Nit picking but the fridge is too small and the dryer takes many hours to dry clothes completely.

2 bathrooms and plenty of living space made it great fir 2 couples. Rooftop terrace was good.

We stayed in a 2 BR unit and the second bathroom had a separate shower (great) but it stepped right out into the hallway. No place to get dressed or hang towel.

The place was nice, clean and very well located. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.

The washer did not have clear instructions on how to operate. There was a mixup with the check in and the room that was assigned to us was occupied when we came in (close to midnight, which was previously informed) and the people from the emergency call center took their sweet time to help. But the receptionist and staff in place was very apologetic and accommodating and made up for their mistake the next day. Uncomfortable experience BUT it was very well managed in the end and we left satisfied.

La posizione era centralissima e molto comoda sia per la metro che per muoversi a piedi; l'appartamento era molto spazioso e luminoso e i due bagni belli anche se uno molto piccolo. L'unico problema è che avendo prenotato per 5 ci siamo rese conto la sera tardi dopo essere rientrate dopo cena che il divano letto non era stato preparato, c'erano ancora le lenzuola sporche degli ospiti precedenti!!! la mattina successiva è stato tutto cambiato in modo impeccabile ma la mia amica ha dovuto dormire una notte con delle lenzuola usate (e nelle quali ha trovato briciole, etichettine di plastica dei vestiti, capelli...)

L'attenzione alla prenotazione che era stata fatta per 5 e ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto avvisare di preparare il divano letto, ma essendo noi in 5 l'abbiamo dato per scontato (le altre due camere erano per 2 persone ciascuna).

L'appartement est tres beau. Il est très très bien situé. Il est bien équipé.

Il y a un peu de bruit le matin quand les employés viennent faire le ménage dans l'immeuble car l'appartement est au rdc et n'est pas loin des casiers de literie. Mais rien de très long.

There were not enough dishes, glasses for a big family of 6, they had exactly 6 units of everything and they had a dishwasher but they didn’t gave us any tablets to use there. Resuming the dishwasher wasn’t used. For a family with 3 small kids the apartment wasn’t practical.

No sound proof between top and bottom floor bedrooms. No kettle. Also the check in process for late check in was lengthy and was anxious abour

⚠️ WARNING: Inexcusable lack of after-hours support. Locked out for hours! Be aware that hotel staff are only present on-site during standard business hours. If you have an emergency at night, you are forced to deal with a third-party answering service that merely takes messages and relays them. Management's actual response to a crisis is completely unacceptable. The Incident: On our second night, we arrived back at the hotel at 11:30 PM to find a large crowd of fellow guests stranded outside. The hotel's electronic front door was broken and would not open. The other guests had already been waiting outside for a couple of hours and had repeatedly contacted the after-hours line. It took an additional 2 hours—plus the arrival of the police and fire department—just to finally get the door open for us. The hotel took over 3 hours just to send a representative who couldn't do anything to fix the issue, and management flat-out refused to authorize an after-hours locksmith to let us in. The Apartment: To be fair, the interior of the apartment matched the pictures perfectly. We stayed in a 3+2 apartment at the end of June 2026. It was clean, as advertised, and featured a kitchen with a washing machine. Just be aware of the layout: the entry is on the ground floor with one level located below ground, and the lower-level bedroom windows open directly into an exterior stairwell.

Falta de mantenimiento, cogimos un apartamento con dos baños ,precisamente pq eramos 4 personas y eran necesarios Uno de ellos tenía la puerta estropeada y t quedabas encerrado, llamaron a mantenimiento, no vino nadie , tuvimos q recordarlo al dia siguiente, vino un obrero q lo unico q hizo fue conseguir q la puerta a duras penas abriera, con mucha dificultad Para eso hubiera contratado un solo baño , puesto q la función fue la misma Falta de mantenimiento en grifos q se descuelgan, luces q no funcionan.. Etc etc Decepción pq las fotos prometían mucho pero le hace falta un arreglo urgente

The apartment was absolutely perfect. When we arrived, the friendly staff explained everything we needed to know with very simple, clear instructions. Although the lift was small, the setup was extremely practical—we didn't need any keys since everything used digital codes, allowing our group to come and go completely independently. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had excellent AC in every room, which was absolutely essential given the extremely hot weather. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional, providing all the basics we could possibly need. The location was another major highlight. The neighbourhood felt both lively and safe, surrounded by charming little streets filled with cafes and vintage shops. It was also incredibly convenient, with at least three small supermarkets nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants that stayed open late. Plus, we were very close to the main metro stations and within walking distance of the city centre and several top attractions.

The lift was a bit small but it didn't affect us as much as we were on the first floor

A perfect stay for our family with two teens. Having 2 bathrooms was helpful and the accommodations were very clean and the a/c cool (essential for the heat wave)! Ruslana and Salvador were extremely helpful with all of our questions and needs. The location is excellent for small supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Getting a taxi/Uber was no problem at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good

The apartment was fine. The people who worked onsite were helpful. The management DOES NOT CARE ABOUT GUESTS. When the outside door was broken and would not let patrons in, Erik Vokel did nothing about it. At 12:30 a.m. we called the Police who brought the Fire Department to open the door. Erik Vokel has only 9-5 reception. The emergency number went to an answering service. Erik Vokel would not pay the locksmith we called to open the door. If everything works, it seems they are fine. If something does not work, they are worthless. No compensation was made and 40 people, babies to elderly, were outside until close to 1:00a.m.

The location was very convenient for riding the metro and also walking to activities and sites. Having a front desk and luggage storage was convenient and helpful. The building is unique with the brick walls and big windows. It was relatively quiet given the street is a busy one and there are lots of apartments. The 2 bathrooms were wonderful - nice pressure and plenty of hot water. Very clean. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Would stay again.

Because our living room was in the “basement” of the apartment/building, it felt a little damp. We washed clothes in the washing machine and the dryer was built in to the washing machine. This was unique - instructions to use would have been helpful. We ended up leaving some clothes out to dry on the chairs but without direct sunlight, they didn’t dry fully. The second bedroom with two twin beds was a bit cramped. We ended up putting our suitcases out in the hallway, which was spacious.

We had a great stay at Eric Vokel Madrid Suites. We were in a two bedroom/two bath. The arrangement worked out great for our family, two boys and two adults. There was plenty of space for all of us. Both of our rooms faced the busier street, so that was problematic, mostly just for me and my husband (our kids can sleep through a tornado) on a couple nights. The beds however are very comfortable and there are ample pillows. The showers are amazing with fantastic water pressure and hot water!! The location was perfect and really the overall highlight of the property. Quick access to the metro, walking distance to anything in Malasana, a beautiful neighborhood with great bars/restaurants. About a 15 min walk to Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel... we walked to this area almost every day/evening. A 40 min walk to Retiro Park.... it's a haul, but we did it twice because walking down Gran Via was so beautiful. Would likely choose to stay here again when we return to Madrid!

We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment especially for the washer since we in the midst of a 2 week trip. Reception was very helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean and in a great location with many restaurants and mini marts. Getting a taxi was never an issue The welcome breakfast basket had enough food for our entire weekend. The dryer in the washer/dryer did not dry very well and there wasn't a drying rack in the apartment so I had clothes spread out everywhere to dry. If I was to nitpick it would be the 2nd bedroom which contained bunk beds. It was only my daughter so that was fine but would be an issue if it was another couple. All in it was a great choice for our weekend in Madrid!

Great apartment with an excellent location. Close to the metro, shops, and many restaurants. You can easily reach most places on foot. An additional big advantage is the availability of lockers and a toilet that guests can use after check-out, which is very convenient. Highly recommended! The kitchen was very well equipped, the apartment was clean, and the WiFi worked perfectly.

Very minor. The apartment did not have a window facing the street, but I understand this is quite common in this part of the world. In our case, it was not really an issue because we mostly used the apartment just for sleeping.

No me gustó nada el sillón cama. Es bonito como sillón pero MUY incómodo como cama. Me toco dormir allí y mi espalda al dia siguiente estaba muy dolorida. Una pena. Otro tema, en el espacio de la ducha pondría una barra, sobre todo por un tema de seguridad.

the apartment was very noisy indeed. on both sides and internally. street noise and internal building noise. there were no food basics other than tea or coffee. not even salt and pepper or cooking oil.

Dark apartment dark bathroom and photos were different than what we booked. The area while active is pretty young so we ended up getting scammed twice while we visited as mid forties women. The price is a premium for a very standard property. The place wasn’t stocked great. Only 4 coffee pods for four guests for three nights and one roll of toilet paper so we had to buy a lot of items for the weekend. Bins are right outside so it’s loud and only one full length mirror and it’s in a bedroom. The bathroom was really small also.

The appliances were challenging to operate – a document outlining appliance operations, amenities, provisions, etc would be very helpful to guests. In particular, I received assistance (appliances) from a receptionist by the name of Aritz Domingues de la Calle. Professional, yet friendly and knowledgeable of operations and neighborhood. He is an asset to Eric Vökel - Madrid!

Our stay at Eric Vökel Madrid Suites exceeded all of our expectations. I had booked the accommodation for six friends and myself, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, charming, and welcoming everything was. The location was perfect—close to everything and very convenient for exploring Madrid. The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention to Ruslana, who was especially kind and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace quickly became our favorite spot for pre-dinner aperitifs before heading out in the evening. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment we rent was in walking distance to the plaza major. It was spacious and confortable. The receptionists were very helpfull and nice, in particular Ruslana is great.

The apartment was spacious & comfortable. There is a staffed front office which was very helpful & accommodating. Ruslana was particularly lovely in helping us sort out a minor laundry issue and stored our bags for a few hours before our train departure.

Great location and a great hotel! We traveled with a tween daughter and stayed at the two-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. It's a really large comfortable space. On our first day, we received a breakfast box (milk, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, butter, etc.) and we would take it to the rooftop in the morning to have a meal with a view. The building faces narrow streets and has a well-like yard in the middle so one night some very rowdy guests kept us awake, as every sound carried and echoed throughout. We did complain to the front desk (seems like all the guests complained) and it was taken care of. Front desk Salvador was amazing - super helpful, went above and beyond esp. when it came to helping us secure a ride back from Segovia. We couldn't find a bus or train back during a very busy weekend, so he contacted a local car service and organized a pick-up for us, down to the location and the driver's name. We couldn't be more grateful!
