Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The room was spacious & clean with a great kitchenette. Just what we wanted on our first & last night's in NZ.
There's not a lot around that location in the way of restaurants & shops, but it's handy to get to & from Hamilton airport.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026I needed to go back and forth from the hospital, so the location was perfect. I upgraded to a spa room and I'm glad I did because by the end of the day it was bliss to have a spa. My room was spotless and my bed was very, very comfortable. Thank you all round!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The spa bath was great
Woke up to bench and fridge covered in ants. Finally after a week of trying to get hold of manager, he told me he would credit only $30 off my payment and email me a discount voucher. It has been over another week and still received nothing! Have tried to make contact again and he seems to be not taking my calls. I took a picture and video of the infestation and showed staff right away. Left our room as soon as we woke to this as was a terrible experience.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Clean and tidy, enjoyed the hot tub, bed was comfy
The room was so noisy! Every time the adjacent rooms used their taps, the fridge was noisy, and the road noise was unreal. The pillows were too big for me and there was only the one option so even though the bed was comfortable I didn’t sleep well because of the pillow and the noise.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Location. Was clean. Was functional. Nice vanity and mirror setup. Minimal road noise.
Mixed up parking. Shower was lukewarm at about 9.30pm. Hot next morning. Shower door is a poor setup. Opening the shower door almost took my thumb nail off. Was not pleasant having to listen to the neighbouring rooms residents performing their ablutions.
