Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak

Well located

Reception is at an elevation and not at ground level. No elevator available at road level, need to use the stairs, however there is an option to go to the basement and take the elevator. We had issues with a malfunctioning safe, bathroom door lock and shower unit in the room we upgraded to, however these were fixed by housekeeping. Management should consider increased overhaul and maintenance.

Dinner was a bit slow

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay in the hotel, staff were brilliant, great selection of food. Front desk staff couldn't do enough to help in every way. Room was serviced at all times whenever we needed it to be, all our requirements were met promptly and with a smile. Bar staff at the pool were obliging and always provided us with complementary popcorn to enjoy the lavish pool environment.

had difficulity with the payment for breakfast and instead had to buy a credit instead of paying for the breakfast. Also this was non refundable. Bad karma. Had a terrible dinner one night so did not eat dinner there again. The main entrance is high form the road has lots of steps and ramps which are difficult for luggage and people with leg problems.

We stayed in the Junior suite, and it was a large and spacious room. We loved the staff, they were amazing the whole time we stayed. There was nothing that was a problem for them, and they were all happy and cheerful. My 2 year old girl loved feeding the large koi in the garden. We found the place not loud and the pool area not too overcrowded. The breakfast was great.

When we first arrived, there were no blankets or pillows for our two boys who were sleeping on the large sofa bed. This was quickly fixed by house keeping. I found the laundry was quite expensive.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious. The staffs were friendly. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet.

Comfortable beds, spacious room for family of 4(Junior Suite), Amazing lap pool. Breakfast was good with lot of options. Staff were very helpful.

For afternoon Tea(4pm to 6pm) at level 6, we saw couple of lizards around the open food(desserts). Day 1 towels were near new however on day 2 the towels were quite old and we couldn't use it. When notified they were replaced immediately.

Big rooms, nice pool and amazing breakfast. Central location on walking distance beach. Great koi carp pond and gym was ok.

The room was very large, super clean and facilities excellent. Easy pool access and someone at the Splash Bar consistently during the times you would expect. The entire team were wonderful, from check-in to restaurant to breakfast to housekeeping - all brilliant at their jobs and delightfully friendly. Special mention to Sri who asked for our names and used them throughout our stay. She set a great example of high quality service and professionalism.

The location isn't brilliant, but easy walking via beach or high streets to central Seminyak. The hotel reception will arrange cabs and there is a golf cart shuttle a few times during the day.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the bed.The bed sheets had visible stains, the towels did not appear to be clean, and the bed was uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. I expected a higher standard from a Four Points by Sheraton hotel.

What a wonderful place. We loved having our own loungers outside our room. The chef Kadek Antara went above and beyond to cater for the three Coeliacs in our family. He made gluten free pancakes everyday for us and made us our own special lunch one day. All staff were exceptional including our cleaners Bagus and Yogi. The massages were amazing. We will be back!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Seminyak. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. Every single team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. Our suite was wonderfully spacious, featuring incredibly comfortable beds that were perfect to crash into after a long day of exploring Bali. We also loved the delicious breakfast options, which featured a fantastic variety of local cuisine. The pool area was another major highlight—a great spot to unwind. A special thank you to the amazing team members who made our trip so memorable: Dwi, Chef Dana, Chef Yuni, the gracious housekeeping team, and the wonderful ladies at the spa. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and surrounds were amazing, and the food in both the restaurants was varied and always delicious, especially the daily buffet breakfasts.

My cousin Steph and I loved every second of our stay. The beautiful service is quite clearly a stand out (Bagus for his beautiful housekeeping, Lolly for her fun nature and consistent care, Sri for her kindness and attentiveness and Jaison for always making us smile.) We’ve had the most relaxing time, been cared for like no other and will most definitely be returning. Also- can’t recommend getting a pool access room enough! That was a treat and a half!

Ira and Sri deserve a mention. These girls made us very welcomed. Bagus and team were doing our room also very accommodating. Quiet location, with a short walk to main strip but they have vehicle that takes you to Seminyak Square at schedule times. Though I don’t recall this being mentioned upon check in so we didn’t know about this initially. We were surprised with the offer of free afternoon snacks at the rooftop bar. They come around the pool area in the afternoon with fruit and there is free popcorn on request with drinks. Value for money and facilities are cleaned and maintained. Definitely coming back.

AWhat a wonderful fourpoints Hotel Seminyak Bali😍

Four Points by Sheraton Seminyak, Bali is a lovely place to stay for families. It's located in the corner of the street (less noise around to relax), close to the supermarket if you need snacks or essentials), a short drive to Seminyak Village/Seminyak square for a little local shopping. We had a short 4 night stay and enjoyed the time there. All the staff from the front desk/reception to the restaurant, pool area, spa and housekeeping are very friendly and accommodating. We need to highlight all the staff at Devali Restaurant especially Mia (pastry/kitchen staff) and also the chef who made me fried Tempe (didn't get his name). Everyone in the restaurant made us feel special, thank you everyone. Thank you to Ratmini for a lovely massage/spa I had. Thank you to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our connecting rooms everyday especially Ngurah (I think that's his name) who did a thorough clean and very friendly too. Thank you Four Points, we'll be back next time.

Spent our first 10 nights of our trip to Bali here the hotel is situated in a good location close to beach local shops markets and restaurants. walking into the hotel you are made to feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly and will do anything to make your stay perfect. When we stayed there they had young students from college learning how to run a hotel and did they know how to they were well trained and could not do enough for us well done all of you. Breakfast was amazing there was something for every nationality if you asked for a specific item they would do there best to supply it. One barman actually went to five different outlets looking for Bali cider for me as I had asked for it but the bar did not keep it. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well stocked with what you need Water supplied every day. Hotel is absolutely spotless. We will have no problem booking this hotel again.

It is an average 3 star hotel. Nothing good or bad. Location is ok. About 1 hour from Tanah, Nusa Kuta, Denpasar and to Nusa Dua. Food was ok and room was ok. Staff was ok as well.

Pool area requires more sun lounges. maintenance work painting grinding knocking should be done in out of season time we did not travel 7 1/2 thousand miles in 19 hours to listen to a man on the roof with a grinder for three days that was very disappointing and spoilt a lovely time at the hotel. The staff in the hotel, especially the girls and boys who were training from college made us feel very welcome and at home excellent work. Marriott should think of taking those people on permanently.

The only problem we had as I said previously where the maintenance work being carried out especially the man on the roof of the Hotel grinding and welding you don’t you do not want to see or hear this when you have travelled a long distance and spent a lot of money to stay at this hotel this was very disappointing and forces out of the Hotel to look elsewhere to sunbathe and relax.

i had the best time , its my first time to Bali and wont be the last. the room was very clean and comfortable everything i needed. atmosphere was great. the location was not far from beach shops restaurants. the staff here where so beautiful all remembering my name and greeting me every-time they seen me and asking if i needed anything . leaving cute notes in my room are doing house keeping. great value for money. the wellness spa at resort was amazing. will definitely be staying here again. sad to be leaving tomorrow. already looking forward to coming again 🫶🏼

The location of the hotel is strategic, with close proximity to the beach, clubs, shopping centre and entertainment hub. This hotel offers convenient airport shuttle service and seamless transportation throughout Seminyak. The hotel rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. Ms.Tanti (Duty Manager), Ms.Sri (Devali Restaurant) and Mr.Febri (Housekeeping) are the assets of the hotel who demonstrated the essentials of an excellent provider in Customer Service, thumbs up for them. Generally the employees of the hotel still require training particularly the inconsistent Housekeeping Team, which was my only disappointment during the stay. Overall, my rating is 8/10.

All the staffs are very friendly and attentive. We are very happy with the services provided. Staff Ami at the restaurant was very kind and friendly. Other staffs also are very good but I'm not sure the name. My mother had a leg injury. All the hotel staff was very helpful. Wonderful garden view.

Great place to put your feet or base yourself for activities. While not in the heart of Seminyak only a short walk to the hustle and bustle. Use Grab for cheap transport. Food great, staff lovely and accommodation fabulous.
