Check in, malo y anti intuitivo, buscaron automatizarlo y anda mal, lo que retrasa todo, y ni hablar si llegas cansado y tenés que lidiar con eso. El personal de recepción contesta mal, cuando le pedís asistencia, dicen que "no son personal que este 24 hs disponible" así que no solo no te resuelven sino que te maltratan

المبلغ جدا عالي على غرفتين 9000 ريال تقريبا وفوق عذا اخذو ضريبه زياده عشان يعطوني مفتاح الغرفه يقولي ضريبة للمدينة ولما حاجتهم قال لي ذي الضريبه حق المدينه يعني السكن 10000 ريال تقريبا على 5 ايام فقط

Apartment is air conditioned throughout. Large fridge freezer. Near to cafes, restaurants and metro. Liked the tap in security to main door and apartment door.

Kaina už apartamentus tikrai aukšta ir per didelis turizmo mokestis. Nėra geros garso izoliacijos – per nesandarius langų tarpus girdisi gatvės triukšmas. Keistos pailgos pagalvės, visiškai nepatogu miegoti. Neveikė seifas. Nesupratau, kam pastatyta skalbyklė, jei visiškai nėra kur pasidžiauti rūbų - nei balkono, nei tersaos, nei džiovyklės...

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Miejsce cudowne, łóżka wygodne, czysto, klimatyzacja super działa, personel dostępny cały czas pod telefonem, dodatkowo można zostawić bagaż przed i po zameldowaniu jeśli oczekuje się na wieczorny lot. Lokalizacja super, winda w budynku, na przeciwko super market świetnie wyposażony, 6 minut do metra skąd się wszędzie dojedzie. Zdecydowanie miejsce do polecenia i napewno bym tu wróciła :)

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Appartement fonctionnel, plutôt confortable et très bien placée sur une avenue transformée en zone piétonne avec espaces de jeux pour enfants et bancs pour se poser. Un quartier très agréable et bien desservi.
Il manque un peu de déco. L'appartement est très impersonnel. Il manque aussi une personne contact en live pour le check in plutôt qu'une machine qui parfois n'accepte pas les données et oblige à téléphoner à une plateforme.

Ci vogliono delle tende non oscuranti per non far vedere da fuori. La reception risponde tempestivamente ma senza dare indicazioni precise, avrò fatto più di 5 domande per un soggiorno di 2 notti perchè non sono stati chiari. Anche per il rimborso del deposito mi avevano detto che sarebbe stato emesso lo stesso giorno del check-out e poi mi hanno detto che sarebbe arrivato entro 7 giorni. Credo che nel 2026, si possa far ottenere il rimborso di un deposito da 500€ il giorno stesso del check-out senza troppi problemi, sicuramente un qualcosa da migliorare! Il check-in online non prendeva le foto dei documenti quindi ho dovuto inserire tutti i dati a mano per 10 persone. Stessa cosa è successo con la macchinetta automatica che mi ha richiesto più di 30 minuti per ottenere le chiavi di due camere.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Muy bonito, en el bulevar, buena ubicación. Tenía paños en un paquete cerrado, muy limpias las instalaciones, cocina y baños. Me enviaron un mensaje para saber qué si quería un taxi me pareció muy amable pero ya había salido del apartamento. Solo espero que no haya confusion en las fechas!!!
Fue difícil de localizar, a pesar de contratar un taxi, primero nos llevó a otra ubicación y luego nos ubicó detrás del edición sobre la calle, cuando esta sobre el bulevar, lo cual me asustó porque pensé que era una estafa pero pregunté y un vecino de atrás me indicó que la entrada por el otro lado. De ahí en adelante todo muy bien. Dejar implemento a básicos como sal y aceite con el paquete cerrado hubiera sido muy útil, ya que al estar pocos días y querer usar la cocina, se ocupa poca cantidad. Mandé un mensaje respecto al reembolso del depósito pedido y aún no me han contestado está pendiente.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Wunderbare Lage des Apartments zwischen 2 U-Bahn-Stationen (jeweils ca. 5 min. entfernt). Die Straße vor dem Haus ist verkehrsberuhigt, d.h. außer der Müllabfuhr beim Entleeren der Tonnen habe ich nachts nichts gehört. Das Apartment war voll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, der Check-in unkompliziert. Vor An- bzw. nach Abreise stehen Schließfächer für das Gepäck zur Verfügung. Wir hatten eine sehr frühe Anreise bzw. späte Abreise, so konnten wir ohne Gepäck spazieren. Abholung vom Flughafen (mit persönlichem Namensschild :)) war beim Apartment dabei. Direkt gegenüber vom Apartment gibt es einen Supermarkt, der zwar nicht riesig ist, aber alles bietet, was man bei einem Städtetrip braucht. Bei Pl. Espanya ist dann ein Einkaufszentrum mit größerem Supermarkt.
Die einzigen Dinge, die mir im Apartment gefehlt haben, waren ein paar Haken! Neben der Eingangstür im Wohn-/Esszimmer wären ein paar Haken gut, um Jacken, Kappen,... aufhängen zu können. Im Bad war nur eine Handtuchstange und bei Maximalbelegung von bis zu 6 Personen ist das für Handtücher zu wenig. Es war ein wenig kühl im Apartment (Reisezeit war Ende März/Anfang April), d.h. im Winter/Frühling sollte man vielleicht ein langes Shirt mehr mitnehmen.

La avería , aunque no fue culpa de nadie , hizo más incómoda la estancia . Pedimos que tras repararla vinieran a limpiar y no fue así . Además echamos de menos después algún tipo de detalle por las molestias ; no necesariamente económico , pero al menos una nota o dos bombones por decir algo .

es hat alles gepasst, für den Abend wären eventuell mehr deutschsprachige Fernsehsender für die kids praktisch gewesen.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Wel voor 2 personen. Douche is smal maar prima, lekkere regendouche. Lekkere, dikke handdoeken en voldoende shampoo en douchegel. Goed tussen 2 metrostations in met verschillende lijnen, dus alles is goed bereikbaar. Supermarkt aan de overkant is tot 23.00 uur open. Gratis lockers, wat fijn is op je laatste reisdag. Het vliegveld is met de metro goed bereikbaar.
Het is muf in het appartement, dus de ramen moeten open. Ook snachts wat met het verkeer soms lastig slapen kan zijn. Oordopjes dus mee. Het is duur, maar dat valt te verwachten in barca op deze locatie. Televisie werkt niet echt. Je hebt niet echt bruikbare zenders en casten kregen wij ook niet voor elkaar, ookal zeggen ze dat het mogelijk is. Oven moet echt schoon gemaakt worden. Reken er dus niet op dat je die kan gebruiken. Let niet op details, schuifdeur van badkamer gaat heel zwaar, stopcontacten zitten los e.d. Allemaal niet heel erg, maar je merkt dus wel dat het puur voor de commerciële verhuur is en er weinig echt onderhoud wordt gedaan.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it.
It would be wonderful if a bit more coffee could be provided. We had only three capsules available for three adults during a three-day stay, which was unfortunately not quite enough. Other than that, everything was excellent.

L’esperienza del check in non era gestita benissimo, avevo già messo i miei dati online ma mi sono stati chiesti tutti di nuovo. Avrei anche voluto trovare qualcosa di più nell’appartamento, tipo le cialde per la macchina, olio, sale zucchero.
