Myeongdong Merlin Hotel

La ubicación es muy buena si quieres comprar material fotográfico, hay muchas tiendas cerca y puedes ir caminando. El hotel está limpio y el personal muy atento y agradable. Nuestra habitación tenía la temática de Hello Kitty.

Los colchones tienen una firmeza a la que no estoy acostumbrada y me resultaron algo duros.

Le personnel était très aimable, beaucoup de choses mises à disposition et un emplacement 5 étoiles.

Lit et oreillers un poil durs, fenêtre qui s’entrouvre et rend l’aération compliquée.

駅から近く、外壁も目立ってわかりやすかったです。 ホテルの方も親切にしてくださいました。

清掃後のベッドの枕に体毛が落ちていました…

The place was clean and somehow close to a metro station.

When I booked the room it said two single beds, not great but that was the situation. When we got to the room there was only a small bed and the other one was just a matress on the floor in an attic. Also both matresses were really hard so there was no way to get a decent sleep. The only good part is that it was only for a night.

Great location, staff was friendly and helpful - we got some good restaurant suggestions.

The bed was old and uncomfortable, not ideal when staying several nights. There were no bedside lamps and the light switches were far from the bed.

We stayed for 15 days, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The staff treated us very well and were incredibly kind and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day, and we also had the option to have dinner in the lounge without any problem. The views from our room were incredible, and the hotel is very well connected to the rest of the city. Without a doubt, if we come back to Seoul, we will stay here again. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen area downstairs was stocked with coffee and water, which we found really helpful! The room was good, decent size and shower was good.

The pillows were a bit hard for us and the cover made a rustling noise when you moved!

Plusieurs métros à 5 min, bus au pied de l’hotel. Hotel tenu par une famille adorable. Hotel calme, chambre spacieuse, propre et equipé (grand frigo avec congélateur, clim, bouilloire ... ). Lits confortables ! Et une vue magnifique de la Namsan tour , du lit (en photo) !

Clim ultra bruyante. Là plus petite douche que j’ai vu de ma vie (regardez la photo!). Lit pas confortable du tout.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Myeongdong, Euljiro and Dongdaemun, and it is well connected with the subway to all of Seoul, so it is perfect for visitors. We had a triple room with a city view with two single beds and a queen sized one in the loft area plus an en suite bathroom. The staff was always helpful and spoke English, and the reception provides guests with daily free water, tea and coffee. There is also a laundry service that is totally affordable. Definitely recommended for young tourists!

The room had air conditioning but it didn't really cool down the loft area. Maybe it'd be good to have a fan upstairs as well, especially during hot summer periods!

I liked how close it was to Myeongdong Shopping Street. Another thing I liked was that it was a great deal.

Il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Le couvercle de la toilette était cassé. Une de serviettes de bain était déchiré. Nous étions 3 personnes et ils nous ont donné une seule clé.

Staff was SO sweet, free bottled water and the location was perfect. We asked for extra pillows and got softer linen as well. Exceeded expectations for the price.

De mensen aan de receptie zijn fantastisch, super behulpzaam. Niks is teveel. Daarnaast is de locatie heel handig.

Houdt er rekening mee dat de bedden erg hard zijn. Daarnaast ben ik bang dat wij de wat mindere kamer hebben gehad. Reparaties waren met plakband/tape gedaan. De deur van andere kamers stond open en die zagen er beter onderhouden uit.

Bed was too hard.

Świetna lokalizacja i komunikacja wokół metra czy autobusy. Bardzo pomocny personel. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu przed zameldowaniem oraz po wymeldowaniu. Dostałyśmy dosyć przestronny pokój z dużym oknem z którego był super widok.

Obiekt lata świetności ma już za sobą. Oczywiście za taką cenę liczyłyśmy się, że nie będzie to hotel 5 gwiazdkowy. Niestety pleśń, plamy na suficie, zero przewiewu (to akurat rozumiem bo pokój na 20 piętrze) całe szczęście działała klimatyzacja. Niestety było czuć “nieświeżość” w pokoju.

Das Personal war sehr nett, sodass wir zum Beispiel ohne Probleme unser Gepäck auch nach Check-out in der Lobby aufbewahren konnten. Außerdem konnte man sich jederzeit gratis gekühltes Wasser aus der Lobby nehmen.

Die Bettlaken waren nicht wirklich sauber, zum Beispiel hatte das Kissen Make-up Flecken.

Bardzo sympatyczna i chętna do pomocy obsługa! Bliskość trzech linii metra sprawiała, że poruszanie się po Seulu było łatwe i przyjemne. No i każdego poranka widok z okna na Namsan Tower 🤩

Rooms a bit outdated maybe en makeover of the rooms would help a bit and maybe different pillows !

Sometimes coffee wasnt available on the afrenoon

Hotelul este amplasat în centru, într-o zonă excelentă. În zona din împrejurimi se găsesc restaurante, cafenele, supermarket, stații de autobuz la 2 minute de mers pe jos, stații de metrou la 8 minute de mers pe jos. Camera mea a fost una dotată cu absolut tot ce este nevoie, priveliște minunată din cameră stând în pat. Personalul de la recepție deosebit de amabil și săritor să ajute și să îndrume. Curățenie impecabilă făcută zilnic. Wi-fi foarte bun și stabil. Cafea și apă gratuit la discreție.

The hotel was good, with a nice location. There are a lot of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby, and it’s an easy walk to public transport. The receptionist was very lovely and friendly. The man helped me whenever I needed assistance. The room was okay, but not spacious enough for two people, and there wasn’t enough space to put items. I did sleep well, though the bed was just okay. Overall, everything was good. I would love to travel to Seoul again.

Some areas need refurbishment and room improvements, such as painting or fixing certain things.

The réception staff was extremely helpful and kind .

The Washington machine want working and that’s a bummer as I needed to wash some clothes

Goede locatie, uitstekend uitzicht, een soort loft kamer, waarbij 2 bedden bovenin. Bovenin kun je niet echt staan en het is er warm. Er is wel airco, maar deze blaast op de bedden beneden. Verder wel een schone kamer en goed te doen met 5 personen. En gratis flessen water verkrijgbaar.

Geen toilettafel.

It is close to myeongdong and other tourist location, near to a subway station too and bus stops

I know that Korea don’t use bidet on their bathroom. Maybe that’s the only thing I didn’t like.

The hotel is conveniently located near Chungmuro subway and sits right on the main street, making it easy to find—especially for first-time visitors to Korea. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, the staff were very helpful, even assisting us with booking a cab to the airport. It’s a great option for a comfortable stay

Superb..it was really nice experience staying in merlin. Staff they are excellent, all things you need they will provide you.all are in the kitchen in the lobby area. All the things that you expect in hotel is here..location. the best. I will highly recommend this hotel..I will be back again in merlin hotel myeongdong..

ペットボトルの水を無料で提供している。朝はコーヒーやお茶などがセルフサービスで1階にて飲める。 アメニティとして変換器の貸し出しがあった。他にはボディタオル・歯ブラシ・石鹸・綿棒がある。 部屋にはシャンプー・ボディソープ・ドライヤー・ケトルと紙コップが備え付けであった。 窓から近くの景色が見渡せて、日の出を見る事ができた。 トイレは紙が流せる。

シャワーとトイレが近く（ユニットバス？）、シャワーカーテンなどがないので、どう頑張っても少し便器が濡れてしまうが、タオルがたくさんあるのと、意外と水はけは良く、スタッフもきれいに清掃してくださるので、気になるのは入浴直後くらい。

Good location near Chungmuro station (which is only a few stops from Seoul Station) and a short walk to Namsangol Hanok Village. Our room (with 4 beds and a loft) was spacious with huge windows and a high ceiling. Free water, snacks, coffee, tea, and electric conversion plugs in the lobby.

The place could definitely use some renovations and the bathroom wasn’t sparkling clean.

Tolle Mitarbeiter, sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Tolle Aussicht, sehr gute Lage. Bus und Bahn 2 Minuten entfernt. 24h Markt nebenan.

The location was great! They have free coffee, tea and water. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday, with fresh towels. The staff were accommodating too.

They didn’t have a bidet, but other than that all is good!

Die Mitarbeiter, die waren alle super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns oft unterhalten, uns über unsere Erlebnisse in Seoul ausgetauscht und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Sehr sympathisch, wir vermissen sie.

The price was unbeatable, but to me this was a hostel, not a hotel. Loads of great options for breakfast nearby and the location was amazing. The staff were friendly but there were zero frills apart from free water, hot drinks and snacks.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable and there was very little space for two adults and two kids (we had a family suite that sleeps 5).

2回目でしたが、ホテルの人すごいいい人でした! 明洞まで歩いていけるのもいいです！！

駅から近くてロケーションも良かったです！ 以前はマンションだったのか洗濯機とキッチンがありますがそちらは使用できません。 ナムサンタワーが見えるお部屋を選択しましたがとても綺麗に見えてこの価格で少し得した気分になりました。 スタッフの方もとても優しく帰ってくると声をかけていただきまたこのエリアに泊まる際は利用したいです。

建物自体は少し古いので凄くいいホテルに泊まりたい傾きではないです。 コスパ良く泊まりたい方にとてもオススメです。

Le déjeuné compris dans la réservation est du café/the à disposition (toute la journée) et des petits pains industriels ( premier arrivé premier servi). Les lits sont horribles!!!!! Vieux, vétustes, dur… je dormais mieux par terre avec un matelas IKEA première gamme!

お水を無料でいただけた。ロビーから持って行くスタイル。 徒歩圏内で東大門や明洞にいけてめちゃくちゃ便利。 ただ駅まではそこそこ歩く。 電子レンジやカラトリーなどがロビーにあり スプーンが欲しかったので助かった！ 部屋のコップが紙なのが良かった。 近くにコンビニあり環境はいい。

全体的に古いです。 水回りが色々と残念。 シャワーとトイレに仕切りがなくて 友達と行ったのでビチョビチョトイレになるのが嫌でチムチルバンへいきました。
