the hotel was not as per what shown the staff were very rude and rooms were not clean properly bad smell were coming

the staff and jaipur ibis hotel room pathetic service one of the worst experience we have been to 5 start hotel also but this being at that is fraud dont go in jaipur ibis hotel

The bathroom fittings were damaged. The food was okay but not worth it. There was no lifeguard at the pool, and you are not allowed to swim without one.

Stay was comfortable with clean rooms on a budget. The breakfast buffet was decent, but less options. The accessibility to airport and shopping bazars were good! Overall recommended!

They have tour packages from the hotel which are a big scam. It was expensive and not worth it.

Starting from the Checkin which was delayed by few hours then the room and the lobby cleanliness Big concern is that their Fire extinguisher is also out of the last service date The beds were not comfortable Bathroom really tiny just similar to the ones in an aircraft Facility not fit to be called as an Accor brand

We stayed for 2 nights, breakfast South Indian batter and chutney was stale, tea/coffee was cold, omelette had smell of cheap oil. Overall poor quality of food. I suggest keep fewer items for breakfast but don’t compromise on quality

Das Hotel war sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Essen am Buffet war sehr gut. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, dem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Wir haben eine Bike Tour am Morgen gemacht. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Der Sariska Nationalpark ist als Tagestour auch gut planbar. Im Park müssen die Handys in den Taschen bleiben. Wer Fotos machen will sollte eine Kamera dabei haben. Dieses Hotel als Spot für Unternehmungen ist zu empfehlen.

They have a great menu for breakfast and the food we ordered was the yummiest one. Commuting from the location to different markets was easier through uber and they do have a metro station nearby. Staffs are the loveliest.

Needs little renovation as toilet sits were quite damaged and window curtains are not in proper manner(hard to open). Minor issue was card machine in elevator was quite a hassle to tap on and didn't work most of the time.

Staff is impolite , seems management strategy is to entertain any service request only if a reminder is received , seems belief is that service of 70% requests will be avoided like this. This applies even to service from live counter in Breakfast or providing water , dental kit etc in the room.

Attitude of check in staff is that guests are their subjects . After obtaining IDs at time of checkin ,with change change of shift suddenly you are impolitely called to reception to answer new staff .

Room,cleanliness,washroom,games area,food,breakfast was 95% repeated for 2 days during our stay.A la carte Priced on higher side compared to taste.There were very minimal items. All the doors of the room were fully jammed. Request to people who book over here, check everything in the room and ask for change in case of issues else avoid this hote.

Nothing particularly. Only the receptionist on female staff on 19/3/2026 morning shift was very helpful . She did her best effort to change my extremely noisy room to the better and quieter one .

Location was not best however close to metro station so easy transport to old city and train station. Breakfast and dinner dominantly for Indian guests . I’m charged more than my booking. Com confirmation that annoyed me
