lots of activities and games for children, very family-friendly hotel. Good breakfast

A lot of facilities, the animals were a huge plus.

I couldn't stay there for longer

舒適。

Excellent place to stay. The ladies at reception were so hospitable. Excellent service and lovely room. Breakfast box was fantastic especially as we were leaving early for our flight. Thank you so much

Nothing. Everything was superb .

I booked it a few reasons it was close to the Mall in the area and that it had a lot of activities in the Game room ..along with the massage chairs.. and laundry on every floor.. the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good .. free coffee and juice all day .

Some items on the breakfast buffet were being served at room temperature or kept at room temperature that should’ve been served at warmer temperatures

Fun hotel. Huge room. The lobby was also large so it was fun to hang out there to enjoy the free coffee, which we appreciated. The free laundry helped us out a lot.

Very family friendly facility and services. Staff was very accommodating. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Massage chairs are a hit!

The bed was a little hard

One of our best hotel experiences. Great amenities. Massage chairs and having pets on premise was such a nice touch. We appreciated the access to a free laundry room. Hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel took their care to another level when they offered guest lunch and dinner due to the Typhoon. Very considerate! I highly recommend this place!!!

Wish there was an airport shuttle. That would have made this hotel a 10/10!!!

Very clean; helpful staff, good breakfast

Would have preferred a hotel bar or restaurant that was open at 10 am

Good value for the price, clean, helpful staff

Strange it didn't have an airport shuttle

Room is a good size. Enough space for luggage and one is still able walk around comfortably. Water pressure in the toilet was fantastic. Located within 20mins from Taoyuan Airport. There is a 24 hour self service drink bar with a variety of small snacks. Hotel is dog friendly. Breakfast was the best among all the hotels I have stayed in - great variety of food, including local (Taiwanese) food, international selection, as well as drinks, as well as packet/bottled flavoured drinks. Water dispenser, washing machines and dryer at every level.

Mattress a bit hard and bouncy . If you are sharing the bed with someone, you can feel the movement.

Super Lage, grosse Zimmer, schönes Hotel mit gratis Tee, Gebäck, kleines Fitness, Ping-Pong Tische, gratis Waschmaschine und einem top top Frühstück. Das war wirklich fantastisch!

Comfy bed, big room, loved the common area downstairs to work from

Location was a but in the middle of nowhere, but close ish to airport

Passade mig bra med närhet till företag som jag skulle besöka. Vänlig personal, bra frukost och bra städning.

Delicious breakfast with a good range of local and western dishes. Nice fresh fruits. Exceptiomal house-made almond cookies. Very helpful staff. Good long bench top in the spacious room to hold miscelaneous items. In-room microwave for convenience. Washing machine and drier on every floor was handy. Hot and cold water dispensers on each floor.

They have dropped the daily supply bags of snacks, juice and teabags for guest rooms since our last visit in late 2024 though free snacks, tea and coffee were now available on G/F any time. The reception area was understaffed that saw employees working very hard to multitask. It compromised the guests-staff interaction which is essential for a homely atmosphere.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. They are clean and very spacious, not crowded and very quiet. I arrived after Midnight and the front desk was open and got me in the room in a couple of minutes.

The location is not very close to the Taoyuan airport and is not closed to the airport train. It's hard to get to downtown or airport by public transportation. It cost about 570 NTD from the airport to the hotel by taxi. The buffet breakfast is very good for the US standard, but below average for asian hotels. Not as many Taiwanese food as I hoped for.

空港から車で20分程。徒歩すぐのところにショッピングモールがあり、そのフードコートが充実しており便利でした。マッサージチェアもあり、全体的にゆったりした空間でよかったです。

The doors close quietly, and the neighbors don't disturb your sleep.

Lack of hand soap and drinking water.
