Staff could have been a little more helpful. Rather ridiculous that I had to pay the airport taxi far in cash.

Locația este excelentă, aproape de principalele atracții turistice, într-o zonă liniștită în care m-am simțit mereu în siguranță. Camerele sunt confortabile, iar curățenia a fost impecabilă. Micul dejun a fost bogat, variat și foarte gustos. Personalul hotelului a fost extrem de primitor, mereu dornic să ajute și întotdeauna cu zâmbetul pe buze. Pentru mine a fost un sejur de 10/10. Când mă voi întoarce în acest oraș de poveste, Istanbul, cu siguranță voi alege din nou Grand Hotel Gülsoy și îl recomand cu toată încrederea.

- Excellent location. It is a 20–30-minute walk to Hagia Sophia and the historic city center. - We chose a room with a mosque view, and it was definitely the best decision. The view was beautiful and added a special touch to our stay. - A great restaurant on the 6th floor. It was very convenient to have such a nice dining option right in the hotel. - Decent breakfast. I requested gluten-free bread, and the kitchen staff were very helpful and accommodated my request without any issues. - Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming and always happy to assist.

The room could use some updating. Although it looked fine overall, we would have appreciated a fresher and more modern appearance. The bathroom floor was not very clean. The window was broken. The double bed was made by pushing two single beds together, which was not particularly comfortable.

Close to all the sights, clean, well kept.

Mi-a placut ca am avut priveliste frumoasa, camera 503 cu fata la moschee, camera maricica, curatenia s-a facut zilnic, mic dejun bun, aveai ce alege dimineata, omleta si clatitele facute in fata noastra, branzeturile foarte bune, ceai, cafea nu am baut.Parcarea subterana este un mare plus, din acest motiv am si ales hotelul.

A fost un pic departe de Bazar, mocheta era patata, paturile de o persoana cam inguste.Parcarea este cu plata 15 euro pe zi.

Hotelli asukoht oli väga hea – kõik vajalik oli jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Läheduses olid ühistransport, restoranid ja poed ning enamik vaatamisväärsusi oli vähem kui 30-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel või vaid paari ühistranspordipeatuse kaugusel. Personal oli sõbralik, abivalmis ja tähelepanelik. Tuba oli avar ja puhas ning voodid mugavad. Hommikusöök oli täiesti korralik ja valik piisav. Spa-osa ei olnud küll midagi erilist, kuid sobis hästi lühiajaliseks lõõgastumiseks pärast pikka päeva linnas. Kokkuvõttes jäime hotelliga rahule ning eriti hindasime head asukohta ja meeldivat teenindust.

We pointed to the few maintenance that were needed in our bathroom. Nothing to be bothered by, but staff was open and interested to collect the feedback and then check the room.

The breakfast options were quite limited, and the selection was exactly the same on all three days of our stay. The breakfast room is also located in the basement, where there was a lot of noise, making the experience less pleasant.

Strefa SPA - sauna mokra - zapach pleśni- widac na ścianach odpadającą farbę i prawdopodobnie pleśń, mogliby odświeżyć strefę saun, bo lata świetności mają za sobą. Aby wejsc do basenu trzeba miec czepek, każdego dnia inna cena (w ogóle nie było informacji, że trzeba płacić). Obsługa hotelu słabo mowi po angielsku.

Хотелът е страхотен, с отлично местоположение - в близост до туристически обекти и обществен транспорт. Много чисто, любезен персонал, много добра закуска. Има платен паркинг за колите. На последния етаж има ресторант с прекрасна гледка, страхотна кухня и обслужване.

Sound travelled through rooms and windows do not keep out street noise. Steam room needs a clean, breakfast quality not particularly good, only used twice out of 5 days, we used the coffee shop next door (Gloria).

Excellent location, very close to the metro and just a few meters from the tram stop. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and very good, with plenty of options to choose from. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which was very convenient. We also had the opportunity to use the hotel’s swimming pool and sauna, and it was a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

The property is in perfect spot and easy to travel to most of the major tourist attractions. The staffs were amazing and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Une mention spéciale à Shahinez pour son chaleureux accueil et les précieuses informations fournies. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel !

L’insonorisation de la chambre pourrait être améliorée : nous avons entendu à plusieurs reprises nos voisins ainsi que des bruits tôt le matin.

Zero variation in breakfast. Always the same. Extremely (but really very very) unfriendly people at the reception desk. No "hello, all fine?" but more, "don't bother me and don't ask me anything". Also very disrespectful towards woman. The sound of the building airco is so loud you can't sleep. Staff starts making noise at 6AM.

The view of the mosque from our room was beautiful. The pool/sauna area were fantastic. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Nice coffee area at the front of the hotel. Beautiful roof terrace with incredible views, delicious food & drinks, very nice staff. Thank you!

Die Lage war ideal, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Schönes, gutes Restaurant am Dach, mit super Ausblick.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist grausam, nicht zu trinken. Außerdem ist der Frühstücksraum im Keller ohne Fenster.

Good location, easy access to public transportation, comfy beds. Nice sauna and pool facilities. Varied breakfast.

We had an issue with our window, it didn't close properly. They sent a maintenance guy but didn't do much. Being right next to a mosque and a busy street, it was very noisy, but we used ear plugs. Also, the room is a little bit run down. More attention to the cleaning would be nice.

Instalaciones muy antiguas, desayuno más bien básico. Y lo peor de todo es que en un principio los botones fueron súper majos y nos ayudaron a buscar una forma de llegar al aeropuerto pero nos tocó un chofer que trabajaba para el hotel bastante desagradable, hizo varias paradas sin dar explicaciones y causó situaciones de tensión innecesarias, nada recomendable

O pequeno almoço era ótimo, a limpeza também estava impecável e um especial obrigada ao rececionista Hakan pois ajudou nos a organizar um roteiro de todos os lugares imperdíveis e foi super prestável do início ao fim! Gostei também da limpeza do quarto e um especial a senhora que limpou o quarto no dia do check out

Apontaria só que demoravam a repor algumas comidas no pequeno almoço como por exemplo as panquecas e fruta

La ubicación es correcta, a 900 m. del Gran Bazar y aprox. 1,9 Km de Santa Sofía.

A nuestro juicio el hotel esta muy sobrevalorado en Booking, lo que lleva a un error a la hora de elegirlo. Es un hotel correcto, pero nada más (lo que sería en España un 3 estrellas) La habitación y baño demasiados pequeños, (máxime para 2 adultos y 1 niña). La limpieza correcta. Ofrecen Spa, pero no lo es. Se trata de una piscina de agua fría en el 3er. sótano, carente de chorros, presiones, o instalaciones propias de un Spa. Sí ofrecen baño turco, pero utilizable previo pago. El deasayuno es francamente decepcionante. Escaso y con aspecto de poca limpieza. Si tenemos en cuenta la magnífica pastelería turca, ésta no aparece reflejada en el desayuno. Ya en el colmo de los despropósitos, si quieres un pequeño zumo natural te cobran 100 liras (foto). Mención aparte es el restaurante de la azotea, bien presentado, comida aceptable y unas vistas maravillosas (aunque también lo pagas como en cualquier otro restaurante de azotea que abundan en Estambul). En definitiva, hotel poco recomendable, salvo que obtengas una superoferta.

Everything was absolutely great. I loved the hotel and the receptionist staff, they were great. If I cane again, I would come to Gulsoy without a doubt.

Breakfast: I think there wasn't enough meat options, the sausages were good but they weren't served everyday hence making it limited for people who want to eat alot of protein during breakfast time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Hôtel Gülsoy. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, confortables et impeccablement propres. Un grand merci à l'équipe de nettoyage pour la qualité de son travail et son attention aux détails. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont de très bonne qualité, et la piscine est particulièrement agréable pour se détendre. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement toute l'équipe, en particulier le personnel de l'accueil, qui a été exceptionnel par sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant situé au 6ᵉ étage, qui propose des repas de grande qualité dans un cadre agréable. Merci à l'ensemble des employés pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur sourire et leur dévouement. Grâce à eux, notre séjour a été une véritable réussite. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Istanbul.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν τέλειο. Καθαριότητα πλούσιο πρωινό και όλοι ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Είχαμε νωρίς check in και αργά check out αφού πρώτα είχαμε κάνει σχετικό αίτημα. Πάντα στο ψυγείο είχανε εμφιαλωμένα νερά και μάλιστα σε ένα θέμα που προέκυψε με βλάβη στο ασανσέρ παρατείνανε το πρωινό για να εξυπηρετηθούν όλοι.

Great help from all the staff and special thanks to Hakan and Samet for taking care of my big luggage and organising pickup service. They really went above and beyond their responsibilities. Also the hotel has got a great pool and spa. So, clean and well organised.

,ολα ηταν εξαιρετικά. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο κ εξυπηρετικοτατο. Το δωματιο πεντακάθαρο. Το πρωινο πλούσιο κ εύγευστο. Ο χώρος του spa πεντακάθαρος κ με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η τοποθεσία βολικότατη, ολα τα μεσα μεταφοράς πολυ κοντά.. Ειλικρινά η καλύτερη επιλογή για τη διαμονή μου.
