, the frequency of buses going back to the rooms could be increased.

We loved everything. 3 islands connected for beaches, spa and restaurant makes a various choice. The spacious rooms with a veranda gives peace and comfortable. The shuttles bus is a an extra comfort and the staff is great. Irey as our private butler made our stay perfect and mr Hassnen was so nice and made everything better. A farewell cocktail party. Beachside 7 to 8 restaurants. Dive center. Spa. Boutiques and many more. it was excellent and had a wonderful time. I would rate 5 stars and not a 4 stars. Because sometimes 5star gives u 4star service but this resort is exceptional and giving u more than 5star services and hospitality. Ask for the renewed water villa when u book...

Wild marine life around the place is amazing, there are several places around 3 islands where you can go for snorkling and swim along colorful reefs, fish, turtles, rays, reef sharks, etc. We even saw manta rays one evening there. The resort territory is very well kept. Great choice of food at the buffet. Spa facilities are also worth mentioning, got realy great massage there.

As many places in Maldives, quite pricey. Couldn't justify costs for some activities they provide, as you can pay for the same experience 5, 10 times cheaper if you stay on a different island. We stayed in over water villas, great experience, very clean and comfy, but some furniture and the floor would definitely do with the upkeep. Quite limited evening entertainment. But overall I'll still give them 9(-) out of 10.

Das Personal war wie letztes Jahr einfach nur grandios und dadurch das die Insel immer noch an der gleichen Stelle steht, hat sich unsere Begeisterung für alles andere nicht geändert.

E una delle più belle vacanze. La struttura offre tantissimi servizi , il posto e bellissimo . Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una water villa con piscina, Bellisima ci sarebbe piaciuto vedere piu animali marini vicino ai pontili la sera pero c’erano gli stessi pesciolini e abbiamo avuto la Fortuna di avvistare 2/3 volte una manta e altri pesci piu speciali . L’isola e enorme con la possibilità di cambiare bar e piscine. Le isole sono collegate tra di loro și può arrivare dall’una altra a piedi oppure con dei mini bus che passano ogni 5/10 minuti. Noi abbiamo avuto la pensione completa , con tanta bariera di cibo e possibilità di mangiare in 3 ristoranti diversi (il cibo e molto buono pero per chi non vuole assaggiare cose nuove ha scelta limitata) , ce la possibilità di mangiare anche in altri ristoranti a la carte molto belli. Lo staf e stato molto gentile e accogliente.

Il check in lo fanno in base anche alle partenze dei altri ospiti sicché potrebbe farlo anche molto presto la mattina ciò toglie metà giornata.

Excellent stay. Resort is big but very well managed. A lot of things to do for both adults and children. The lagoon is very nice for swimming, water sport and relaxing. Many excursions available from shark snorkeling to whale shark excursion. We did most of them and all were great. It is possible to snorkel at the house reef just off the jetty and see some fishes. The reef is fine, not the best we have seen before and lot less sharks or turtles, but perfectly adequate for snorkling and spotting marine life. There are a lot of dinearound restaurants if you go all inclusive. We tried 4 of them and all were very nice with excellent service from the staffs. Dinesh from the sunrise bar makes the best cocktail, Sangina from the thai restaurant and other ladies at Nameste and Milano are very attentive and gave us a great dining experience. Our beach villa overlooking the lagoon was great, modern and comfortable. Loved our stay.

Wo soll ich anfangen??? Es war von der Abholung am Flughafen bis zum letzten Moment alles Extraklasse. Das Personal ist super super freundlich. 2x am Tag Zimmerservice. Kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer, beim Essen und am Pool. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Eine perfekte Strandvilla mit Dusche, Badewanne und einer weiteren Außendusche. Tolle Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Meer.

Sinceramente todo. El atolón se compone de 3 islas, a las que puedes acceder a través de unas pasarelas de madera. La lagoon es impresionantemente grande, tranquila y bonita. En el arrecife propio vimos de todo, incluyendo tortugas y tiburones. Tienes un punto de observación de mantas por la noche, al lado del Dive Center. Impresionante. Puedes pasear de isla en isla, y ver la belleza de todo el entorno. La cabaña en la playa delante de la lagoon era gran nueva y bonita. El personal y servicio de 10. También las comidas. Es tan grande que parece que este medio vacío.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The islands are beautiful and there are a lot of activities to do. We wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in a water villa with a pool and we got to see so much sea life. It was an amazing experience with our two teenage kids and the room was spacious and private from other guests. I would definitely consider staying here again 😁

The resort is nice overall, but I would rate it as average in terms of beauty and overall experience. Unfortunately, the food was not good and was not tasty, which was disappointing, especially considering that my booking was on a full-board basis.

Our family stay at Sun Siyam Olhuveli was truly unforgettable. The resort is stunning, with beautiful villas, infinity pools, white-sand beaches and an incredible turquoise lagoon. There is also so much to experience, from snorkelling with turtles and sharks to water activities, relaxing spa treatments and spectacular sunsets. What really made our stay special, however, was the wonderful team. From reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff to the spa, activities and boat crews, everyone treated us with genuine kindness and was always ready to help. We felt very welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. It was also lovely to meet Jila, and we truly appreciated her kindness. A heartfelt thank you to every member of the Sun Siyam Olhuveli team for making our family holiday so memorable. We are leaving with wonderful memories and would happily return. We highly recommend this resort for both families and couples.

Alles! Water villa was een aquarium! Geweldig!

Wat een prachtig eiland! Het is precies zoals je de Malediven voorstelt: mooie stranden, palmbomen en turquoise zee. De faciliteiten zijn ook geweldig! Het personeel is super vriendelijk, het huisje was voortreffelijk. Wat een ongelooflijke luxe om hier te kunnen verblijven.

Jammer is dat veel restaurants en activiteiten al volgeboekt waren toen we aankwamen. Ook jammer is dat all inclusive dan weer net niet helemaal alles dekt.

La comida del bufet que entraba en la pensión completa tenía todo muy bien presentado y limpio pero a nivel culinario le faltaba un poco de gracia.

Long distances between the water villas and the main island where you have to go for lunch/dinner and other activities. There is a bus service but sometimes you have to wait 20-30 minutes for the bus to come. Dive site is good but not exceptional

First class property in every way - the villas, the staff, the restaurants, the activities, the beaches. We stayed in a Grand Beach Suite Villa with Pool (669 the BEST location!) next to gym, infinity pool, restaurants, and a beach on the quiet side of the lagoon and close to Ocean Spa. This was one of the best holidays we’ve had and we have been all over the world. Highly recommend! And we lucked out with 10 days non stop sunshine and heat in July too….thank you to all the staff at Olhuveli it made an amazing holiday experience for us.

Je n’ai pas apprécié que lors du Check out, personne est venu nous chercher pour nous déposer à la réception sur l’île principale d’Oluvheli. De plus, on m’a fais payé 138$ x 2 pour le buffet de langouste à volonté au restaurant Maghrib Grill sachant qu’un membre du restaurant nous a proposé une réduction, passant de 138$ à 50$ par personne. Au final, j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de payer les 138$ par personne. C’est de l’arnaque !! Ce n’est pas du tout du standing d’un 4 étoiles

Ubicación y la over water con piscina

Poca variedad en el buffet. Necesidad de coger buggy para todo. En mi isla solo estaba el buffet abierto para desayunar por lo que teníamos que coger buggy para comidas y cenas y eso nos suponía casi 30 minutos extra. Estaban haciendo obras en una zona cercana y se oía mucho ruido.
