Dirty unvacuumed floor, powder & hair strands, bedsheet&cover not ironed..not even sure if it's changed with new one..,bathroom smelled pee..we came back from concert tired but we checked out immediately coz i can not sleep in there..we have to grab a car to go home although we are tired & it's so late.worst hotel i have been

The collateral on table is not arrange well., the toilet sink dirty mark with hair, toilet bowl not flush well with dirty water and the garbage bin with wet water. No dnd sign for the door for privacy if encase you want to stay sleep longer.

We are satisfied with our stay and I think there is nothing that we do not like in the hotel. Everything from check in to check out was good and we really enjoyed our stay for the past few days that we are there.

There was no designated area for breakfast. They asked us to choose a time for breakfast delivery to the room; we requested 8:00 AM, but they knocked on our door aggressively at 6:00 AM! The breakfast itself was very poor and disappointing. The bed was extremely hard, like a rock. The air conditioning was very weak, there was no mobile network coverage, and the internet connection was also very poor. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The would not hold my luggage at reception while I went across the road for coffee. They charge ne an additional 900 pesos, which is totally unacceptable They scam me because they knew I was traveling, to hold my luggage until my flight home. They staff were very rude and totally unacceptable

Old and not well maintained. Cabinet is not fixed. Tiles was broken. No specific instructions or what. They just handed you the key and advise which floor and done. Discover on your own.

The location is very central, that is, near the activity areas.

There is no luggage storage for clients arriving before the check-in time. No toilet paper; no complimentary drinking water (Well they said they ran out) Very slow elevator.

There's no hot shower, TV is old and there's no remote, we had to ask for it to the staff a couple of times. AC is a little loud. Food served were good though.

Very near Aranet Coliseum

Only a few meters from Araneta, if you're attending concert or fanmeet, this is the cheapest to book, or just randomly needed a place to stay around the area. Foods available at your convenience, package also includes breakfast for 2, I also appreciate their free juice at the lobby. 24/7 service is available with complete toiletries that you need.

Manage your expectation of the room and its facilities, for me it is very understandable.

Had to leave because hotel was ROACH infested . Bathrooms fixtures unhinged and filthy. Noticed first two floors are being used for sleazy, short time operations. You should take them out of your list of hotels.

Its terrible and horrible place to stay, was not able to sleep due to ichiness the whole night, air condition are very loud and not cooling down the whole night, very poor maintenance or no maintenance at all…big time regret of staying in this hotel never go back there again….

The staff was very nice & courtios, but the problem I had was when the toilet was getting clogged, we had notified the front desk & no one came to fix the problem.

The property is only 3 min walk to Araneta Coliseum-Cubao. Room prices are very reasonable but of course it us not a 5 star hotel. Though the beds are clean. Bring your own shampoo & slippers.

Worth it

Couple of things they woke us up at 6:00am to deliver breakfast which we NEVER ORDERED! After an hr we ordered our breakfast and it arrived 2 hours later! I specifically ordered with SCRAMBLED EGGS instead I got OVER EASY! How long does it take to cook a damn hotdog and scrambel eggs? Place was infested of COCKROACHES! NO BLANKETS it was just DISGUSTING! Your better off booking somewhere else!

Stayed for 2N... Well, I chosed this because it's near CUBAO MRT STATION and near Victory Liner & Joy Bus and most of the time, I'm out so I'm okay with a budget hotel. I just need a place where I can leave my stuff and where I can sleep and of couse take a bath 😆. I stayed on their Premier room. Room is clean, bed sheets and pillow cases are clean. It's just that it's smelly - suggest to put some glade or odor eliminator. Towels- ols but clean (suggest to change them since not all stay here for just a short time.) Bed is okay. They offer free breakfast but did not avail it. Water bottle's provided- I hope should be daily :) Lobby - even when wearing mask can smell the smoke so they should have a NP SMOKING POLICY

I liked the easy accessibility of different ships outside the hotel.

The Bathroom had roaches. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The tv was all static. There was no shampoo. Only bathtowls no hand towel or was clothes. The rooms looked like somthing out ofvthe 80s.

Stayed 1 night and decided not to be back again. The only advantage of this place is location and wi-fi. Cons - broken toilet seat, no hot water in shower (but pressure is strong), old pillows, thin blankets, no tissues in room, safe not working. Elevator stopped working for half day on my check out day. I asked for late check out but staff not flexible and could not decide. Got 1 hour but at the last minute.

When it comes to a budget friendly hotel, i am not really expecting too much but atleast stand as to what is being promoted. I went to check in past 3pm and i was surprised the room assigned to me hasn’t been cleaned yet. I requested a transfer to a lower floor. I’ve been asking for internet access because it was written upon booking. They keep on telling me there’s a connection but someone will still assist me. There was none and its not even searchable. There was also a very weak signal for Globe in the room. I just went to the lobby to use their net for 1 hour bec it was automatically disconnected after that so be ready with your data. The room was okay & spacious though. But for me, id rather stay in an air bnb next time.

Good location

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dream World. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and relaxing. Also, their food was REALLY GOOD. So yummy! When it comes to their location, it's really accessible. They are near to LRT/MRT, restaurants, and malls. All in all, experience was great!

The place is very convenient , mall , restaurant, groceries , and transportation ,,everything is in your step . The size of the room is fine , The one that I don’t like the most is bathroom .. that’s all the staff is very helpful . Except my order breakfast it’s take 1 hour and 30 minutes before they deliver .. supposed to be 30 to 40 minutes .. . .

attendant was accommodating. no outside calls. broken shower however it has water heater. breakfast was not that enticing. there was free water. over all, its okay if you dont have any choice at all.

The staff are friendly. But the bathroom tub is too small that Everytime I shower the water floods the the entire bathroom flooring. I have to dry it myself. TV has poor signal. No good channels available.

I stayed in this hotel for a quarantine 10-nights, It's not worth a single penny to stay in this place. The bathroom & bedroom are nasty. bed linen & towels disheveled, no toilet paper. (Lot of maintenance issues, no Air Conditioner remote inside the room always I have to call reception when I need to adjust my room AC temperature/ Tv channels it's not working properly. WiFI not working when my first day till my last day). It looks like the management did not maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. Especially at this time, COVID-19 more attention to the cleanliness of the hotel, as a Covid-19 quarantine Hotel Dreamworld Araneta Cubao needs to improve rooms cleanliness. cockroaches are all over the place. Smells very nasty, i cannot imagine cockroaches will run all over my head board.

Front desk are not that so accommodating. Lady was talking to somebody on the phone, from what I can hear its's not work related. And even I'm already in front of her she still continue with the call. When she hangs up on the phone, she did not even gave me a smile. Not a good example of customer service. We ordered food from the room and food came after more than 1 hour. Follow up the order more than 3 times. I wish everyone will have a refresher training when it comes to service and customer satisfaction.

Good place but the wifi is very slow.

Its not worth a single penny to stay in this terrible place, cockroaches are all over the place. Smells very nasty, i cannot imagine cockroaches will run all over my head board and goes to my face! I would suggest the management for pest control , otherwise just demolish the place and build a new one!

We have to check out the very next day and not used the next day that we’re supposed to be in the hotel. Terrible terrible . Good people though just the property hotel . I took some pictures showing the flooded bathroom. Did not like it at all . Worst hotel I have stayed .

Many disappointed, 5 times transfer my room , so many terrible experience in the room specially in Premium room.After weeks stay transfer again so last tranfer , was good.

I Thought that the place is not good but our stay was great and wonderful. We are able to have early check in once there's an available room even if we have to pay extra. We moved to our designated room later on that day. The staff are friendly and the rooms are great. Cleanliness wise. I just can't open the windows in our room since maybe because for our security purpose. It's good that I can't hear any noise from the outside. Everything is perfect the food during breakfast is superb I like danggit. Overall staying here was a good experience see you DreamWorld in my next vacation

Room safe out of order, breakfast is not Buffer delivered to room

Towels had a slight smell, otherwise everything was good. I lacked the opportunity to boil water to make coffee or tea, but that's a minor thing. Thanks to the staff for their way of treating us as guests, very welcoming.

Nice to back here at Hotel DreamWorld formerly Eurotel, Everytime na uuwi kame ng asawa ko dito kame lagi unlike Euro edsa maingay at hassle for us to stay, akala ko magbabago service nila pero still ganun pa din may mga new employees may mga dati na din andoon pa din aron, Arnold and especially Marlon na kumakausap sa asawa kong American citizen na laging galit at kinukulit Ang front desk 😀 I like the scent of my room ( 402) Boodle fight is superb! Your food is the best specially Sinigang and Pinakbet very Authentic. You have a very great crew and Management the Handsome manager gave me bottle water in the lobby 😍. They all smile at me and greet me when they see me. They provide me all the things I need while smiling and always cheerful. Also, the room is very relaxing and clean. I really love clean rooms that is why I always choose Dream World for my staycation in Manila, The best unique Hotel in metro.

Hello Dream World Cubao family! I felt at home when I stayed and they treated me like I am a very important client. Jhen gave me her biggest smile when she greet me on the lobby and gping out and I like that! I love the cleanliness of my room and when I requested something over phone they responded immediately. The beddings are very clean and smells good to sleep on. Sonny always gives me what I am lacking on my room and made sire it is clean all the time. The food is also excellent, like - is this a hotel or a restaurant? I am confused a lot of foods hahaha! I asked Jeff while he serves me my food why tjeir food is really delicious, he just answered they cooked it with love. And the toilet is amazing new shower and nice bathtub It is clean and you can stay there for hours to take a bath and just relax. I will tell my friends and family about my experiwnce herw in Dream World and will recommend this as their go-to hotel. Congrats! God bless!

The room was so dark. When I use my phone flashlight I saw dusts and lots of hair in the table and floor.There is no available garbage bin. Towels are too old and already off-white. Constructions and garbage all over the hallways. I have to request for a new room but it’s exactly the same. I’m not booking this hotel anymore.

If your looking for a place within the Araneta Center Business area this is where you go. The hotel is managed by the same people who manage Novotel Araneta that offers cheap rooms for weary travelers.

Having stayed here three times recently I find it generally not well cleaned, hair of previous customer under mattress, floor not mopped properly, usually some lights not working or missing and locks on doors a problem. TV reception very poor. I try another hotel in future.

We loved our stay here at Hotel DreamWorld the staffs were very polite and accommodating. They were very helpful and willing to attend to our needs. A beautiful room design is really rewarding. the interior of the room was very pleasing and inviting. I hope we can comeback once the new room design is open. I also loved the menu of their complimentary buffet breakfast. I am always full. hehe. this is really a home away from home.

Average, you get what you pay for

it was our 2nd stay in the hotel but the last one was terrible.. SMELLY room, HOLE in the bedsheet.. DIRTY fridge with USED fork inside.. OLD NEWSPAPER behind the fridge.. STICKY dressing table.. OLD DIRTY towels.. DIRTY floors ( it seems like nobody sweep or clean the floor 😞) NO TOILET paper..all in all ROOM was DIRTY and a lot of maintenance issues.. we stayed in 209..

The choice was made because we were watching the finals of UAAP season 80 volleyball. It was very near the venue, therefore we booked in this hotel. Araneta Collesium was just across the street from the hotel. The price was ok but the place was a disappointment. The staff did not give us twin beds upon request nor did they have an extra bed for my mom who joined us for a night. We were happy with the free breakfast for two but it seems orders made were not taken into account. We ordered corned beef and longaniza, two corned beef meals were served. On the first day, the menu gave us choices for breakfast but they were all not available. Oh no. Another disappointment. I like their bathroom shower which was so unique, may son and I tested all three available knobs for water delivery when taking a bath. But we didn't know how to get warm water for our bath. The staff on OJT were very polite greeting us in the elevator and hotel hallway. Unfortunately I'm not recommending this hotel to my friends, sorry Hotel Dream World

We celebrate our family gatherings in this hotel because it is accessible and affordable; well, let's say more practical place to stay. Their wifi is fast depending on the spot that you'll be staying. There are some rooms in the hotel that needs some repair. Some shower and bath tubs are broken. Some amenities are not functioning like the hair dryer and water heater. The staff are courteous but some front desk officers are not that friendly. The rooms don't have much of a view but the designs compliment this. Good for practical people who needs a place to stay for a night or two
