Stayed for three days. Cleaner on fifth floor were very rude and asked us to follow her rules, which said she was only there up untill noon and if we want anything for our room better asked before she get home. The room got flooded not our fault la anteh. On day of checked out, she asked us to re-arrange back the bed sitting which is the first of my hotel experience in hundreds of hotel I stayed.

toilet - wall and floor edges at shower area little dirty, shower head unable to rest on the holder;, despite lowering the water pressure and maximize the temperature , the water still not hot, the body soap provided kinda diluted. the desk placed without any plug point nearby ..need to push the table near to the bed to access the plug point. all the tv channel not clear and lack of channel options.

Staff not useful, No room service, Apparently have to request at front desk each day if you want this. Let someone in my room who apparently told them they had left something behind even though didnt know them or check with me, lucky had passport and valuables with me. Staff tried to deny however found out house keeping will open any door if you ask them

As stated on Booking.com there would be a safe in the room, but when I enquired the front desk said need to pay extra. 1st-day of breakfast was terrible, they served a tray of over-fried eggs with burnt, it was hard and awful. Food is oily.
