Location was excellent, and even after being bang on the busy street, it was so green and quiet inside. We had assumed that we would get ground floor rooms after having seen pictures of the mentioned room types but on reaching we got rooms on the first floor and that too away from each other as otherwise requested beforehand 2 months back, however they were kind to upgrade us to a beautiful family suite when we expressed our disappointment.

There were huge cracks running all over the bathroom, water outlets in shower took so much time for the water to drain that it overflowed the bathroom, towels looked a bit overused and next door construction made it a bit difficult to sleep on the days we wanted to sleep in a little bit.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the pool was very nice. The second room we got after complaining about our first room was very lovely, the room got cleaned every day and we got complimentary bottles of water every morning.

The first room we got was nothing like the photos illustrated at booking.com (superior room) the bathroom was very small, dirty, no separation between the toilet, sink or shower and it was very old, outdated and weathered so we were very disappointed. But after putting a complaint in they upgraded us to a better room. The resort is in a very busy street with a lot of traffic it is also right next to a night club which has music going till 4am in the morning. Behind the resort there is also a lot of noise going on from a building site

My Bathroom was dirty very very old, it had a fly tile that you stubbed your toe on as it wasn’t even floor tile. Furniture ready for Salvation Army Store. No Maintenance. Hand marks on white bathroom door like someone had makeup on & touched the door. So it was noticed by the cleaners. Noisy loud people next door had to go down & ask for Security to shut the noise down at 1 am in the morning 😱😱😱Good AC that was about it !! Convenient location . Would do well if the premises had a complete overhaul!! But that never happens in Bali!! I only had one quick shower because the shower was so disgusting 🤮!!

My first room had a leak in the bathroom when there was a big storm- but the hotel changed my room the next day so sorted . Would prefer black out blinds/ curtains as the light was strong in the early hours . About noisy at night but to have such a great location there is no way round that 🤷‍♀️

Very good location, and despite being off a busy street, it was very peaceful. The Petitenget Beach is about a 20min walk away. We stayed in the family deluxe 2 floor apartment. It was clean. The room upstairs is huge. Beds were comfortable although the upstairs one is quite high so a step to get on it would be better. They seemed to have a small dining area but there was no one attending so we never ate at the hotel. But there is a fantastic restaurant at the front that had amazing breakfast and offered it all day. There is also a fantastic Asian restaurant opposite on the main street called Noaa, amazing food.

The staff weren't around very much, they stay in the reception area. some family left food and drinks by the pool and it wasn't cleaned up the whole day. The pool offers a pool bar but no staff member was around to ask if we wanted anything. Sorry, there are staff at reception but I dont think we should be walking to reception to ask. The downstairs toilet was constantly blocked which was not ideal. Luckily we had the upstairs bathroom. Bathrooms need a good clean especially around the taps. There is some building work going on next door which went on all day every day.

Very good location. It’s actually just 10-15 mins from the beach as it was claimed and everything is affordable nearby. Stuff is welcoming. The room is clean and they bring 2 bottles of water everyday. The pool is clean either.

Bathroom is too dark and it would be better with the better lighting.

Location is the best. Staff did best to provide what i asked for i.e, refills for coffee etc

The room was huge with a king size bed. Location was close very central which made it easy to walk everywhere. The pool was cute and reminded me of resorts in the 1960's

Right in the middle of everything yet tucked away in a tranquil rainforest setting with a beautiful pool and lovely restaurant right in front of it. The breakfast was lovely.

traditional Balinese, plenty greenery, so much nicer than the high rise buildings, could do with an overhaul but loved it. a special shout out for Trishna, such a lovely lady

Heerlijk zwembad, rustig en toch in het gezellige centrum. En op loopafstand van het strand.

Toilets didn’t flush properly and sewage water would leak onto the floor from the bottom of the toilet. Mold stains on our sheets aswell. Very poor stay for the price we payed

Location superb and the on site restaurant is really lovely. Gorgeous pool sparkling clean and lovely temperature. Rooms serviced every day and near to everything

Flexibiliteit van het personeel. We verbleven last minute met 1 persoon extra en een extra bed was zo geregeld. De bedden waren van goede kwaliteit

De badkamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe. Het is functioneel maar kan zeker een update gebruiken. Een likje verf in het gehele verblijf zou ook geen kwaad kunnen.

Det var helt otrolig personal. Jag fick Bali belly under första natten jag bodde här. Och utan personalen hade jag inte överlevt. De ringde doktor åt mig som kom till hotellet och hjälpte mig. Eftersom jag reste själv hade jag ingen som kunde hjälpa mig köpa mat så personalen gjorde det åt mig. De gav otrolig service till mitt rum. Jag har inte nog med ord att beskriva hur tacksam jag är för de som jobbade där och hur mycket de hjälpte mig. Att vara sjuk när man reser ensam är läskigt. Men de gjorde så jag kände mig trygg. Det var också rent och stort rum. Skön säng. Mysig balkong. Och som sagt, helt otrolig personal.

The hotel is tired, but bed was clean and comfortable. Good location for shops and restaurants, reasonable walk to the beach.

There is no card to indicate room service not needed , it would be easier if the card hanged at the door knob.

It really is a hidden gem ! I have nothing negative to say about it ! Staff very attentive and the breakfast options are perfect for anyone . Pool and entire grounds are amazing and clean !

Dangerous pool 2.8m. The quality of room is shocking. Generally nothing wrong but we Deeply regret that we booked this place.

The pool area was fabulous. Well maintained and beautiful.

The local area had lots of lights and place to enter for food but not nice enough to entice me. It seemed a bit rough and aimed at more boisterous age group. I dined at the hotel food offerings which werre probably the bestchoices I could have made. Overall the hotel seriously needs a malor update. The room furnishings werewell past useby date.lighting in the bathroom area was very dull and needs to bemuch much brighter. I did find the older femal office staff to be less welcoming than my usual experience. Actually bordering on rude at times.for the low price i would recommend for the pool area and most of the less aged office wotkers.

The pool is great. I like that is deep and i can swim in it. The restaurant and the nail spa are great additions to it. The place is quiet, considering the location. Location is great. The restaurant is good, although there are slightly better options near by. If you want a budget friendly accommodation that is not a backpackers party place, you should consider this one.

Tv does not have free access. Should be considered for longer stays. The bar should be refilled every day, as it is a cheap choice to keep hydrated. Food should be able to be ordered to the room and not only in the restaurant.

Central location for restaurants 10 minute walk to the beach Shops for women’s clothing expensive but interesting to browse.
