Hotel molto pulito e comodissimo per raggiungere il centro città. Fermata della metro di fronte in 4 frrmate si raggiunge il centro di Vienna. Supermercato sotto l'hotel e parcheggio a pagamento direttamente sotto l'hotel comodissimo. Colazione ottima

Modernes, gut funktionierendes Hotel in zentraler Nähe unmittelbar neben der U-Bahn. Zimmer war komfortabel und nicht zu klein, Bett war bequem, Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt auch eine Bar im Hotel. Ich hatte absolut nichts zu beanstanden, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hatte ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, kein Lärm.

Ich würde sagen in der deutsch,ich habe eine gute zeit gehabt mit meinen Kollegen.Der Zimmer und die Badezimmer waren toll.Die frühstück waren gut geschmeckt.

Der Location waren nicht spannend muss ich ehrlich sagen weil ich finde das nicht spaß.

Ottima struttura e personale gentilissimo e disponibile, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana che porta in centro, zona tranquilla, parcheggio coperto per auto e moto a buon prezzo.

Purtroppo anche qui l'unico difetto, ma che purtroppo si riscontra in moltissime strutture, é la poca manutenzione dei bagni, flessibili e doccette delle docce e sifoni docca sovente tappato o con poco scolo, causando il riempimento del piatto doccia.

Ho soggiornato al Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto sotto ogni aspetto. La struttura è moderna, pulita e accogliente, con camere silenziose e arredate con gusto. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile per ogni esigenza. La colazione a buffet offre un’ottima varietà di prodotti freschi e di qualità, sufficiente per iniziare la giornata nel modo giusto. Il vero punto di forza è però la posizione strategica: l’hotel si trova a pochissimi passi dalla fermata della metro (linea U4), che permette di raggiungere il centro di Vienna e le principali attrazioni in pochi minuti. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi comfort, qualità e una base logistica eccellente per esplorare Vienna.

Zimmer angenehme Grösse, absolut zweckmässig, sauber, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ein Riesenhotel mit gefühlt oder tatsächlich 1000 Gästen, das merkt man dann beim Frühstücken, wobei das Personal sehr eingespielt ist, alles wird sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind optimal ruhig, die zur Hauptstrasse ( auch die im 6.Stock) sind für die Leute, die Großstadtfeeling haben wollen. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Excellent staff, a spacious and clean room, and good underground parking suitable for large vehicles (with an elevator that takes you to a door near the hotel entrance); the hotel is also located next to a grocery store and close to the metro station.

Sehr gut gelegen an der U- Bahn Station

Ein wunderbares Hotel, das Zimmer war geräumig und extrem sauber. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Minibar und was in Österreich nicht unbedingt üblich ist, auch eine Klimaanlage. Das Früchstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Die Lage ist einmalig: gleich gegenüber der U-Bahn Station Längenfeldgasse, 4 Stationen und man gelangt zum Karlsplatz bzw. zur Oper. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Leider hat die Putzfrau an einem Tag die Zimmertür offen gelassen und somit Dieben die Möglichkeit gegeben, etwas zu stehlen aus unserem Zimmer. Gott sei Dank ist das nicht passiert

Room was lovely with everything you need including bottle of water. Bed was very very comfortable with 3 different pillows which we loved because everyone likes different size.

The location was definitely the highlight of our stay. The hotel is very close to the subway, making it easy to get around Vienna, and it’s conveniently situated between the city centre and Schönbrunn Palace.

The breakfast was quite basic, with the same selection every day and not a particularly wide variety of options. It was below my expectations based on the reviews I had read beforehand. Also, there is ongoing construction near the hotel, which can be quite noisy. On one morning, there was particularly loud construction noise starting as early as 7 a.m., which was unfortunately disturbing.

Toda nossa hospedagem no Hotel Leonardo foi maravilhosa. O café da manhã é excelente, o quarto é super confortável, a cama maravilhosa e a limpeza foi excepcional. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos.

O ponto forte é que ele está localizado ao lado da estação de metrô e também tem um supermercado encostado nele. Amamos tudo, super indicamos.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Betten waren bequem, die Ausstattung hochwertig und alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und der Service des Personals war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt – ich würde dieses Zimmer definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Die Ausstattung und Ruhe in den Zimmern ist positiv zu bewerten. Die unmittelbare Lage zur U-Bahn ist für die Erreichbarkeit bestens. Die Renovierung des Hotels hat es auf ein sehr gutes Niveau gebracht. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist in den Bädern, die Duschkabinen sind aus vergangenen Tagen, oder wenn doch neu, dann leider veraltet.

Frühstück war ziemlich enttäuschend, da alles aus Metro und Großproduktions Produkte besteht. Kaffee war ungenießbar schlecht.

*Practical location, 3 minutes on foot from the metro station with excellent connection to the city centre and Schonbrunn Palace. *The room was big enough and comfortable. It also had a mini-fridge. The pillows were not very comfortable though. *Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Also very practical if you plan on starting to explore the city early in the morning. *Friendly and helpful staff at the reception!

The internet connection was extremely low; the internet in general (even on internet data) was very slow, poor reception. The bathroom looks like it needs a bit work. The shower and toilet looked a bit outdated. The fabric of the towel I got initially looked quite thinned out, luckily it was changed the following day. No slippers - not essential for us, but most 4-star hotels provide them.

Die Angabe der Bettengrösse bei Buchungsbestätigung von 1,31 bis ca 1,50 hat mich vorab irritiert, da ich mir mit einer Cousine das Zimmer geteilt habe. Die tatsächliche Bettengrösse war super!

La posizione fantastica, davanti c’è la fermata della metropolitana. Il personale è gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. E’ molto pulito e i letti sono davvero comodi.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and very easy to get around. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The only major downside was the Wi-Fi. The connection was very slow and kept dropping, which made it hard to get online.

Great location for people who came sightseeing. Subway station for U4 and U6 lines is less than 5 minutes away, making the entire city very accessible. There is also a Spar general store in the same building. Parking is available and accessible through the street next to the hotel, however due to roadworks, you cannot turn right from the main road and have to take a few extra minutes to find a different route. Rooms were quiet and quite clean, offering coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay - we initially received one room card, but they were quick to assist and gave us another one. The hotel also offers an online check-in. While we did not use it, it might be appealing to others. Breakfast was good, and mostly the same every day.

Bathroom mirror appeared to have a lot of black dots at the bottom - either mold, humidity, or intentional design. While not a major concern, it first reminded us of mold.

Extremely disappointing experience. Two days before arrival, despite Booking.com stating that payment would be made at the property, the amount of the first night was blocked on my card. At check-in, we were still asked to pay the full amount. The reception staff seemed confused and told me the blocked amount would be released within 3–4 business days, yet it was strangely released only a few hours later. The whole process felt disorganised and unnecessarily stressful. The room itself was equally disappointing. The TV was practically useless for an international guest: no internet connection, no Wi-Fi functionality, no YouTube or streaming options. The bathroom was poorly designed, with not even a small shelf in the shower for personal toiletries, meaning we literally had to put our shampoo and shower products on the floor. There were also no slippers provided. Breakfast was by far the worst part. This is a seven-storey hotel, yet breakfast is served in a cramped basement (-1) that is clearly too small for the number of guests. At around 8:30–9:00 it was unbelievably overcrowded, with people practically on top of each other and barely enough space to move comfortably. The breakfast itself was basic and limited, while part of the working/cleaning area was visible behind a partially frosted glass partition, making the whole environment feel poorly designed and unpleasant. To top it all off, housekeeping staff were using the same elevators as guests while carrying towels, supplies and cleaning equipment between floors, which says a lot about the hotel's operational planning. Taken individually, some of these issues might seem minor; combined, they create a hotel experience that feels poorly designed, poorly organised and far below what I expected.

Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und sehr geräumig. Wir reisten mit einem 6 Monate alten Kind, somit brauchte der Kinderwagen auch seinen Platz. Super ist der Spar Supermarkt direkt neben dem Hotel. Weiters ist die U-Bahn 3 Gehminuten entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist um in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und standen alle Tage in der Tiefgarage. Direkt im Hotel gibt es auch einen "kleinen" Snackladen, in dem man das nötigste bekommt, wenn der Supermarkt geschlossen ist.

Um in die Tiefgarage zu gelangen muss man einen Nebeneingang benutzen, das war etwas umständlich. Zudem ist der Preis für einen Tag parken gefühlt etwas hoch, wenn man schon im Hotel wohnt. Aber alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Ein super Hotel 😊 .wir hatten sogar diesmal einen tollen Balkon.👍

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage an zwei U-Bahnlinien. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Da wir für die drei Tage Aufenthalt auf Zimmerservice verzichtet haben, bekamen wir Gutschein für ein Getränk. Sehr nettes Personal

Sehr laut, und zwar nicht wegen der Straße, sondern durch das Reinigungsersonal am Gang, waren schon mehrfach im Hotel und es war leider immer ähnlich.

Świetna lokalizacja obiektu. Przystanek do metra po drugiej stronie ulicy. Można się dostać do wszystkich topowych atrakcji w 15 minut. Świetnie urządzone pokoje, dobrze wyciszone. Śniadania bardzo smaczne - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel każdemu.

Las habitaciones eran grandes y limpias. La ubicación aunque está alejada está bien porque tiene entrada al metro justo frente a la puerta del hotel y te permite moverte con facilidad. La ducha tiene agua caliente y buena presión. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó por 5h y aunque llegamos de madrugada nos dejaron entrar. Era un viaje familiar y a mi familia le gustó mucho

Por el retraso del vuelo llegamos de madrugada/prácticamente temprano por la mañana, bastante cansados, y por las caras y resoplidos no parecía hacerles mucha gracia hacernos el check-in a esas horas, entiendo que son horas fuera de check-in pero no es tampoco nuestra culpa que hubiese tormenta y se retrasase tanto el avión. En la reserva ponía que teníamos habitaciones con vistas, sin embargo las vistas fueron a un patio interior donde se veía la terraza con pista de baloncesto del edificio de enfrente. La TV no puede cambiarse de idioma ni poner subtítulos. Las almohadas personalmente eran demasiado blandas. En el buffet de desayuno falta más variedad de fruta y dulces.

Morgenmads buffet havde et godt og varieret udvalg af forskellige produkter. Der var en virkelig fin service, da vi ville tjekke tidligt ud om morgenen, fik vi tilbudt at få morgenmad med to go. Om aftenen kunne man bestille en pizza (fryse), i baren eller en toast hvis man var lidt småsulten. Der var også en selvbetjeningsafdeling med drikkevarer og lidt snacks, hvilket var en superfin ting.

Vores tv virkede ikke på værelset. Dette burde være tjekket inden vi fik værelset.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto, non ho assolutamente alcuna considerazione negativa da fare. L hotel è pulito, le stanze sono comode, la posizione ottima per la vicinanza alla metro. Il supermercato sotto l ‘ hotel è, poi, di una comodità estrema.

Avrei solo un consiglio da dare all’ hotel: aumenterei i dolci a colazione. Se poi ci fosse il ristorante sarebbe veramente il massimo.
