Leider wurde bei der Buchung versehentlich ein Bett in einem Frauen-Schlafsaal reserviert. Als ich am 09. September zur vorgesehenen Check-in-Zeit in Ihrem Hotel angekommen bin, habe ich Ihr Personal umgehend gebeten, die Buchung in ein geeignetes Zimmer zu ändern. Mir wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass ich mich hierfür direkt an Booking.com wenden müsse. Ich habe daraufhin versucht, Booking.com zu kontaktieren, jedoch keine Rückmeldung und keine Lösung erhalten. Da es mir aufgrund dieser Situation nicht möglich war, die gebuchte Unterkunft zu nutzen, habe ich die 3 gebuchten Nächte vom 09. bis 12. September nicht in Anspruch genommen. При заселении сотрудник очень долго оформлял посетителей. В итоге пришлось самому оформиться. Ночью заходили сотрудники чтобы положить полотенце - это очевидно не самый подходящий момент! Утром раздалась пожарная сигнализация и пришлось выйти на улицу

Ich bin öfters hier zu Gast und schreibe heute meine erste Bewertung. Das Hotel bietet insgesamt eine solide Leistung. Das Highlight ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an die Rezeption – besonders Herr Haffeez fällt immer wieder durch seine herzlich hilfsbereite Art positiv auf.

Nichts, mann bekommt A&O Standard mit guten Preis/Leistung.

Très bien proche du tramway, beaucoup de monde, les gens sont respectueux, j'ai bien dormi et c'était propre contrairement aux autres commentaires que j'ai pu lire ici

Dommage ascenseur en panne mais ça peut se réparer et la fille présente l'après-midi était seule pour gérer les arrivées (on dirait qu'elle s'occupe aussi du bar) même si le checkin peut se faire électroniquement

Beide Aufzüge waren außer Betrieb, im Zimmer war nur die Hälfte der Betten bezogen, teilweise noch staubig, Fenster blocken Geräusche nicht gut ab

El Checking fue un desastre, la habitación estaba sucia sin preparar en modulo distinto al compañero. La primera vez me dieron edificio erróneo, casi 2 horas para una habitación sucia sin preparar donde tube que hacer la cama bajando de nuevo a recepción a por sabanas. Pretendieron compensar con bebidas del bar.

This hotel is centrally located in Frankfurt and is within about a 20 minute drive of Terminal 3 in the morning. I stayed in a single room, which was reasonably priced and offered good value for money.

It is directly across from a train station, so rooms facing the tracks can be a little noisy, especially in the morning.

Budget friendly place for solo traveler. I mistakenly booked the shared dorm but the receptionist Hafeez was so kind that he upgraded to female room.

the location is ok, it is just a few minuets driving form the station. the room and the corridors were indeed intolerably stinky, specifically the toilet. the beds were relatively better but half of the electricity sockets were not operative. elevator was not functioning. anyway, the staffs where very friendly and kind, although they very very busy.

The hotel was not worth the price we paid. We arrived as a group of 12 people, with each guest having their own room. Unfortunately, every reservation was affected by some kind of issue. The main problems were: 1. One of the rooms could not be locked. There was no alternative room available, so our colleague had to sleep with the door unlocked and move her personal belongings to her coworkers' rooms each morning for safety reasons. 2. The elevators were out of service, making it very difficult to carry luggage to the higher floors. 3. There were frequent water supply issues on the 8th floor, caused by insufficient water pressure. 4. The breakfasts were very poor. Every day some items were missing, and replenishment often took a long time. 5. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms and corridors could be clearly heard. 6. During our week-long stay, the rooms were not cleaned even once. 7. Overall, the standard of the accommodation was significantly below expectations and did not reflect the price charged.

Im Zimmer lag noch ein Berg von Müll von den Gästen der vorherigen Nacht. Doppelstockbetten quietschen über alle Maßen, sodass der ganze Raum wach wird, wenn sich darin jemand bewegt oder die Leiter runtersteigt. Für den gesamten Frauenschlafsaal wurde selektiv nur ein Handtuch bereitgestellt. Die umliegende Gegend und auch schon der Bereich vor dem Hostel ist nichts, wo man sich abends gern aufhalten möchte. Einige der Automaten in der Lobby waren defekt

This hostel is just solid budget spots. Nothing fancy, but it completely does the job. Plus, the staff member Hafeez was super friendly and made check-in a total breeze

Lage: es ist direkt neben einer S-Bahn Haltestelle, dadurch konnte ich zu meinem geplanten ausflug ohne umsteigen fahren. Das Hostel war gut gelegen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich sehr gut.

The rooms were as expected, basic but worthed what I've paid.

Super noisy place and because of the hot weather (no fan or AC) we needed to keep the windows open so all the train noise directly inside the room.

The location is right next to the metro station. For single room with attached bathroom, the size is just nice and has all the necessities needed for staying. They have coffee machine at ground floor too!

The staff still walk into the room even if i hang the no disturb sign at the door. I just finished taking a bath then suddenly i heard the door is unlocking. The staff just open the room door first then excuse himself to go in. It’s good that i cover the room door with bathroom door so the room door can not fully open. It’s dangerous! Makes me panic and shock! This attitude is not acceptable

Resolveram o problema do Overbooking sem efectuar mos qualquer reclamação e ainda alugaram o táxi para o outro hotel que escolheram para nos realojar

Não gostei chegar ao hotel com reserva e estar com Overbooking, sujeitar me a ser realojado em outro hotel a cerca de 7kms de distantancia. Este hotel foi escolhido pela localização o que evitava o uso de qualquer transporte para a nossa estadia de trabalho. Isso obrigou-nos a sair todos os dias do hotel onde ficamos cerca de 40 minutos mais cedo e gastar dinheiro em transportes públicos e a utilização de Uber também.

Takiego syfu nie spotkałem nigdzie indziej w Europie , Azjii i Afryce. Ja w pełni rozumiem stosunek ceny do jakości i w zasadzie wszystko jest wybaczalne, ale mogliby chociaż okna umyć raz na kwartał bo nic przez nie nie widać. Nie ma klimy, więc śpisz przy otwartych oknach, więc od frontu czujesz jakbyś spał ma torach, non stop przejeżdżający pociąg, auta, karetki, przeklinający pijani ludzie, a od tyłu plac budowy i napierdalający młot od 7 rano, a pociąg tak samo słyszalny z tyłu jak i z przodu. Co bardziej wrażliwi na tą czystość w pokoju po prostu zemdleją lub się zrzygają. Ja nie wystawiam 1 gwiazdk8, bo rozumiem jakość w stosunku do ceny, ale serio, w niektórych obszarach to gruba przesada. Patrz zdjęcia.

Hałas, który nie pozwala w ogóle spać. Zasyfione okna tak, że nic przez nie nie widać, oraz jakby ktoś na nie narzygał, syf na tych oknach, że co bardziej wrażliwi zemdleją. Oplute i obrzygane ściany. Zniszczony materac, z połamanymi sprężynami wbijającymi się w dupę i w plecy.

The room was super clean and well-maintained. Bed sheets were provided and fit the mattress perfectly, and there was a simple, handy hanger for clothes. I also appreciated that the key card works for the main entrance, elevator, and room for easy access. Huge thanks to Hafeez at the desk for being so friendly and helpful throughout!

It got a bit warm, and since my room didn't have curtains, it got bright early in the morning.

I stayed before in other hostels but in this price range, this place is far better then others. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Especially Lori and Hafeez.

Hafeez is too good at reception

Everything was finie. Hafeez was exceptional

I had a change in plans and extended the booking for one more night. I requested the staff to give me the same room as I had left my things there, but they denied it as it was fully occupied. Later, I talked to Hafeez, who handled the case gently and made it possible for me.

Comfortable bed and room. Great staff, I made a mistake when booking and even though it was very busy Hafeez helped me efficiently with kindness

Guest kitchen was not so good , but wouldn’t be a problem if you buy breakfast as that area looked nice.

Initially i got the room and there was no bed free but that wasn't a problem as the staff member Hafeez gave a room later which was clean.
