跳電問題，跟寶寶在沒有電的房間待了一小時才給出解決方案，換了房還是跳電！訂兩間房，另一間房用個吹風機也跳電！（使用的都是飯店給的電器設備，並非同時充電、用電）其他也懶得說了⋯

We had a very pleasant stay, especially thanks to the incredibly patient and helpful staff. Due to a flight cancellation by China Airlines, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties. Even though there was no representative from China Airlines available at the hotel, the receptionist was very patient and took the time to answer all our questions and help us as much as possible. We really appreciated their kindness, patience, and understanding during a stressful situation. Thank you so much for your excellent service! 🙏

我喜歡飯店的露天停車場，因為我們外出是因工作所以開貨車，飯店很棒感謝提供停車場，讓我們少去了找停車位之苦；早餐也很棒中西式都有，只可惜我食量不大，不然真想都吃一輪

房間內的霉味有點重，還有隔音不算好

地毯舊了有污漬（可能之前房客打翻咖啡或可樂），如果可以更新地毯或是不要地毯，清潔比較容易。

Location to Taimall is plus espically for a day or two stopover or maybe longer stay. It is so convenient for food and shopping amenities. Also your staff are helpful. We find Taiwanese people very friendly, helpful and approachable generally.

服務人員甚至房務員的親切和理解超乎預期。 雖然設備有點年紀、整旅程增還是感覺很舒服。

健身房設備已經該維修汰換了 特地帶了泳衣、結果水療池沒開放

插頭太少，3C產品充電不方便

1.早餐很棒，服務人員很貼心，品項多樣。 2.台茂百貨旁，還有台茂公園。 3.浴室水壓大，有浴缸。 4.窗戶視野很廣 5.門口迎賓很親切

1.住宿晚上有蟑螂 2.浴室洗手台底下的鐵架破壞了整個浴室的設計 3.地毯污損點很多感覺不乾淨 4.睡覺的頭頂剛好天花板有脫皮，晚上睡覺嘴巴要比起來。 5.機車停車場竟然是騎在人行道上，而且中間還插了一隻三角錐（障礙賽？），雨天的話人行道磁磚也會滑，建議改路線，感覺員工應該也是騎人行道磁磚停車，如果打滑會變工傷。

5月27日在櫃檯辦了很久的check in, 最後給的房間，竟然是已經有人在使用，我打開門的瞬間，看到一位先生正在室內，太尷尬了，這櫃檯的服務，雖然立即向我道歉，但這實在太不專業，不應該發生的事，實在令人失望。 櫃檯安排車輛的先生，態度更不佳，我只是問隔天能不能協助安排我搭乘我們公司的組員車回去南崁總部（我也是長榮航空主管），我也表示，如果不行，我也可以搭計程車。這位先生很堅持，不行就是不行，合約就是這樣。我能理解因為我是透過booking的平台預訂飯店，所以我不能使用公司提供的交通接駁車。可以好好的委婉表達，卻用一個命令式的口氣和我對話，我想任何人都受不了這樣被對待的態度。

立地

部屋は清潔で広く、湯船があったのが日本人にはかなりの評価アップポイントです。立地的には、非常に大きな台茂ショッピングモールの隣なので、買い物も食事も困ることはありません。また、桃園駅と桃園空港の中間くらいに位置し、それぞれ乗り換えなしのバス一本で到着できるので非常に便利です。（Googleマップですと、空港への国光バス1841はショッピングモール前のバス停からの出発が示されますが、実際はホテルを出たところのセブンイレブン前に国光バスのバス停がありますのでご注意ください）

staff quality were very inconsistent. the night of my stay i asked regarding my parking token and the lady looked at me with DISGUST AND AWEFUL TONE AND asked me"你是住客嗎？” “ARE YOU A GUEST?” (PS I WAS IN MY WORK CLOTHES AND HAVENT SHOWERED YET BUT THAT WAS SUCH A DISGUSTING ATITUDE) ( this was around 18:00) I asked for a breakfast in my room since i have very important maters to deal with so i cant go to their restaurant for the breakfast but it didnt come i asked for a morning call and again wasn't delivered. good thing i had 10 alarms set up since i took a sleeping pill. I asked them to open the parking doors since i didnt get a token. the lady asked me to wait for 10 min for a different colleague while she had the remote to open the door and she's not alone on the front desk. meaning she'd rather have me wait 10 mins than tend to my needs at 11pm when i am in a rush. PS: I've stayed in this hotel dozens of times before through multiple different platforms like agoda booking hotels and direct booking. the staff that tend to me weren't the old ones so im guessjng their quality is DECLINING.
