L'emplacement est très bien , près du transport en commun à 2 minutes de la station du tram, 6 minutes de la station de métro , quartier bruillant mais tranquille.

Les chambres ne sont pas sonorisées, on attend les bruits des autres chambres et les pieds de l'étages de dessus.

The location is absolutely wonderful, 500m from HVL-1 (airport bus line) and right near T1 tramstation. A fast elevator, very spacious room and bathroom, as well. Very attentive personnel, especially when serving the breakfast: i.e. - they observed that i have (self)served some omelette in the first day - than in another morning I was late "enough" :-) to "skip" that dish - and i had NO complain at all about that; but, right a few minutes after, the clerk appeared with a BIG, fresh omelette on a large plate, especially prepared for me. Of course, I was TRULLY impressed. Two days after, I got to "catch" the omelett, but "my personal omelette" came again, right from the kitchen. Amazing care, on my oppinion - a wonderful experience!

A supplementary elevator could be useful; once again: the existing one is FAST, however when people calls it from several floors, it might be A BIT annoying. NOT the fault of the hotel, I should mention!

La ubicación es, sin duda, el punto fuerte de este alojamiento. Está cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente apartado como para no estar en pleno ajetreo de la ciudad, algo que se agradece muchísimo.

Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño aceptable; de hecho, había leído muchas críticas sobre eso en hoteles de la zona y, personalmente, no me parecieron pequeñas. Pero el verdadero problema es que, bajo ningún concepto, considero que este hotel pueda calificarse como un 4 estrellas. Quizá los estándares sean diferentes en Turquía, pero para mí no alcanza ni el nivel de un 2 estrellas. El aislamiento acústico es prácticamente inexistente: se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que pasaba fuera de la habitación. Además, el baño tenía un enorme charco de agua constante que empeoraba cada vez que nos duchábamos. La cama también hacía muchísimo ruido con cualquier movimiento, algo bastante incómodo a la hora de descansar. El desayuno fue otro punto bastante flojo: muy simple y con muy poca variedad, básicamente distintos tipos de queso y poco más. Teniendo en cuenta que ni siquiera era de las opciones más baratas, decidí reservarlo únicamente por la ubicación, y la verdad es que fue una decepción. Es una pena, porque el hotel tiene potencial y podría mejorar muchísimo con una pequeña reforma y algo más de mantenimiento. Pero, tal y como está actualmente, yo personalmente no lo recomendaría.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and overall I had a good experience. What I really liked was its ideal location, close to the tram, bus stops, restaurants, and shops. The welcome was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from other rooms can be heard quite easily. I also think the breakfast could be better.

Когда заходишь в отель ,тебе хотя бы говорят добро пожаловать,в этом отеле этого не принято ,также если ваши руки заняты ,то помощь с багажом вам тоже не предложат.Если вы хотите получить средства гигиены которые должны присутствовать по умолчанию в отеле то встретите насмешки,и кроме мыла вам ничего не дадут,но если вы напишите через Букинг то принесут тюбик зубной пасты 10 гр на 6 дней .Если вы хотите получить незабываемый опыт унижения, то тогда смело выбирайте этот отель,здесь вы получите незабываемый опыт унижения вас как человека, это гарантировано ,фото с Букинга не соответствуют,в номере нет чашек,также в комнате нет стула где можно сесть ,ты должен сидеть на кровати на которой ты спишь ,это был ужасный опыт ,также в этом отеле есть намек на дискриминацию, где вас оценивают в зависимости с какой вы страны.Ну и самое главное это то что Турция славиться своим незабываемым кофе и естественно с утра ты мечтаешь выпить вкусную чашечку но у сожалению в этом отеле присутствует растворимая бурда и тебе приходиться покупать ежедневно кофе .

Super godt hotel

L'accueil était Top. J'ai vraiment apprécié les personnes qui s'occupaient du ménage ( 6ème étage).

Malgré mes réclamations concernant internet (coupures importantes) rien n'a été fait et c'était perturbant. * Dans les toilettes, le débit de l'eau était insuffisant. Je pense qu'il ne s'agit que du 6ème étage que je revisiterai Inchallah.

Все было отлично. Изначально планировали прожить там несколько дней, но потом решили продлить проживание! Все благодаря парню за стойкой , если не ошибаюсь зовут Эдем!

Ich war 6 tage im Hotel, die Zimmer sind unhygienisch und vorallem ist die Umgebung sehr unsicher. Bitte guckt euch erst um wo ihr welches Hotel bucht, lieber bezahle ich 50-100€ mehr und habe eine sichere umgebung mit vielen Transportmitteln. Erstes unf letztes mal. Habe Expedia kontaktiert, damit ich mitten im urlaub mein Hotel wechseln kann, der Manager des Hotels hat sich nicht zurückgemeldet. Fazit: es dreht sich alles nurrrr um Geld

Great location to the large mosques and the metro stops that can take you to other parts of town. Pretty central for all first time visitor tourist activities.

Coffee machine wasn't ever working during breakfast, but the staff were good about rotating the tables and the food for the buffet, especially for the amount of traffic they had.

I booked this hotel thinking it is a 4 stars hotel, but it was not. The room was dusty, AC did not work, safe was broken, bathroom had mold in the shower and wash table. In addition, we were not informed of the construction that is being done outside the hotel. Therefore, we had to drag our bags, and no one helped us to take the bags upstairs. Guests were too noisy and no one asked me to respect others' requirement to have a peaceful breakfast. I decided to checkout two nights after (original booked for 4 nights) and sadly I forgot my Airpods Pro in the room. I called the hotel and I informed them that I forgot the airpods in the room and they should call me if they find it or not. That did not happen, The lady responded "ok ok" and hung up right away. This was the worst experience I had in istanbul and never again. Shame to call yourself 4 stars hotel.

Rooms are clean .location is perfect but room size is small breakfast is in very low quality.people in this area can have better options in this price.i wanted to make a tea in the room by kettle but when i look inside the kettele i prefered to donot drink tea iside the room.only location is good.

The staff was very helpful, but the facility part like the sauna and jacuzzi has a misleading information, you have to booked and paid to use these facilities.

The staff are super friendly, in particular the cleaners and reception staff. The rooms are very comfortable and all the facilities you need are available. Brilliant shower! Depends on why you are coming to Istanbul, so if you are there for a shopping trip the location is really good, with all the transport links nearby. The area (Aksaray) is very crowded, but once you're in the room, you don't hear any of that.

The breakfast had no variety and offer. If that is improved, this would make this an excellent hotel.

Our room phone was not working. I asked three times to fix it and each time they told they will, but never did. Later I found that the cable was cut ended and left loose under the drawer. It was not even connected to the wall./// My credit card had been declined by hotel three days before my travel and it was so frustrating. After resolving the issue with my card limit, I contacted hotel asking their verification. I contacted them repeatedly through email and call (I was paying international call fees) and messages and SMS without receiving a single reply./// Too much noise from other rooms (adjacent and upper floor) and corridor. For example somebody in the next room had set alarm for 4 A.M (I suppose it was because of time zone difference) which made their phone vibrate and ring for three (yes three!!) hours and awakened all three of us. It has not awakened the person who had set it, though! The next two days that phone awakened us from 7 A.M. still vibrating until we left the room for breakfast at 8 A.M./// Room size was too small for a 4star hotel. The lobby was too tiny as well./// Beds were not the most comfortable.///

The hotel staff are so rude. The food was dirty abs had insects and flies. Customer services is Zero, the cleaning staff stole 4000$ from my purse while I went down to take my breakfast. I asked for the manager for three days no manager came to file a complaint. English skills is zero. No way to communicate with anyone. Definitely NO

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. We stayed there for one week me and my friends. My friend left her purse in the closet and went down to the breakfast for 20 minutes. They stole 4000 from her purse and left the Turkish money and the credit card and the passport which were there. We complained to the front desk and ask for the manager to speak to. For three days asking for the manager and never showed up. Bad attitudes and no respect to people at all.

Uncomfortable beds, bathroom was leaking water and totally not clean Bad experience would not stay here ever again .. The breakfast buffet could be better Non disposable culinary services It's good in location only.,yet not for children or old people

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Fathi, sehr gute Anbindung zu Tram und Metro und hat alles, was ein 4*-Hotel haben sollte. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, allerdings auch sehr hellhörig, lag wohl am Durchgang zum Nachbarzimmer. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, alles gut. Das Hotel und das angegliederte Restaurant leben von den Mitarbeitern, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von der Rezeption über Restaurant, Zimmerservice Bois hin zum Gärtner sind top.

I must say that I went to Istanbul to participate at the half matrathon. Therefore I asked the agengy to find a place close to the start of the event. Anyway Hoel Sorriso is a good location well connect by tram to the most famous topic of the city: Blue Mosque, Santa Sofia, Topkapi and Grand Bazar, that you could get also by walking. The hotel is clean and the personell polite. The quality of the food is "avarage". My room was a "de luxe " situated on the 7th floor, rather quiet because it was situated in the back side.
