The location was fantastic, beachfront and easy access to snorkelling crystal clear waters. Food at the restaurant and breakfast was divine. We stayed in room 18 and it was huge and bathroom area was also big which was a plus for my snorkelling and freediving equipment.

For almost €200 per night I would expect better wifi connectivity in the rooms and better towel service as they did not have towels on demand. Buffet breakfast got cold quickly. The water pressure is disaster, but I think MAHAMAYA are some of the few on Gili Meno with fresh water in the shower so that’s not much of a big deal.

Everything was amazing!! This is undeniably the best place to stay in Gili Meno. The staff is very friendly and nice. You have the beach right in front of you with all the available turtle spots, and several pools to enjoy. The food in the restaurant was extremely delicious and reasonably priced. We would totally recommend it

The whole place was phenomenal! Just walk into the beach and swim with turtles. The food and staff were amazing.

We don't have a lot of money so it was expensive for us. It is probably not considered expensive by most people's standards. If money's not a problem for you I would definitely recommend Mahamaya.

We absolutely loved Gili Meno and this little resort. It was on the nicest part of the beach, with stunning sand and blue sea. We spent our short stay mainly on the sunbeds provided on the beach although there was also a lovely pool. The staff were so helpful and friendly and we enjoyed their delicious breakfast and also the varied menu for lunch and dinner. We wandered along the beach in the early evening, after a cocktail in the hotels beach bar, to soak up the atmosphere and see the other little beach bars and restaurants along the way, which was also lovely. Sunset here was out of this world. We only stayed a night and wished it had been longer.

Nothing really - they went out of their way to help and whilst it’s not a 5 star resort so the rooms may reflect that, they were perfectly nice and comfortable and well equipped

Ottima posizione, in riva al mare. Proprio di fronte si può nuotare con le tartarughe. Struttura molto pulita, staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione con ottima qualità di cibo. Possibilità di pranzare e cenare nel ristorante, dove si mangia molto bene.

The location is perfect. It's quiet and relaxing, with amazing ocean views. Snorkeling right off the beach was great...beautiful coral, fish and turtles! Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was nice...good food with tables right on the beach. But the best part was the staff...literally everyone there was so kind, always smiling and eager to make sure that our stay was perfect. Absolutely loved the water dispenser and metal water flasks. Now that is eco-friendly!

The room could stand some upgrading. Bathroom too.

La Cookie Villa était magique avec une vue incroyable sur la plage, au calme malgré la proximité des équipements. Plage magnifique avec des tortues le matin. Restaurant très bon et bon rapport qualité prix.

Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, mais vu la chaleur, ce n’était pas gênant. Pas de débit non plus, mais il est précisé que l’eau est précieuse sur l’île

Die Zimmer! Wir haben das erste Zimmer gewechselt, da es sehr muffig gerochen hat aber das neue Zimmer hat genauso gerochen. Sie haben uns einen Raumspray hingestellt, damit es besser riecht. Es war nicht unbedingt sauber, die Ecken waren sehr dreckig, im Abfluss in der Dusche waren Haare (nicht von uns) und selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung lagen die Haare immer noch da. Auf dem Handtuch war ein Lippenstiftfleck, man konnte nicht gut duschen da aus der Dusche sehr wenig Wasser rauskommt (aus dem Waschbecken auch!), Nachts mussten wir Ohrstöpsel reinmachen, da der Wasserspender laute Geräusche von sich gibt, Vorhänge waren dreckig. Der Boden im Duschbereich war sehr dreckig. Steckdosen am Bett haben nicht funktioniert. Wir finden nicht, dass die Preise für dieses Hotel gerechtfertigt sind. Das einzig gute ist die wunderschöne Lage und das stets bemühte Personal im Service&Rezeption. Wobei der Strand voller kaputter Korallen ist. ( Hat niemand sauber gemacht)

Lovely place right on the beach. Delicious food and friendly staff. The room is comfortable and has an outdoor shower. Be aware there was construction going on as of April 2026.

A little piece of heaven on earth. The staff are all wonderful and a credit to the hotel. The rooms are large and the en-suite shower room has an open ceiling where you can look up at the blue sky. The location is superb and snorkelling just off the beach amongst hawksbill turtles as they graze and come up for air. Stunning live coral and fish. We didn’t want noise or crowds and the peace and quiet nature, food, drinks and wonderful staff fitted the bill for us. We arrived and left the hotel via a boat transfer from Gili Tregawan right up on the beach in front of the hotel - very James Bond style !

Our particular room could have done with a lick of paint however the other room family was staying in was ok. But how long do you stay in your room when you go to a place like this ?

Perfect hotel for a few days of rest. The newly opened infinity pool was amazing, and it’s very convenient being only a few minutes from the beach. The beach is beautiful with great snorkeling and plenty of sunbeds to relax. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, and the rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds. the staff was very kind and tried to help all the time.

We paid extra for a sea view front villa, but the hot water in the shower did not work on the first day and was only fixed the following evening. Although staff tried to help, the issue was not resolved quickly. When it was fixed, it also affected the bidet temperature, making it uncomfortably hot. The sunbeds outside the villa were also not clean on arrival and were only sorted after requesting it again the next morning.

Die Versorgung mit Handtüchern, auch nach mehrfachen nachfragen kammen erst nach 3 Stunden neue Handtücher. Wir hatten nur 4 Handtücher für 3 Tage zum Duschen, Pool und Hände waschen. Das ist auch für eine so kleine Insel wie Gili Meno zu wenig. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist viel zu laut, man kann kaum schlafen. Wifi sehr langsam und schlechter Empfang wie fast überall in Indonesien. Tote Frösche im Salzwasserpool welche über 3 Tage auch nicht entfernt wurden!

Najbardziej podobało mi się miejsce w jakim hotel się znajduje , pięknie odnowiony i czysty. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny , jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Piękne zachody słońca na plaży przed hotelem albo przy kolacji .

I liked Everything about this property. The location was perfect right on the beach with lovely beach bars /Restraunt’s on your doorstep . Reviews said the location was too quiet and nothing to do but that’s not true . We had turtles coming onto the beach outside of our accommodation. You got free use of kayak, snorkel equipment , hats, flip flops ,water ,fridge , water bottles to fill and take out for the day . It was a 5 minute row in the kayak to the underwater sculptures . A unreal experience which I definitely recommend.

Baustelle, eine grosse baustelle, der laerm war nicht auszuhalten, von 9.00 bis abends 20.00 Weil ich stop gesagt, sonst wuerden die bis spaet in die nacht arbeiten:( wir bekamen an dem morgen den wir angreist sind, die mitteilung, dass dort gebaut wurde:( wir waren schon unterwegs, no internet, als wir mit dem flugzeug, 1,5 std mit dem auto ,15 min mit dem boat angekommen sind, haben uns die mitarbeiter canceln angeboten:((((( es ist ein kleines insel, waren zu 5 ( 3 erwachsene und 2 kinder) unterwegs, nach grosse discussion bekamen wir upgrade und late checkout. Booking com hat uns nicht geholfen, mit 19,.. Euro abgespeist. Das finde ich schade, die mitarbeiter in hotel haben uns versucht es angenehm zu machen. Dankeschoen

Breakfast was amazing on the beach. Location was perfect for snorkling and the equipment was provided, as were the beach towels. They helped us with spotting turtles and gave advice on the best times to go. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom and outdoor shower were great. The AC in the room was excellent. The quality of the food was good. Also we were able to get a private boat service from Gili T. Also a laundry service is provided (not in-house but a local company)

There was a lot of work being done at the front of the property, which at times was very loud and annoying when enjoying the sea or sitting in the restaurant. This was communicated to us 1 month before arriving, but was started 2 months before we booked the room, which gave us little time to find an alternative. Our room was quite far back so thankfully we couldn't hear it in our room but there were rooms much closer to the ongoing work. The second swimming pool was half full so we couldn't use it, but this wasn't explained why. The restaurant does close quite early, but in off season it wasn't very busy. The Wifi over the whole property is very slow and intermittent, we planned to do some work while staying but were unable to due to this.

Hotel encore mieux que mes attentes avec souvent des déceptions compte tenues des critères différents de l'Europe . Structure accueillante, bien agencée avec 2 piscines en patio quasi privées et 1 en cours de traveaux avc vue sur la mer. Chambre spacieuse, élégante et confortable. Literie au top ! Petit déjeuner pour les sucrés comme les salés avc d'excellentes viennoiseries. Plage propre, avec peu de coraux (contrairement aux autres plages) et parfaite pour le snorkeling ou l'on trouve des tortues à 5 m du bord et pas farouches ni dérangées par notre presence. Snorkeling aux statues sous l'eau accessibles de la plage sans prendre de bateaux. Matériel prêtait par l'hôtel. Personnel professionnel et souriant avec un point supplémentaire pour Bastian qui s'est rendu particulièrement disponible et efficace après fait appel à ses réseaux d'amis pour récupérer des affaires personnelles oubliées sur lombok.

Si je dois mettre un point négatif, je dirais les remontées d'odeurs ds la salle de bain, mais cela reste occasionnel et propre à toute l'île.

The location is on the other side of the island compared to the harbour which is actually perfect, no boats driving by all the time. And it's facing the sunset, which is really nice. We didn't want to take a horse carriage, so we rented bicycles instead which is fine if you're just travelling with a backpack. This was cheap, and gave us the freedom to explore the island at our own time and pace. I highly recommend this. The property also has bikes available. The food is really great, the beach restaurant and bar area are really nice. You can see turtles coming up to the surface from your breakfast table! The staff is friendly and professional. Overall we really could have stayed here much longer. I went diving with Divine divers next door. Tip: if you want to avoid the tourist boats chasing turtles around, go snorkeling early in the morning when the reef life isn't feeling the boat pressure yet. Besides the snorkeling boat trips, the island itself is quiet and laidback. And really beautiful. Tip 2: we also recommend Hello Warung a bit further up the beach.

Mahamaya is set on the best beach on the island, and we spent every day snorkelling, seeing many turtles and beautiful tropical fish. It’s a really beautiful location. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable (especially the bed!) and the free cold water dispenser was really helpful. The staff were all so nice! Really friendly, helpful and offered excellent service. The breakfast was amazing! Abundant, high quality and the best we had during our 14 day stay in Bali and Gili Meno! Unfortunately we had one day when the current brought in a lot of rubbish from Lombok but the hotel staff did very well to clear up anything on the beach.

There were renovation works going on to the beach area which we weren’t made aware of. It wasn’t so intrusive and while it could be heard on the beach, it didn’t really affect us.

The only small thing we noticed was some plastic that had washed up on the beach. It wasn’t a large amount, but it might be nice if the beach could be checked and cleaned once or twice a day to keep it looking perfect.

На объекте шел ремонт с 9 утра до 18 вечера. И это не то, что ты хочешь получить, когда выбираешь остров для полного уединения и покоя. Отель предупреждает об этом только в день заезда. У нас была бронь на 4 ночи, но они отказывались выселять нас без штрафа. Пришлось решать вопрос с букингом, по итогу остались на 2 ночи. Также интернет работал с перебоями и в бассейне чем то пахло, то ли краской, то ли чем то еще. И в первую ночь не было горячей воды.

Excellent hôtel sur la plus belle plage de l’île et avec le meilleur point de vue pour le coucher du soleil. Le restaurant était excellent ainsi que le PDJ. Les chambres sont très bien. Ne faites pas attention aux photos qui ne les mettent pas en valeur.

The property is located directly on the beachfront. We booked a beach villa, and it is wonderful to be able to see the ocean from our room.

The air conditioner wasn’t very strong during our stay, possibly because the weather was extremely hot, so it may perform better when it’s cooler. That said, it was still acceptable, and the staff did their best to assist and tried to fix it.

Location and snorkeling out the front was the best, breakfast and staff were fantastic. Only negative was the pool being on the inside of the resort, though we hear on the grapevine there is a new pool going in beachfront side very soon. This will be magic.

My daughter and I stayed here two nights in a two bedroom suite and it was entirely a great experience. The beds were very comfortable, the internet worked consistently well (important since we wanted to watch some movies via my laptop plugged into the big flat screen monitor in the "living" room. We both liked the water dispenser in the room and the metal bottles provided. The coffee and breakfast were great and plentiful. The staff was welcoming and super friendly. I got a great last-minute deal via BookingDOTcom, better by far than what the manager offered me. They offer snorkeling gear and kayaks to guests for free. I highly recommend this place. The beach is wonderful and the snorkeling is fantastic. No need to book a ride on a boat because you can just swim out from the beach for a few hundred feet and see it all, plenty of sea turtles!

We didn't eat much at this restaurant other than breakfast because it was included. One evening, I tried the pesto pasta and it was pretty bland. But there are plenty of other dining options all around
