The hotel is absolute perfection, the location is just near the Luxembourg gardens, surrounded with nice bistros and cafes. The whole neighbourhood is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the elevator is such a nice bonus to the hotel after strolling the parisian streets whole day :) We will be back!

Hotel Saint Louis Jardin du Luembourg was a great stay for our first time to Paris. All the staff was welcoming and helpful! Loved the location, very near the park and assorted good restaurants. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The shower was refreshing and the closet provided space for the luggage. Loved that there was a lift for help with our luggage. Will stay again on next visit!

Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Het ontvangst was prima en de kamer op de bovenste etage was van alle gemakken voorzien en een mooi uitzicht op de zilveren daken van Parijs. Dichtbij Jardin du Luxembourg, cafe's en een prijswinnende bakker om de hoek.

We didn't have breakfast there. There are great restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a laundry mat within walking distance to the hotel. Walk around the corner from the hotel to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. The location was superb.

It was very small, couldn't open the suitcase on the ground, only on the bed.

On a été surclassé pour la première fois de notre vie. Ca fait particulièrement plaisir. Personnel jeune et disponible à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner très bien. Cadre géographique à proximité du jardin du Luxembourg.

The staff were very helpful, and it was within walking distance of a number of places, including public transport. The size and decor of the rooms were excellent. The coffee machine was easy to use and had excellent coffee. We felt very safe.

It would have been beneficial to have a fridge for milk. The sachets of milk were not enough

There was a lovely patisserie very close to us, which we frequented. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our baggage was delayed, and they knew we were waiting for it. They didn't mind us asking every time we passed the desk if they were delivered. We were double-charged by the booking company, and the desk staff helped us with the documentation we needed to dispute the charge. We utilized a private driver from the airport who was friendly and attentive. One day, the desk gave us the wrong key, but we didn't realize it until we were at our door on the 5th floor. By the time we realized, the man at the desk had run up 5 flights of stairs to meet us with our key.

The hallways were loud, and guests coming and going late at night woke us up.

So modern, clean, the aircon was perfect for a heatwave. The balcony was incredible. The service was amazing. Lots of care and detail. The whole team made us feel so special.

Amei tudo!!!! Ficaria outras várias vezes. Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto pequeno, mas PERFEITO. Muito novo, limpo, aconchegante. Cama ótima, banheiro ótimo, chuveiro.. tudo tudo perfeito. Para quem vai para aproveitar Paris e “dormir” no hotel, é uma opção MARAVILHOSA. Fora que tem tudo ao redor, você pode caminhar tranquilamente é maravilhoso.

We loved our apartment it had that true Parisian feel. The room was spotless and the staff were outstanding. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Paris!

Excellente situation géographique

Location is perfect for a short trip in the Capital, 5 minutes from the metro and 1 minute from Les jardins du Luxembourg. The room looks brand new, very comfortable and families can stay together in the big room - which also has a double shower (brilliant). The AC worked perfectly - much needed in time of heat wave and makes a big difference. We didn’t have breakfast but had a coffee that was excellent. All staff were very welcoming/smiling and check-in was very quick.

There are no complementary water bottles nor toiletries in the room. However, you can find everything in a vending machine in the lobby (extra)

The location and room size was perfect!

The AC was awful. Despite emailing beforehand to let them know I was pregnant and to check whether their AC was good (I was assured that it went down to 20 in each room), it was SO hot. Around 27 in our room every night. No one did anything to fix it or move us rooms etc. we wanted to move hotels because I could sleep ever and was so uncomfortable but they wouldn’t give us a refund. I was told it’s just what AC is like in Europe! I would have gone to a chain or bigger hotel in which the AC was guaranteed to work had they not assured me in advance. It was a very frustrating stay because we couldn’t really be in our room at all.

Everything was very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was small (we expected this) and the shower stall was in the bedroom away from the toilet and sink. A bit inconvenient and unusual, but not a big problem.

Good location very close to Luxembourg Gardens and could walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and the Seine. Comfortable room , exceptionally clean, and excellent breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and available 24/7. They arranged taxis for us and a fan during the heat wave- the air conditioning improved but was over taxed at first. The room was very quiet and neighborhood pleasant and not too noisy. The elevator is small and slow as in many older buildings of this type. we were very happy here and would stay here again. Lots of restaurants and pharmacies and shops close by.

Elevator small. Air conditioning could be a little more powerful but we were in top floor during the heat wave. And with the fan they provided we were comfortable and slept really well every night.

Great location on the Left Bank. Great neighborhood cafes (Bread and Roses, Judy's) and restaurants. Gabriella was very helpful and lovely and spoke excellent English. She told me where I could find vegan food, an ATM, and decaf coffee (Starbucks). My husband greatly enjoyed the buffet breakfast (good selection at a reasonable price). We were grateful for the elevator (it's small, but functional) and the clean, modern shower with 2 shower heads. Very quiet at night. The hotel arranged a private car to take us to the airport for a fee. Communication with the property prior to our stay was outstanding.

There was a heat wave during our 4 night stay. While the hallways, lobby and dining area were all comfortably cool, our room was unbearably hot. The Front Desk kept lowering our room temperature remotely and gave us a portable fan, but it was too hot at night to sleep. Clearly there was a problem with our room AC, but the hotel said they were full and couldn't move us. They finally found us a cool room for the last night and waived my husband's breakfast fees as a gesture of good will. If it weren't for the unfortunate AC issue, it would have been a delightful stay.

The a/c was locked so the room was hot, the tv was French and I was unable to change to English. I requested two beds. They put two beds next to each other.

Wir hatten ein etwas grösseres Zimmer gewählt und es hat sich absolut gelohnt.Hübsches Zimmer und super Klimaanlage. Konnten bei 37Grad Aussentemperatur herrlich schlafen und uns von ser Hitze erholen.

The property is very well located. Walking distance to St Germain, the Seine and Greer restaurants. The entrance to the hotel, was great. Very clean, great light and good air conditioning.

I have been to Paris many times, so I am very well aware how small rooms can be. However, this room was exceptionally small in comparison to the pictures on the website. The room was very strangely laid out, where the shower was in the bedroom and the bathroom (toilet) separate. There was very little to walk in the room, but again, I’m very well aware how small rooms are in Paris, but this felt very small and cramped.

Our room was smaller than i expected and i was that the T.V wasn't working . The room didn't have a small fridge in the room for milk and drinks .
