Было очень грязно. Бассейн не работал. На завтрак была несвежая заверетренная еда. Еда приготовлена вчера или позавчера. Wi-Fi работал плохо. Отель даже 3м звездам не соответстаует

The treatment from some of the staff was absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking especially the reception staff working around 9 10 PM the amount of rudeness disrespect and attitude we received was unbelievable we were treated like we were bothering them just for asking for basic help and the way they spoke to us was completely disrespectful this is a 5 star hotel and being polite is literally the bare minimum we are paying to stay here we are not asking for special treatment or a favor just do your job and show some basic respect the rooms are also very old and outdated and definitely need renovation and the breakfast was honestly disgusting especially for €20 per person the quality was nowhere near what you would expect from a 5 star hotel

Hotel Review Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel has a very low standard, poor service, and serious hygiene problems. The hotel was nothing like what was shown in the photos and advertisement on Booking.com. Before booking, we looked carefully at all the pictures on the website and expected the hotel to look like the advertised photos. However, when we arrived, the reality was completely different. The actual condition of the hotel did not match the pictures or the description at all. The corridor had poor lighting, the shower was blocked and the water did not drain properly, and the bathroom sink was in very poor condition. It was difficult to use the sink even for basic hand washing. I spoke to a lady at the reception, and she sent a maintenance worker. He fixed the shower and replaced the corridor light, which I appreciate. However, when I mentioned the sink, he refused to do anything and said that this was the standard.

location is good and close to famous malls if you have a car, underground car parking, comfortable beds.

Die Zimmer sind recht groß aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten waren nicht gemütlich und die Ausstattung ziemlich alt

Het was een heel fijn hotel! Schoon en grote kamers. Op een fijne locatie en je hebt er alles in de buurt.

Alleen onze douche was heel warm, ook op koudste stand, dat kunnen ze vast aanpassen:)! Ontbijt was prima maar niet uitmuntend. Miste wat smaak.

Sehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer Viele sichtbare Flecken an den Wänden Badezimmer wurde nicht gründlich bzw. nicht richtig gereinigt Schränke und andere Bereiche hatten starke Abnutzungs- und Gebrauchsspuren Die Sauberkeit und der allgemeine Zustand entsprachen unserer Erwartung an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht Die Rezeption bot als einzige Lösung einen Zimmerwechsel an, obwohl wir am nächsten Tag abreisten Trotz unserer Beschwerde wurde uns keine weitere Lösung oder Entschädigung angeboten

Frühstück war ok, aber nicht vielfältig wie es im Profil stand.

Bett sehr unsauber- hab sogar Blutflecken und Haare gefunden! Klo funktioniert nicht und Badezimmer stinkt unnormal! Personal sehr frech und verdrehen Augen. Lage auch schlecht!

Sauberkeit in Dampfbad, die Decke war sehr dreckig, eine kleine Modernisierung in Zimmer könnte vieles bringen.

First of all, the staff wants to somehow squeeze more money out of you. Don't ask them to order food for you because they will double the price in the app. The pool was used for outside children's swimming classes during the day. The gym was super dirty and hot and humid.

Saat 02.00’de varmamıza rağmen çok güzel karşılandık. Normalde çıkış saati 12.00 olmasına rağmen acele etmemize gerek olmadığı söylendi ve bir saat geç çıkış yapmamıza izin verildi. Yataklar inanılmaz derecede rahattı. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı yaklaşımları için teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz!

We was stay 4 night and we sleep without AC thats why i don,t like and not take this hotel next time.

Theoretical 5 star for cheaper than usual. Real gym onsite. Lots of space in the room. Real blinds for the windows + white transparent curtains for privacy during the day (this matters). Nice view above the surrounding neighborhoods. AC is powerful enough (it was only 30°C outside though, so I don't know how it will fare in hotter weather) and actually adjustable by you with the manual control inside the room (both temperature and fan speed). My country had a heat wave during that time, so it really was a relief. There is an all night restaurant nearby that serves food I liked, useful when you arrive at random hours. This high above traffic (I was on 8th floor) you are somewhat shielded from the street noise. Lots of local and western choice for the breakfast, although less meat products, bring your whey powder if you need it. Note: they start removing breakfast signs at 10:23, spoons to take food from the plates at 10:28, and actual food plates at 10:30 if you like to sleep till last minute like me. I arrived at 10:16 and I don't advise arriving later if you want to still have a relaxed breakfast. You can take your time to eat afterwards though, once you've picked up your food from the buffet.

Some parts of this "5 star hotel" may feel like a joke, depending on your experience with 4 and 5 star hotels so far. I'll talk about my room on 8th floor, since I have only seen one: 1. First of all, when I arrived, there was only one bedsheet on top of the mattress, and one other piece of fabric that, to me, looked like a bed cover (the layer on which people sit) covering the entirety of the bed. That's it. I don't know about you, but I'm used to having an actual blanket and another bed sheet between me and the blanket. Furthermore, that bed cover was not enough to not feel cold, unless you turned the AC high enough that it became too hot and uncomfortable. I had to ask at the reception for a blanket - they gave me 2 bed sheet and 2 more of those bed covers. In the end, it worked, and I slept well - but they could have just left a real blanket in the room + have two bed sheets by default (one below and one above you) on all beds, much easier! 2. Overall state of the room: I've seen torn wallpaper, graffiti on the windowsill, a drilled hole (!) in the metal of the safe right below the key lock (the lock used by authorized hotel personnel to override the safe in case of emergency), many abandoned plastic bottles outside the windows (There was some kind of unofficial balcony outside my windows, probably not designed to go there for the guests, although you technically could slip through the window and play Batman). 3. Imperfect soundproofing: you could hear both the calls to prayer quite distinctly with all windows closed, and the people in the hallway (my room was not far from the elevator lobby of my floor). Since it was a small suite, an additional door between the room proper and the entrance/bathroom part could block the hallway sound much better. 4. Run-down neighborhood, far from SAW airport and the historic old town.

Dostaliśmy upgrade na apartament dwupokojowy. Mieliśmy wrażenie jakbyśmy byli w mieszkaniu - bardzo pozytywne. Parking podziemny - wygodny.

Śniadanie było niedobre. Za świeżego omleta trzeba było dopłacić.

The building was the highlight. Most staff were friendly and helpful. We requested a refund for the rest of the stay and the staff was able to make it happen even though the booking was non refundable. We moved to another hotel.

No AC. My room did not get cooler than 27C or 80.6F. They changed my room but because the AC was centralized there was no difference between the two rooms. Staining on sheets. Sheets were clean but stained. The neighborhood was not suitable for tourism.

Everything is excellent

I really enjoyed my stay and felt well looked after throughout my visit. The staff were very helpful and tried to accommodate every request promptly and without delay, going over and above just to please customers. The hotel offers fantastic facilities, including a nice, good-sized swimming pool, dry and wet saunas, and a gym, all free of charge. The location is excellent, however inside and industrial part of the city, offering a variety of dining options, from local cuisine at Kubanna Restaurant to familiar favorites like McDonald's and Starbucks. It also serves as a perfect base for exploring the nearby coastal hiking trails. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider returning.

There are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the cleaning standards. In the gym area, staff should focus on sanitising and wiping down equipment and cleaning the mirrors. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were replaced regularly; however, a deeper clean is needed to avoid spoiling the overall impression. The building is relatively old and requires some basic, but regular maintenance, if it wants to compete with newly built hotels in the area. In addition, dirty windows prevent guests from fully enjoying the lovely sunset views. Addressing these small issues would significantly improve the overall guest experience and leave a much better impression on customers.

It's my second time in this hotel. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, good parking, beds are in two separate rooms, both rooms are very comfortable. Very close to metro station.
