Die beschreibungen stimmen nicht. 1. Wir kamen mit Auto uns wurde nicht geholfen. Ich habe das Auto (Mahindra Thar) ausserhalb der Stadt parkiert und dann einen Scooter (honda activa) gemietet zurück zu kommen. 2. In der beschriebung steht zimmer mit See sicht. Aber man hat pro tag 1200 inr verlangt. Es ist nicht viel aber nicht korrekt. 3. Empfang zeigte keine hilfsbereitschaft. Wusste die nichts oder wollten sie nicht?

Breakfast was amazing..it was freshly made..n felt like home cooked...n the roof top restaurant was just so mesmerising..the view of lake, city palace , jag temple...made it just memorable.....

Everything was good...would like to suggest to paste the reception number near the phone, also keep the mosquito repellant in the room, although it was given to me as I asked..no issue on that....

I visited udaipur with my mom and stayed at Jaiwana haveli for 4 days. The place is located extremely close to the lake palace and chandpole (main junction to get an uber). Beyond the location, we were pleased to receive a free room upgrade from Irshad located on the first floor (important because my mother is a senior citizen). We enjoyed the breakfast all days and really really loved the paratha with aachar and ginger tea! The staff from Irshad to harsh to the cleaning team to the restaurant team all are extremely kind and hardworking. My mom tends to make frequent demands for RO water and each time they came to the room with water bottles Recommend Jaiwana if you want a hardworking humble team ready to make you feel comfortable during your stay!

Absolutely nothing. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Hidden Charges for Basic Amenities: We were asked to pay extra money just to use the toilet and shower on the campus grounds, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Early Check-in Issues: We arrived early and needed a room at 7:00 AM. Even after agreeing to pay an extra ₹1000, we were still made to wait until 8:00 AM. Unjustified Extra Person Fees: The owner demanded extra money for our 14-year-old daughter. She was already included in our Booking.com reservation, and we explicitly stated we did not need an extra bed as the three of us fit in the room. The owner ignored this and forced the charge anyway. Misleading Accommodation: We were not given a room in the actual Jeevana Haveli. Instead, we were placed in a side building occupied by the owner's family. We paid boutique hotel prices for what felt exactly like a PG or a basic guest house. Rude & Unprofessional Management: The owner openly stated that they do not provide full facilities to Booking.com guests without extra payments. Worse, he was incredibly rude, speaking harshly and disrespectfully to my wife and me right in front of our daughter.

The hotel is in the heart of the city with all its hustle and bustle and main attractions like Jagdish Mandir, City palace, Gangaur ghat within few metres of walking distance, but the tranquility and peace you feel in the hotel, on its rooftop, eating delicious food and looking at lake pichola in its full beauty and wide view while someone somewhere is singing beautiful songs on the other side of the lake, with the cool breeze ruffling your hair gently.... It's unbelievable how two different worlds are available in the same hotel. I loved the stay. Thank you Jaiwana.

Manager was very helpful, and as we were only staying one night, gave us the best room that was free that night, The roof top dining room had a great view over the Lake, and a magical atmosphere in the evening.

A fantastic place to stay, walking distance to plenty of restaurants as well as the City Palace and Jagdish Temple and the hotel itself has a great rooftop looking out over the lake. The rooms were a good size and kept clean at all times. The staff, particularly Irshad, were also lovely and were always on hand to help or answer any questions. Completely recommended!

Super emplacement, tout peut se faire à pied. Pas besoin de Tuktuk ou de taxi, si ce n’est pour arriver et repartir. A noter que les voitures et Tuktuk n’ont pas accès à la vieille ville, il faudra finir la fin du voyage à pied. À peu près 5mn. Hôtel très propre, douche et sanitaires très propres.

Greathaveli in the center of town, only a 5 minute walk to city palace, temples, ghats, market. Restaurants all around. We only ate on their rooftop terrace as the view was simply breathtaking. The food was very good and the staff was nice. The rooms are small, but as I mentioned, the rooftop terrace is the place to be. They also have a downstairs lounge and an upstairs lounge / restaurant indoors. Staff was very helpful.

Amazing place! Room was so comfortable! The rooftop was beautiful, view on the lake and sunsets and can see the squirrels and monkeys in the morning around Udaipur. Irshad the receptionist was awesome very helpful! The restaurant was delicious, chef and the waiters were great. Recomand this Hotel!

Location. Everything is under radius of 1.5 km.

No Lift, No Power backup in the room where we stayed . For resturant, we have to go down from 3rd floor and then climb to 4 th floor and it is a difficult task. But , food was very good, So, this much discomfort , can be overlooked.

The Haveli is a wonderful old building with lots of stairs. We were fine as we are very mobile. When we arrived the staff did ask us if we were OK with stairs. If we had any doubts; they would have changed our room to a more accessible one. I thought this was very considerate😊

I'm extremely satisfied with this booking - it was my favourite stay in India:) The staff was VERY nice and welcoming, and we were recommended things to see and restaurants (super helpful, thank you!). The terrace is obviously gorgeous, you have a clear view of the sunset over the mountains and the lake. The location is just perfect, you are in the middle of everything, and you can walk to the main attractions. I wish I could stay for longer!

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Irshad at the reception gave us useful advice and suggested the must visit places nearby with a map. Gopal is very good at restaurant service. There is an old uncle at the restaurant (I forgot his name) he greeted us with a very sweet gesture. The property is well maintained, Room size was small for this price but that is ok when compared to the nearby properties. The main benefit of this hotel is that every famous place is at the walking distance (Bagore ki Haveli, City Palace, Lal Ghat, Virasat, Jagdish Temple). So it saves taxi/auto fare.

The hotel is centrally located in Old Udaipur and almost every place is walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel was really good.

Our room unexpectedly had a balcony with a great view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was mostly very convenient. The breakfast was also great! Overall, the value is excellent and I would really recommend this stay to travelers visiting Udaipur.

The wifi was a little unreliable.

The location was amazing the rooms were very clean just a bit basic, plenty of hot water and really friendly and accommodating staff

The lake side rooms where a bit noisy at night but we were moved to a quieter room with no fuss, rooftop restaurant had great views but as on the fourth floor with no lifts was a bit tiring to go for breakfast in the morning, but can’t fault the location or the views

La jolie porte qui fermait avec un cadenas, très sympa. La localisation de l'hôtel. La petite terrasse au-dessus de la chambre, avec la vue sur le lac Pichola. Prendre notre petit-déjeuner à la terrasse du restaurant était vraiment agréable. La disponibilité et l'accueil du personnel, qui avait toujours réponse à nos questions. La possibilité de changer de la monnaie. Très belle ancienne Haveli, bien entretenue.

Juste une petite remarque : peut-être un manque d'aération dans la salle de bain et donc beaucoup de buée et de condensation par moments. Mais c'est un détail.

No lifts to restaurant - breakfast was expensive at 495 Rupees per person . Cars not allowed to hotel so you have to take a rickshaw . Would not recommend the place for anyone who has mobility issues

Wow, what a benchmark place to stay. The host and staff were amazing. Lots of info in the office for itineraries, the rooftop restaurant is a vibe with great food and everything was a breeze. Udaipur is one of my favourite towns in RJ and this place just topped it off. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!
