We had the most incredible stay! Everything was amazing — the food, the service, the facilities, and most importantly, the people. Every single person went above and beyond to make us feel special and truly cared for. We had the best time of our lives and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The complimentary snorkeling boat trips were also fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. A very special thank you to Faiko, who went above and beyond and made our stay even more wonderful. And many thanks to Muskan, Jobit, and everyone else who made our experience so special. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and would absolutely love to come back! ❤️

The water villa was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the lagoon. We especially loved the water slide—it was so much fun and added something special to our stay. The crystal-clear lagoon was perfect for swimming and relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in and around the villa. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience.

What I didn’t like: The wooden support braces underneath the water villa were damaged and some appeared to be disconnected, which caused noticeable movement of the villa unit. This was concerning and should be properly inspected and repaired, especially from a safety and comfort perspective. We were also disappointed with the inflexible approach to late check-out. At other resorts, there is usually some consideration for guests who request a little extra time, subject to availability, but here we were asked to vacate the villa strictly on time. Another point that was disappointing was being required to make full payment before we had even arrived at the property. This made the overall experience feel less flexible and guest-friendly.

The beach was peaceful, and breathtaking, with crystal clear water and soft white sand. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and wide selection of dishes. Dinner was outstanding with delicious cuisine, beautiful presentation and wonderful atmosphere.

There wasn't anything significant to dislike during our stay. If I had to mention one area for improvement it would be having a wider selection of evening entertainment or activities. otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.

45 минут на катере. Очень быстро и комфортно. Красивый остров. Много развлечений. Батлер Дарья была на связи и решала все вопросы быстро. Вкусный китайский рпсторан. Индийский тоже. В подводном были. Тоже хорошо. Массажи классные.

Расчитывала на шведский стол. Но шведский стол был в виде буфета. Т.е. завтрак еще рыбка, сыры, бульены были. То вечером нечего выбрать. Все заказывать нужно в омровном ресторане. К концу отпуска привыкли. Но мне не удобно. На нашей стороне пляжа всегда водоросли были.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Sea is dirty, but the most important food was so bad, that we had to leave after three days

The food and drinks were excellent.

The room guide was not friendly and asked us to extend our stay at an extra cost of $300 due to the lack of ferry service. The service was disappointing. When we tried SUP water sports, the staff were unwilling to rent us a board and even spoke to us rudely. Overall, they were not friendly at all. We also completed a survey believing it was confidential, but it did not feel that way. The manager and room guide approached us afterward to question why we gave negative feedback and asked how they could improve, which made us uncomfortable.

整體非常滿意。房間乾淨舒適、環境整齊清爽；餐飲方面種類多而且味道好。亦特別多謝主廚周師傅當時主動詢問我哋嘅意見，並煮咗好味嘅菜式俾我哋食，令人印象深刻。仲想多謝Hussain管家嘅貼心照顧，安排同協助都好周到，令我哋住得更安心、更舒服。下次有機會一定會再入住！

本人於水上活動中心完成獨木舟活動後，於返還器材過程中遇到不禮貌對待。當時工作人員Hameed在態度及講話方式上未能提供應有的基本尊重，令我感到不舒服。希望貴方能了解事件經過並作出改善，謝謝。

1. Удобная вилла, достаточно просторно, хорошо, что есть "патио" перед виллой с тенью 2. Вкусная еда во всех ресторанах, нам за 10 дней не надоело, а в специализированных ресторанах - еще и хорошее обслуживание 3. Мини бар в номере с игристым - это приятно 4. Наша батлер Дарья - гений организации и тайминга, удобно организовала все наши записи в рестораны, спа и на активности 5. Можно плавать (есть достаточная глубина), в том числе посмотреть рыбок с маской могут даже те, кто не готов к "большому" снорклингу с выездом 6. Снорклинг на рифе 2 раза в день включен в стоимость

1. Главное, что не понравилось - стройка в конце острова и ремонт дорожки, несмотря на высокий сезон 2. Боновое ограждение в виллах на запад портит вид (хоть и защищает от мусора, наверное) 3. Матрас слишком мягкий и довольно продавленный, хотя остальное оборудование виллы в хорошем состоянии 4. Надо предупреждать гостей о времени обработки от насекомых! Нас одна такая обработка химикатами застала в открытом душе 5. Обслуживание в основном ресторане, особенно на завтрак, чрезмерно неспешное 6. На восточном пляже мало зонтиков от солнца, а нам он показался самым привлекательным для купания

The entire place was phenomenal, from the staff to the villas.

The water current restricted our ability to swim in the water around our villa, but this isn’t due to the provider.

Die Unterkünfte, Restaurants und Bars sind in einem sehr guten gepflegten Zustand. Hervorheben muss man das immer freundliche und engagierte Personal. Im Fitnessstudio beispielsweise Pappu mit seinem Team oder unser Concierge Blue.

Traumhaft schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Malé. Alles war perfekt. Die Betreuung war von der Ankunft am Flughafen bis zum late Check-out perfekt. Das Essen ist qualitativ hoch. Unser privater "Betreuer" Anu hat uns jede Mühe abgenommen und alles perfekt organisiert (Check-in/out, Ausflüge, Abendessen, Spa-buchungen) Wir müßten uns um nichts kümmern. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wird man mit einer Fuß Massage willkommen geheißen. Wir kamen um 5 Uhr morgens an und erhielten sofort unser Zimmer. Wir hatten auch keine Wartezeiten am Flughafen. Alles ging reibungslos.

Wir hatten einen Überwasserbungalow. Der Bungalow hat keine Fensterfront. Die Fenster sind zwar groß und alle schauen zum Meer, jedoch ist es keine Fensterfront. Das hat aber auch einen Vorteil, nämlich die gehobenen Privatsphäre.

Paradise on earth would be an understatement, this was truly one of our best vacations so far. We went there to celebrate our 25th anniversary and what a celebration it was. The staff from start to finish were amazing, especially our butler Ayush who was great and arranged an great itinerary during our stay. He was always available for us, if we needed anything. All staff were so friendly and felt really welcoming. We stayed in a over water villa with pool which was exceptional, especially with the pool which gave an infinity feeling with the ocean in front. The food was also of a high standard, with great presentation and tasted amazing. Although we went in their apparent rainy seasons, our 5 days were all glorious sunshine but not too hot. The sandy white beach and crystal clear blue water was one of dreams. There were also excursion which were included such as snorkelling and fishing trips which were also really fun and enjoyable. Definitely will be visiting again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at OZEN in the Maldives. The transfer was very smooth and convenient, with a comfortable boat ride. Our butler, Maftuna, was simply amazing – she explained everything in detail, was always available, and organized a truly unforgettable vacation for us. She also speaks Russian, which was a big plus. The resort offers babysitting services, and we were so grateful for Samira, the Russian-speaking nanny, who helped us a lot with our little one. Food can feel a bit repetitive, but the chef is always happy to prepare something special upon request, which made dining a very pleasant experience. Housekeeping was excellent, with our villa cleaned perfectly twice a day. The villas are located on both the sunrise and sunset sides – honestly, there’s not much difference, as the entry into the lagoon is very similar everywhere. The gym is well-equipped, and there’s also a sauna and steam room. We also tried the spa, and the massage was professional and truly relaxing. The quality of the drinks and alcohol was also very good. In terms of value for money, OZEN delivers exactly what it promises – a luxurious holiday at a fair price. Of course, if you are looking for the ultimate ultra-luxury experience, the cost would be on a completely different level. Overall, our stay was nothing short of amazing – a truly luxurious and memorable holiday.

Amazing 10 days with fabulous staff

It is our second time at Ozen Life and it will surely be not our last. The rooms, the island, are magical and with the support of the staff who are dedicated to ensure a once in a life experience, Ozen life is our little piece of heaven.

Sadly the weather was rainy and cloudy during the time of our stay but we can’t fault the property for that. The remote control for the TV in the room did not work and the scale had no batteries, some minor issues which the staff is working to resolve. The towels are a bit dated and could use change.

Overall one of the best vacations ever

Extreme service! Amazing views, several excursions and activities like swimming with sharks, amazing people, and REDICULOUSLY AMAZING food. Our Butler Thaabish was extremely nice, helpful but not hovering! Theresia in the M6M (6 meters deep restaraunt) is the nicest on the island along with what id consider truly genuine! Recommend everyone to go!

Everything about the staff, facilities, food was excellent, no complaints. The arrangements from the moment we were picked up at the airport and back again was perfectly executed. Food and drink quality was exceptional, especially at the Friday dinner gala and Ceylon. Our room was perfect, everything worked, temperature was just right, not to mention the breathtaking view every day at any time. Gym and bar was very nice, we loved our visits there.

Minor fly problem in the room and main restaurant, nevertheless the staff attended to the problem effectively despite only temporary. Not enough activities to do, kids club and kid oriented activities could be enhanced or added. If this is achieved we will bring our children next time. Fishing excursion was underwhelming. My wife didn't like the yoga class.

The hotel service is very good, there is no limit on food and beverages, the room is cleaned every day, our housekeeper Ms. TUYA arranged our itinerary perfectly, I will choose this hotel next time I travel

🐬We came to Ozen Life to celebrate my father's birthday as well as Chinese New Year. 🐍 Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly. Mr. Forty was our Butler. He made everything easy for us and arranged heartwarming surprises for my dad. Best Butler ever! There were a few bars and restaurants on the island. Our favorite was Peking Chinese restaurant. Chef Zhou made delicious authentic Chinese food for us. It was so good, we went back the next night. Chef Zhou took the time to recommend different dishes. He also shared a lot of valuable insights about life in the Maldives. He was kind, humble, and needless to say, a fantastic chef! I've lived on 4 continents. Chef Zhou's Chinese food was definitely top notch world class. 🤤 Mr. Munnu from the Indian restaurant knew we liked lentil soup, so he made sure to bring us some even when it wasn't on display at the buffet, so thoughtful of him. Yummy! Nita, Siri, Ahil and other restaurant staff were so good to us. We remembered Nita, Siri and Ahil specifically because they had gorgeous smiles. Sheshkanta kept our room spotlessly clean and restocked whatever we needed everyday. He was always so energetic and jolly when we met him. He was also a wonderful artist. GM Elizabeth kindly helped my mum when my mum fell. She also wrote a sweet farewell card and came to see us off at the jetty. Our favorite activity was the sunset cruise, mainly because we got really lucky and saw pods of spinner dolphins. I've been to the Maldives before. My days in Ozen Life were truly special. We would be delighted to revisit in the future.

Nothing- wished we stayed longer!

My partner and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Ozen Life Maadhoo resort. I can honestly say that the entire Ozen life team are super well trained as the service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff, no matter what their position were so welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get everyone's names , however every waiter, waitress, barman, bar-women , butler , chef , room cleaners, boat staff, gym staff , spa staff etc were excellent. I want to particularly call out that as I'm the awkward one, being a vegan, the chefs picked up on this quickly and did everything to ensure that I was catered for. The head chef also ensured that no matter which restaurant I ate at , I would be looked after. The resort is super well catered for and is perfect for families with a lot to do to keep all family members entertained. We absolutely loved the underwater restaurant . The Indonesian restaurant was also superb . The buffet restaurant was also amazing every day. The service is honestly 5 star and surpassed most of the other 5 star hotels we stayed in on our 3 week December trip. The only one comment which is nothing to do with the staff / service is that the whole resort is a little tired ( after being open for years) and compared to other 5 star hotels, is behind on their interiors.

We had a fantastic holiday and the people made the stay.to be slightly critical it looks a little tired particular the bar area and rooms could be more modern. The resort itself was great but not amazing! They are adding a Seafood restaurant which will help

The attentiveness of all the staff and service provided . Great location close to airport and alot of beach accesses around the resort. Dining options are perfect satisfies all cravings.

Excellent services, especially with compliments to our butler Mujey, who is always kind and very helpful. Nice food, with a variety of food choices. Underwater restaurant is definitely a plus. Great lagoon view from water villa. The dive centre staff is very helpful and recommended the submarine trip for the three of us. It is an excellent experience for old folks like my parents to be close to marine life safely.

Because I came together with my parents, both of them being 75+ year old, I am very concerned about safety. Sharing two thoughts here: 1) No safety jacket is provided to passengers when we went for sunset cruise. It is an open boat without windows and about 20 passengers. I didn't see a safety jacket anywhere during the trip. I don’t know if this is the same for the sunset fishing trip, as we cancelled it. Submarine doesn't provide safety jackets either, though the staff did mention before the trip that it is a closed air-conditioned area, so sitting inside without a safety jacket is still safe. My personal experience is that yes, it is pretty safe inside the submarine without a life jacket. In contrast, life jackets are provided to every passenger in the speedboat between the airport and the island. The staff insists every passenger wear it, not just holding it on hand. It is a closed air-conditioning area inside the boat, but the safety level is high. 2) It is a bit challenging for old folks to take the staircase from the speedboat to the jetty both ways. My father almost lost his balance and fell over into the sea when leaving the island, but the staff were distracted elsewhere and did not notice. I feedbacked to the staff about this and they helped accompany my parents on the way back. I believe staff attention to the elderly is extremely important since the waves hitting the boat was so strong that I also nearly fell down onto the floor myself.

Ozen Mahdoo in the Maldives is the best resort we've ever visited. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service, breathtaking views, and a sense of tranquility. The resort beautifully blends luxury with nature. Our overwater villa was impeccably clean and spacious, featuring a private plunge pool and direct lagoon access. The fully stocked bar offered an impressive selection of high-quality wines, champagnes, and liquors, setting it apart as the best all-inclusive resort we've experienced. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Special thanks to Shuhad, our butler, who ensured every detail was perfect; Samrat, our bartender, who crafted delicious cocktails; and Naushad, our housekeeper, who kept our villa immaculate. Every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The dining experience was outstanding, with meals that could rival any NYC restaurant. The underwater restaurant was a highlight, offering magical views of sea life. Activities included thrilling snorkeling, a romantic sunset cruise, and a fun sunset fishing cruise. The world-class spa was the perfect way to unwind. Interestingly, we usually avoid returning to places, but Ozen Mahdoo is the first place we’re considering revisiting to see the friends we made. We’ll likely spend a few nights here and then explore elsewhere. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking the ultimate tropical escape!

Amazing resort

This was the most beautiful place we have ever been to. The staff at ozen life made our honeymoon and unforgettable experience. We loved everything about this place. Awesome views and the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. We will definitely come back!!
