⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Radisson Gurugram, Sector 29 — Hospitality at Its Best My 3 nights & 4 days stay at Radisson Gurugram, Sector 29 from 13th to 16th August was truly a memorable experience. I have stayed at several Radisson properties across different cities, but the warmth, professionalism and personalised hospitality extended by the entire team at Radisson Gurugram, Sector 29 deserve special appreciation. From the moment we checked in, Tannu at the Front Office made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her quick, efficient and seamless check-in was impressive. The restaurant experience was equally outstanding. Jitendra, with his calm, courteous and warm personality, made every meal a pleasure. His dedication, along with the efforts of Ranveer and Syra, reflects the kind of genuine guest service that creates lasting impressions. A very special appreciation for Chefs Uttam and Shankar—the food was simply superb, delicious and beautifully prepared. Their culinary skills, coupled with their ever-present warm smiles, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Sanjeev's attentive care was also remarkable and deserves a special mention. The Housekeeping team, especially Manoj Kumar, provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everything was maintained with great care and attention to detail. At checkout, Khushi at the Front Office handled the payment formalities with impressive speed and efficiency, which was particularly appreciated as I had a flight to catch for Indore—my proudly loved, cleanest city in India! Behind such consistent service is undoubtedly dynamic leadership. Mr. Sumit Bansal, General Manager, comes across as a truly warm and approachable gentleman who clearly cares not only for his guests but also for his team. That kind of leadership is reflected in the attitude and performance of the entire staff. And finally, a very special word of appreciation for Mr. Samarth Vasishtha. His personal attention, genuine concern, hospitality and care for guests are truly remarkable. I stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a business trip. The room was a very good size with all of the amenities needed for my stay. The room & bathroom were well presented and very clean. All staff that I had interaction with were very helpful & polite...especially the housekeeping team who were very accommodating with their cleaning timings and were more than happy to fit their service around my schedule. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area.

Well the stay is quite satisfactory and the ambience as well as staff behavior and their quick to respond action is quite commendable I would also appreciate reception staff khusi for her commendable efforts.

Radisson 29 Gurugram is well located ,it’s very convenient for people travelling in and out of Delhi … You beat Delhi traffic on your transit journey .

They are doing a good job .. There is nothing much i would want them to work upon except the stench which is there when you enter the open sitting area behind through the main dining place ..

Very conveniently located . We stayed here on our way to Himachal Pradesh .. It’s a comfortable Hotel with good amenities and helpful staff .. The best part is the breakfast spread , it’s superb .. The stay at Radisson was value for money ..

Overall a great and comfortable stay. Staff was very supportive and fulfills all last minute requests. They make the stay very comfortable. Provided us with the best service. Special thanks to Mr. Sourav for executing the idea of cake and birthday decoration.

Breakfast was really good

Firstly, for a hotel that is marketed as a 5-star property, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel appears outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture, fixtures, and carpets looked old, worn out, and unclean, which immediately gave a negative impression of the property. The biggest issue during our stay was the air conditioning. The room never felt properly cooled despite the thermostat showing 21°C. In reality, the temperature felt much closer to 26–27°C, making the room quite uncomfortable. The cooling was limited to the area directly in front of the air vent, while the rest of the room, especially around the bed, remained warm. We raised this issue multiple times, but no effective action was taken and we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally. It was only after we escalated the matter through Booking.com that the situation improved noticeably, which was frustrating as it showed that the issue could have been addressed earlier. The only aspect of the stay that met expectations was the breakfast, which was enjoyable and offered a good variety of options. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. We noticed marks on the bed linens, and after the room was serviced, it became apparent that the sheets had not been changed but were simply turned over. This was unacceptable and raised concerns about cleanliness standards. Overall, this was far from a 5-star experience. The condition of the property, the poor handling of guest complaints, the inadequate cooling, and the housekeeping issues did not justify the price charged. Any decent 3-star hotel would have provided a better experience. For the amount paid, this stay was a complete waste of money.

Swimming pool was not in operation and it was not confirmed while booking. Dinner was also not of good quality, charges was too high as compared to the quality of food.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the overall standard of the hotel was well maintained. The food was all of good quality. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would definitely consider this hotel again for a future trip.

The only aspect I didn’t particularly enjoy was the tea. It didn’t taste fresh and seemed to have been stored in less-than-ideal conditions, possibly in a humid environment. While this might seem like a small detail, it does matter for someone who appreciates good tea - especially in a country like India, where tea is such an important part of the culture.

Rooms were good , breakfast service was excellent, especially one Deepak who was outstanding. Some points to improve: The room was stuffy on opening and the exhaust fan in bathroom was not effective. Coffee,sugar and milk saches eere very old stk and llimited qtys were kept. Ironing plug at an inconvenient location. The room phone should have an extension oon the study table. Fans pedestal may be welcome in summer. L AC operation to be checked as there was poor throw if fan in our room Usual practice is to have welcome fruits in room which was missing

I really liked the ambience of the hotel. Every facility was a top notch facility. I stayed there for a very short duration however I'm planning to come again next month. Especially Thanks to the lady at the reception "Ms Taniya", for being so attentive towards my requests.

The prices fluctuates on a daily basis which makes it difficult to really budget properly. Rooms were very noisy due to a wedding crowd occupying the entire floor.
