Clean and in a good location. The female concierge’s were great. Very professional, helpful and friendly.

The male concierge’s weren’t friendly at all. They always looked at me like I offended them. The bed had a dip in the middle. I didn’t report this so dont know how they might have handled this.

Le personnel au top, toujours souriant et nous ont beaucoup aide pour tout nos questions. Le métro juste a proximité est très abordable et nous permettait de nous déplacer facilement en toute autonomie. Les suites sont très spacieuses et très confortable literie. Et pour finir, le restaurant Italien est succulent.

on aurait apprécier une partie congélateur avec le frigo, vu la chaleur, pour garder un peu plus longtemps les aliments. Et un peu plus de choix dans les chaines télévisés

Het ontbijt is zeker niet slecht maar wel weining variatie. Het buitenzwembad is erg kaal en sober. Geen parasdols en nauwelijks een goed ligbed te vinden Maar het meest was ik teleurgesteld over het binnenzwembad en de sauna. Laat ik het netjes zeggen "vergane glorie". Vies, veel kapot en erg erg donker

Le personnel sympa a par celui de la Picine et sauna qui nous a mal accueilli nous a pas donné le temps de nous montrer les différents activités possibles car il préférait rester dans sont GSM Et quand ont lui a de nouveau demandé Il nous a indiqué avec sa main avec une méchanceté Aux point qu’on ne s’est pas intéressée et ont est parti sans jamais redescendre dans la Picine ni le sauna ni la salle de sport Pour ce qui concerne la chambre très bien agencé le souci c’est la tv 1 problème de chaîne française aucune vue que je ne comprend que le Francai et un certain âge Pendant tout le séjours je n’est vue aucune information ou autres dans la tv ( grand problème) Conservant le petit déjeuner je suis désolé mais se n’est pas sa que j’attendais pour un Buffet En tout cas pour moi et ma femme presque rien nous convenait ont partait bredouille du petit déjeuner ni hue d’orange ni café conforme ni buffet qui attitré à l’appétit A vrai dire dire moi je me forçais à manger mais ma femme partait sans prendre son petit déjeuner Sino le personnel très accueillant et la femme de chambre impeccable Remarque de temps en temps la climatisation s’arrêtait toute seule et des fois elle reprenait toute seule Voilà désolé de vous avoir fait c’est remarques mais si sa peut vous aider sa sera bien pour l’établissement car ils est bien situé surtout avec le métro

Direkte Lage an U Bahn. Die Personal und vorallem die Frau Sogdan hatvund sehr gut aufgenommen. Sehr zufrieden und würde gerne beim nächsteb Mal auch buchen.

Die Kaffemaschine beim Frühstücken war defekt oder man konnte keine Latte Milchkaffee rauslassen weil es defekt war. Und die Aussenparkplätze war fast immer voll. Man konnte dafür im Parkhaus parken, musste aber grosszügig umfahren.

فندق مستواه لا يتعدى ثلاث نجوم كغرفة وأثاث اما الافطار فمستوى نجمتين على الأكثر اسواء افطار ومكان الإفطار راصين الترابيزات في الروف كانه كانتين في شركة او مدرسة وموظفات غير محترفات بالمرة كانهم ماجرينهم باليومية اما المصيبة الكبرى اعتقد انهم متعاقدين مع مركز طبي او مستشفى فتجد معظم النزلاء في الإفطار صباحا الي رابط مناخيره او راسه كانك بتفطر في مستشفى منظر يسد النفس على الإفطار لان معظم النزلاء بهذا الشكل اسواء فندق دخلته في حياتي لدرجة ان كان عندي حجز تاني في نفس الفندق بعدها بخمس ايام لغيته وفضلت في الفندق التاني الي روحتله

Отель в 50м от метро,хорошие номера,удобные кровати. Тёплый бассейн в корпусе и отличная терраса с открытым чистым бассейном в соседнем здании. Рядом пару небольших продуктовых магазина,Старбакс.

Завтрак очень тоскливый,при этом искусственно созданная очередь уже в 7 утра. Все почему то сидят в духоте внутри,когда там есть огромная терраса. Кофе нормального нет,из фруктов только черешня,сок -крашеная вода. Утром в спа зоне только одна комната была протоплена. Хамам был холодный. Не весь персонал доброжелательный, но были и очень милые сотрудники.

Reception personals were great with warm attitude, helpful and patient with guests.

Negative points were the old mattress and blankets and the kind of isolation as the location lacks surrounding activities like cafes and shops. You always need a car for transportation. I like practicing walking but could not enjoy the surroundings.

The room is quiet big and clean

The location is a bit far away from the center, the hotel is next to the metro but it takes time by metro to reach tourist attractions. Although I informed them during the reservation that i will be there at 15:00 and they confirmed this, when i arrived the room was not ready, in addition the guy in the reception was a bit rude

The Hotel itself is very clean, they are providing everything you need for an active holiday. The swimming pool is clean and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was very polite; on the first night we have experienced a really loud group of people laughing, running, slamming doors on the first floor's hall, but the next day we notified the workers and they acted immediately: every other night was quiet. Thanks for this again.

The hotel is very far from the city centre, and from all of the tourist attractions. In Istanbul we prefer metros, trams because of traffic jams, and with this means of traffic it took approximately one hour and 15, or 20 minutes to get into the city centre.

I liked the cleanness of the hotel

The air conditioning was really bad; it kept switching on and off all the time. The pool ladies’ bathroom wasn’t clean, and the towels by the pool weren’t available most of the time.

Overall a very stylish and clean hotel.

Outside terraces shared with other buildings could be cleaner for a more pleasant walk in the afternoon.

Unfortunately, my stay at The G Hotels was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. When I first arrived, I was given a standard room. I stayed there for four days, and during those four days, my room was not cleaned even once, despite requesting housekeeping at least four times. Every time I asked, I was told that the red “Do Not Disturb” light was on. I repeatedly explained that the button/light was stuck and not working properly, and I clearly gave them permission to enter the room and asked them to please clean it. Still, nothing happened. Later in the day, whenever I followed up, I was simply told that the housekeeping team had already left. As a result, I spent four days in a room that was never cleaned. Eventually, a staff member apologized and offered to upgrade me to a better room, promising that the service would improve. Based on that, I decided to extend my stay. After the upgrade, the housekeeping improved somewhat, although the cleaning was still only partial. I later extended my reservation again through Booking.com. When I went to reception, the manager told me that they could not see my reservation in their system and blamed Booking.com and the third-party provider they work with. I was left waiting downstairs for around two hours while they tried to resolve the issue. This time, they also refused to continue the complimentary upgrade and charged me an additional $20 for the upgraded room. The following day, I wanted to extend my stay again. I was told that I could not remain in the same room because another guest had supposedly reserved it. I spent around four hours going back and forth with the hotel and contacting Booking.com trying to resolve the situation. By around 4 PM, I asked them to simply let me stay in the room for one more night and move me the next day. They refused and insisted that I had to change rooms immediately.

Demander aux clients"patients" de faire preuve de plus de discrétion avec leurs fioles et poches de sang. On e*était en vacances à Istanbul au G-HOTEL pas au GREY's ANATOMY Hotel. Je comprends que le tourisme médical est un business majeur mais il ne faudrait pas nous imposer ça aux autres clients. La TV était pauvre en progammes internationaux, tout était en turque, pas assez de diversité.

Great hotel away from. The touristy areas of Istanbul but right next to the Metro to get around.just tap your credit / debit card on each journey. We stayed here to be close to Halkali train station to catch the overnight train to Sofia.  Excellent breakfast and good pool on the ground floor of the G residence.  Customer service from the staff was great. Its obviously a workplace with good moral. From Sude( checked us in) and Boro in reception, very pleasant and helpful. But the stand-up our each day who provided exceptional customer service was Nilay who met us each morning with a big smile and went out of her way to help us have a great stay. Thank you very much Nilay

No much to dislike, except perhaps evidence that previous guests smoked in the room prior to our stay

Velika in čista soba, brezplačna nadgradnja, udobna postelja. Odlično delujoč wifi. Kopalnica je bila čista, vedno je bilo vse pospravljeno. Hotel je lahko dostopen z javnim previzom, saj leži ob podtajališču M9.

Pri zajtrku je zelo hitro zmanjkalo svežega sadja.

Location for hospital , and the metro for ease for visiting different areas.

Needed maintenance around the pool for new loungers and parasols. Only 2 for use for the customers. The staff were amazing though.

This not a 5 star hotel, simply as that, this hotel is part of the nice apartment. This is not a near 5 star hotel. If it’s 5 star then it’s a scam. Full of car garage and dirty surroundings. Cost me 450 uk pounds for seven day and far way from sultan Ahmed. Cost me 300 turkey lira. 3 train change. No good.

Personnel pas pro et incompétent

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The hotel was far too expensive for what it offered. The swimming pool was not working during our stay, and this was not mentioned anywhere when we made the booking. We booked the hotel during the high season and expected the facilities advertised to be available, so this was a major disappointment. The breakfast was also very disappointing. It was served on disposable plates and with disposable cutlery, which felt very cheap and inappropriate for a hotel at this price level. Overall, we feel that the hotel was significantly overpriced for the quality and services provided. We expected much more, especially during the high season. I would not recommend this hotel unless the price is substantially lower and the advertised facilities are actually available.

The cleanliness was not good, it's too far away from the city centre, like no touristic agencies can reach it

Literie confortable , le ménage quotidien

Tres mal placé pour visiter Istanbul , alors qu’il y avait écrit à 20 minutes, + d’une heure pour se rendre au centre historique avec les transports en commun. Un peu déçu de l’accueil, les gens avaient l’air stressés et soûlés de leur travail, très mauvaise connexion wifi, impossible de travailler , draps tachés même si lavés. Taches de produits ou autres sur les meubles ??

Non, on n'a pas apprécié mon fils a dû dormir sur le canapé, alors qu'on a bien précisé qu'on était 2 adultes, un enfant de 14 ans. Ils nous ont dit qu'il pouvait dormir sur le canapé. Qu'ils n'avaient pas d'autre lit. Qu'ils étaient désolés. Que l'erreur veut de la part de Booking. Arrivons dans la chambre. On a trouvé un caleçon en tout du canapé. Le ménage n'a pas été fait à fuir

Very dirty place, every day they gave dirty sheets, some of them with holes. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel asks 11€ to put a single pants to the washing machine.

Bequeme Zimmer und große Duschen. Vor allem die Einstellung der Wassertemperatur und der Dusche war sehr einfach zu bedienen. In den Duschen waren Schampoo, etc. zur Verfügung gestellt.

Uns wurde gesagt, dass die Frühstückszeiten zwischen 7-11 Uhr sind. An einem Tag bin ich um 10:00 gekommen und die Hälfte der Speisen (Omelette, Pommes, Frittiertes, wärme Speisen und Brot) waren leer und wurden nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Daraufhin wurde uns um kurz vor 10:30 gesagt, dass das Buffet um 10:30 schließt. Uns wurde aber 11 Uhr gesagt. Dennoch sollte das Buffet immer aufgefüllt werden, es wurde um 10 Uhr nur noch das Brot aufgefüllt. Auch an einem anderen Tag war die Hälfte der Sachen zu Ende und es wurde wenig aufgefüllt. Auch hatte ich Hummus probiert, und es war verdorben- ich nehme an, sie haben dasselbe com Vortag einfach wieder serviert, ohne die Qualität zu prüfen.

Personal war sehr nett und freundlich

اللوبي والنظافة وهو عبارة عن فقط 3 أدوار والمسبح الداخلي بصراحة يخوف

الفندق لايصلح للاقامه الطويله يومين فقط اذا جايين ترانزيت مثلا . الحلو فيه جنبه سوبر ماركت وستار بكس وكافي لاب وكم مطعم

This is my second time at the G Hotels Istanbul. And like the fist time everything was on point. This hotel is always my first choice for its location, the easy to communicate with staff being near the metro station and having espresso lab right down.

La chambre, spacieuse, bien décorée avec beaucoup de rangement. La douche gigantesque et agréable (température/pression de l’eau parfaite) Par dessus tout, le personnel ADORABLE, disponible, prévenant, et à qui on peut toujours demander conseil. Les piscines intérieures et extérieures sont très sympa.

Il manque des transats au niveau de la piscine qui sont très vite réservés.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Housekeeping was one of the biggest issues—when I requested my room to be cleaned, no one came, even after asking. The service was unreliable and frustrating. Another major problem was the curtains. They didn’t fully cover the window, so sunlight came into the room early every morning, making it difficult to sleep properly. This is a basic comfort that a hotel should provide. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I hope this review helps other travelers know what to expect before booking.

Hotelul a fost bun probabil când s-a construit dar acum mai are nevoie de câteva schimbări! Pernele trebuiesc probabil schimbate! Au fost curate dar în schimb cam miros și nu este foarte ok !

Nichts, diese Unterkunft hat defintiv keine 5 Sterne.

Leider enttäuschender Aufenthalt: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte kaum, das Bett quietschte und Kissen sowie Decke wirkten sehr einfach. Im Bad fehlte eine gute Beleuchtung, die Fenster waren bei geöffneten Vorhängen sichtbar schmutzig. Zudem gab es keine Informationen zu WLAN oder anderen Services im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und wirkte wenig frisch (z. B. wässrige Gurken und welke Kräuter). Auch die Umgebung ist nicht besonders ansprechend. Das Personal reagierte auf Hinweise zur Klimaanlage eher unfreundlich.
