Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The breakfast was something I have never seen in any hotel ever. There was less food than guest, less cutlery than guests, the employees were running like crazy to bring things, but I believe they were undersized as number and they had missing basics in the kitchen. Breakfast was like a battlefield for food ,mugs, plates, etc. The room was clean but very small.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The hotel is comfortable, and the reception staff were polite and helpful.
At check-in, we were informed that housekeeping is available only upon request. There was also a notice in the bathroom asking guests to use towels economically in order to save energy and protect the environment. However, from the very first day, we were provided with only two bath towels. In our opinion, this was not sufficient. Regardless of the hotel’s housekeeping policy or environmental initiatives, guests should be provided with an adequate number of towels from the beginning of their stay. On the third day, we requested housekeeping. After the room was cleaned, we received two bath towels, two hand towels, and a bath mat. This clearly showed that the hotel had additional towels available, so it was unclear why they were not provided from the first day. We fully support efforts to save water and energy, but this should not come at the expense of basic guest comfort. The hotel should ensure that every guest has a sufficient number of towels from the beginning and communicate its policy more clearly and consistently.

Upon arrival there was hardly any parking, although I did manage to stick the car in the corner if the car park, such still cost me 20E, we had messaged the hotel ahead mid afternoon to let them know that it was going to be late check in as we were traveling from the UK by car, when we got to reception they had already allocated the room we were supposed to stay in, and why? Because we were late checking in, yet none of the staff had actually read the message I sent earlier. Luckily, reception managed to swap things around because we had 2 very small children with us. Breakfast was like a flee infested gathering, chaotic, hardly anywhere to sit, glasses not being replenished, cutlery dirty, no Soya or oat milk available, selection of breakfast want that great. For an IHG hotel, very poor standards, Will never stay here again.
