Property is gorgeous, rooms are all beautiful and very clean. Staff were very helpful especially as one of us got sick. They helped us ordering auto’s to the hospital. Great location,<10min walk to almost everything in udaipur.

It was beautiful and clean. The food was great. The architecture of the building. The room was same as described and pictures. Our waiters were so kind, patient, and above and beyond to meet our requests. Mr Kalyan Singh in the mornings and the other waiter (we didn't catch his name) in the evening were both amazing. Bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again We loved it.

Prima locatie. Mooi gebouw en sfeervol ingericht. Prachtig hoog dakterras met mooi uitzicht. Restaurant heeft kleine kaart maar goed eten. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De warmte bljjft in de dikke muren waardoor het tamelijk benauwd is in de mooie, comforrabele maar enigszins donkere kamer.

Absolutely wonderful, we loved everything: the location, the room, the rooftop, the massage. The area is peaceful, you can discover the old city on your own, plenty of nice restaurants and café around. The food at the hotel is delicious. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very comfy.

Il Madri Haveli è stato un sogno da mille e una (sola) notte. La nostra camera era spaziosa e arredata in stile tradizionale, completa di ogni comfort. Il pavimento a scacchi, i vetri colorati, i divani imbottiti, gli infissi in legno la rendono un vero gioiello. Ho fatto un massaggio con la signora Lalita ed è stata una meravigliosa esperienza. Tutto lo staff è professionale e accogliente. Colazione dolce e salata di buona qualità.

L’hôtel est magnifique, notre chambre était superbe et très propre. Tous les équipements sont fonctionnels. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très accueillants, toujours souriant et toujours disponible pour vous aider et vous faire des recommandations sur les lieux à voir. Nous recommandons mille fois !

Amei tudo, os quartos são bem confortáveis, os funcionários são tão simpáticos e querem te ajudar, a comida do restaurante deliciosa e a localização perfeita. A abertura do local é tão boa mesmo com o prédio sendo antigo, mas tudo bem limpo e lindo! Foi tudo perfeito e deu vontade de ficar mais dias aqui. Preservam características da construção antiga e bem a cara de Udaipur. Todos os detalhes para mim são perfeitos.

One of the nicest places we have stayed on our trips around the world. Madri Haveli is a gem. We booked the suite that is huge. The bed was big enough for us (2 adults and 1 kid) and there are cushions inside the other rooms that could fit 10 people(well it would be crowded though) The windows have colored glasses that give the living room(not the bedroom) a pinkish color during the day creating an amazing game of lights. The doors are really heavy, rustic and look like 300 yrs old. The bathroom is made of stone and everything is super clean. Very high quality toiletries are provided. The staff is super nice and speaks very good english. The restaurant serves amazing food on the rooftop where you have a very nice view of Udaipur and there is even a cool pleasant night breeze even in June. We love the heat so even if Udaipur is very hot in summer it was still very nice to visit. We ate at the resaturant on the rooftop several times and we ordered typical Rajasthani dishes like Dungar Maas(amazing) and Lal Maas. They also have wine that is good but pricey like everywhere else in India. The butter chicken i tried here was amazing too, the best I have ever had. My son tried the pizza once and he loved it too. Breakfast was good too. Staying at Madri Haveli is a travel back in time. There are even painting frescoes in the rooms . I Forgot to ask if they are original. I have to say that they look original. Stuff you usually see in museums. Here it's in your own room. Thanks for everything!

Staff were lovely, The hotel was very quiet because it is out of season, but they still set up the bar on the roof just for us. Location is great. Very safe to walk around even at night

Staff was a great help and always there to help, only noticed the big communal room the day we left but such a nice area to relax. They offer lots of food and is very nearby to most shops, the beds were super comfortable and the architecture of the entire building is gorgeous

元はマードリー王家が所有していた築300年の大邸宅をフランス人オーナーがホテルとして改装した。古代インド寺院に起源を持つ建築様式とフランス的なインテリアの美意識が見事に融合した夢のような空間が現出している。モザイクのような色ガラス窓から差し込む陽光が美しく、部屋のあちこちに飾られている民藝品も素朴ながら現代アートのオブジェのようで、抜群のセンスを感じる。 ルーフトップ・レストランからは湖の眺望が素晴らしい。王宮に歩いて行ける距離。 すぐ近くのバゴーレー・キ・ハヴェーリーは貴族の館が民藝博物館になっているが、その中庭で毎夕６時と８時から民族舞踊と人形劇のショウが行われていて見応えがある。観光客に大人気でほぼ毎回満席になってしまうので、早めに行ってチケットを買っておくといい。

Tout était parfait ! Bel hôtel, idéalement situé dans la vieille ville d'Udaipur. Très belle chambre triple. Personnel aux petits soins. Ne pas hésiter à profiter des massages dont le rapport qualité-prix est plus que convenable.

The building was a work of art and love, a meticulously renovated tasteful rajistani haveli. The staff were excellent and the morning breakfasts in the cool of the rooftops were exceptional. Work and leisure time spent in many hotels and this would rank as one of the best.

Superbe bâtisse en vielles pierres en plein centre, à quelques centaines de mètres des principaux sites à voir. Beau rooftop pour un dîner charmant et le petit dej ensoleillé. Choix des plats et formules bienvenu. Personnel discret et efficace. Chambre décorée avec soin, très propre, bien équipée et, rare pour le pays, calme !

Si je chipote, il manque une tablette ou un support pour poser ses affaires de toilette à la salle de bain

Super expérience que de dormir dans cet Haveli restauré. L'hôtel possède un rooftop avec une superbe vue pour prendre petit-déjeuner (très bon) ou diner (le restaurant est un peu cher, mais très bon.). L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer Udaipur

Le seul point négatif, c'est que dans un authentique Haveli, certaines ouvertures n'ont pas de vitrage, laissant passer le bruit des chiens qui aboient à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit (malgré les bouchons d'oreille). Mais on ne regrette pas notre séjour.

Dit is een grote Haveli in het oude gedeelte van de stad. Op nog een tien minuten wandelen ben je aan het Paleis en de andere bezienswaardigheden in de oude stad. Mijn kamer was zeer ruim met een zalig bed. Op het dakterras bevindt zich een goed restaurant.

Je moet hier wel wat trappen op en af.

Todo nos gustó muchísimo, el haveli hermosamente restaurado, limpieza impecable. El servicio y hospitalidad excelente, atentos en todo momento, fueron por nosotros y nos llevaron al punto de encuentro con nuestro chófer ya que el haveli está en calles antiguas muy estrechas. Yo me indispuse el día de mi check out y me apoyaron muy amablemente me dieron un espacio donde descansar acogedor y privado, me trajeron té, bajaron el almuerzo para que no tuviera que subir 4 pisos al restaurante. Muy agradecida. El servicio de lavandería excelente, siguieron mis instrucciones exactamente, mi ropa quedó perfecta a un costo accesible. El restaurante en la terraza muy bonito con una linda vista, comida segura y deliciosa, con opciones indias e internacional. Muy cerca de atracciones. A unos pasos del Lago Pichola,, de Bagori Ki haveli y del templo Jagdish. Sin duda muy recomendable! I am very grateful for their care. The laundry service was also excellent—they followed my instructions perfectly, and my clothes came back in great condition at an affordable price. Staff were warm, welcoming, informative, and helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated, really tasteful and calm. Clean bathroom. The rooftop restaurant was charming and the food good. Great location - we could walk around the old city easily from here. Although it is the middle of a busy part of town, the fact that the Haveli is up a car-free lane makes it very quiet and peacful. Highly recommend this place.

This boutique hotel is truly amazing for its location, elegance, sophistication and charm. We love how this ancient building has been rebuilt through exquisite attention to details and how it is maintained. The room was very clean and incredibly quiet. All members of staff are nice and the restaurant serves delicious food. Highly recommended!

Super bien placé et très calme, notre chambre était très confortable (lit moelleux) et la salle de bain magnifique. Le personnel était très serviable. On recommande l'hôtel.

Malgré une vue imprenable sur le lac, le rapport qualité-prix du restaurant sur le roof top était bien en dessous des prestations de l'hôtel en particulier les plats. Une forte odeur dans la salle de bain, mais bon c'est aussi ça d'être au rez de chaussé.

Ho avuto il privilegio di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa haveli e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Le camera era spaziosa, pulita (standard europei) curata nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è stato eccezionale: disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ottima colazione servita sul rooftop con vista sulla città. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Udaipur, con il City Palace, i templi e i mercati facilmente raggiungibili.

Tutto perfetto ! dalla posizione alla pulizia (per nulla scontata nelle strutture in India) e alla gentilezza dello staff senza contare la particolarità della struttura. Anche il ristorante sulla terrazza è andato oltre le aspettative. Più che consigliato!

Eravamo in 6 e siamo rimasti tutti più che contenti della scelta che è andata oltre le aspettative. La struttura è una palazzina storica tenuta in perfette condizioni e pulitissima , gestita da uno staff molto gentile e premuroso. Abbiamo anche usufruito del ristorante con vista splendida e cibo ottimo. Sicuramente da consigliare

Clean rooms, best service, great food - really this was the best hotel we had in India - we also enjoyed a nice massage and the rooftop gives you an amazing view over the city. Staff very helpful and they even organized us a Taxi to Jodpur after they have canceled our bus! Would recommend everyone to come here and enjoy your stay in Udaipur!

I loved everything about the hotel. A few days before my arrival, I was given a heads up about my checkin and warm greetings. The room was clean with eco friendly toiletries and items, which I really appreciated. Jeetendra Ji, who was at the reception was extremely helpful upon my arrival. My stay was only for one night but he made sure to recommend the very best in and around the hotel. He even helped reserve a scenic dining experience for both me and my friends from the UK. My experience at the Madri Haveli was 10/10 and would certainly come back again.

Perfect location close to the highlights. Great romantic room. Nice breakfast on the rooftop with the choice of continental breakfast. Before the bridge we were picked up by the tuktuk of the hotel with all our luggage. Nice swimmingpool nextdoor at Madri Haveli Retreat. We had a great dinner and cocktails at hotel Ambrai.

Beautiful design both inside and out. Really calm setting within a busy city. Spacious room with wonderful reading nook and great water pressure! lovely breakfast and very attentive staff. We had to get away early at 4am and the packed us breakfast and helped us with bags :)

Hoewel de Haveli niet bereikbaar is met de wagen, is de ligging zeer gunstig. Je wordt trouwens gratis opgehaald bij de nabij gelegen autoparking. Het was een zeer ruime en mooie kamer.

We waren te laat geïnformeerd dat er vanaf de autoparking een gratis ophaalservice voorzien was met een tuk tuk. Misschien moeten ze dit vermelden bij het eerste bericht waarbij ze uitdrukkelijk laten weten dat het hotel niet met een auto bereikbaar is.

잘 관리되고 있는 청결한 숙소로 방문, 방과 욕실 및 소품들이 고풍스럽습니다. ㅁ자로 건물이 올라간 형태로 내부의 소리들이 잘 울리기는 하지만 구석구석 정성들여 가꿔지고 있고 아늑하며 친절한 직원분들이 언제든 도움을 주십니다. 옥상에 레스토랑이 있어 끼니를 놓치는 어느 때라도 거리의 먼지 걱정 없이, 맛에 대한 걱정 없이 식사를 할 수 있어 좋았고 특히나 프레시 쥬스는 정말 맛있었습니다. 주요 명소까지 어디든 걸어서 다니기 쉬운 위치였으나 숙소가 다소 경사진 골목에 있어 택시로 숙소 앞까지 오는 것은 어려우니 필요할 땐 툭툭을 이용하시면 문앞까지 쉽게 도착할 수 있습니다. 밤 기차를 타고 지친 몸으로 도착했을 때 이른 체크 인이 가능했던 것, 새벽 체크 아웃 후 택시 타는 곳까지 직원분께서 가방도 들어주시고 택시 기사에게 위치 설명도 잘 해 주시고, 깜짝 아침 도시락까지 챙겨주셔서 정말 따뜻한 마음으로 기억하게 된 숙소입니다. 모두에게 감사드립니다.
