Red Knight Gardens

Kamer ontbijt en je kan van 6.30 tot 22.00 gebruik maken van restaurant en zwembad heerlijke en heerlijke koffie

Nice, cosy with good food

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral mitten in der Stadt und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel.

Leider war unser Check-out sehr stressig.

The room was nice and clean

Nothing

It’s inside a village / gated subdivision. It’s proximity to Seda / Abreeza mall

Beware of the layout here. We were placed in the new property across the street from the main hub. Having to leave the building and cross a road every time we wanted to swim or eat completely ruined the convenience. It honestly felt like we were staying at a neighbor's property and just visiting the main hotel. Even ordering room service felt awkward because the staff had to walk so far from the main kitchen. Not the seamless, relaxing stay we expected.

I like that it’s a modest place for the price , good value overall. The staff are helpful, the Wi-Fi is reliable enough, and the hot shower works well. Rooms are spacious, and parking is highly accessible. While the restaurant is small, it offers enough variety to keep you satisfied for about three days, after which you’ll likely start repeating the menu. Nevertheless, its very close to restaurants and cafes and Malls.

Toiletries don’t include a toothbrush or toothpaste. The air conditioning is set quite low and blows directly onto the bed. Not bad at all but could have been better.

good place for family stay. pool and restaurant close late which is handy to entertain kids.

internal needs a good renovation.

The inexpensive restaurant is excellent not only for breakfast, nice swimming pool, beautiful garden, quiet area good parking, friendly staff

Aircon too loud, no hair dryer

Ontbijt is niet echt denderend. Verschillende dranken niet te krijgen.out of stock.

The breakfast is ok.

We don't have a hot water and we didn't shower until the morning.

Affordable accomodation

Old building that needs to atleast do minor renovation especially bathroom..

Restaurant was good and the personal was friendly and supportive. The pool was nice and very clean. The garden was really nice and well maintained.

Our Rooms had the window to the street. The pool could not be seen from our room. The AC was kind of old. TV had Youtube only, no broadcast or streaming services available.

Location

Aircon almost floor level and blowing directly to head part of bed thus blowing straight on my head Can't move the bed, permanently fixed.

Clean but old room. They had signs they are renovating. Awesome value friendly staff. Beautiful pool the food was good also

No WiFi. The WiFi was not working .i had emails and other tasks I needed to work on. I was unable. They did give me a small credit upon check out

Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Der Mitarbeiter der Nachtschicht.

De kamers

Its cool and clean, with kitchen were you can cook on your own dish, wala nga lang sila basahan. The place was very much like coz it's accessible to anywhere you go. Very Near to the airport.

So far wala naman.

Location. A few minutes ride to SM Lanang. The place is also considerably spacious for a family of 4. Our prior request was granted to be placed in the ground area due to our senior companion. Safe area as well. Special mention to the lady staff who cleans the area and promptly gives us our daily supplies. And the young gentleman who was on the front desk was accommodating. Joel, the first staff who welcomed us was very nice and helpful as well and also those men who came to work on the problem on the toilet.

Problem with the toilet as was blocked on our 3rd night...maintenance only came in the morning as no maintenance staff at night. The lady in charge that night was reluctant to help us address the issue, though she gave us a plunger to deal with it. We were expecting a maintenance crew to deal with the problem as we were tired and came home late from a whole day's activities. Next day, there were maintenance who checked the problem. Slightly helped with the problem and was advised to flushed manually using a pale. Was also offered to moved rooms after we came back that day, but it was already late and packing our stuff is not an option late at night. It was a nice gesture to offer us a new room however the same lady from last night said, they offered us a new room without extra charges...which really annoyed me, coz we were already troubled by the blocked toilet and yet mentioning about waving charges should be the last remark one should make. Coz we paid the proper amount for that room and so we expected a good and working accommodation. Other than the blocked toilet and that particular staff, all was well as they also offered for us to use the toilet of the other unit.

Staff are very friendly and service are quick.

The air conditioning is not working in Room 4. We already tried opening all our rooms so the air would go out the living room but it's not working. We had to ask for another fan. Also, there were ants on the kitchen and our bedroom when we check in in room 4 (we were in room 2 before and it's the same with the ants). The ac in room 2 is working but was super loud, we had to raise our voice when talking.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent food & great laundry service

The air conditioner in room 4 is a bit loud Water pressure was very low in the morning

loved the garden!

Just photos..

The place they offer on the photos is not the same as like they provide the room.. There were ants a lot in the room it was very small room.. There are rooms not like the villas on the photos.. very small flats

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and the location was conveniently close to the airport.

There was an electrical socket installed directly in the shower, right behind the showerhead. This poses a serious safety risk.

Management worked really hard to try to charge us extra to fix a problem they caused, But the Front Desk staff worked hard to prevent it. They fought their boss for us. You can't ask for more than that.

I booked a room with 2 queens for 2 couples. When we arrived, the room had 4 twins. Management tried to charge us for an "Upgrade" to a room with 2 queens. Scam behavior.

The location is great staffs are very friendly and accomidate us if we needed help or assistance.

Families join us and use their pool for a fee.few of the family members develop skin problem like itchy and rashes. Maybe we need to check the pool system

Location and value for money

Because it was a bigger party and few rooms were book. The other room was separated from the other side of the building.

Location and staff

Wifi in room is patchy

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very good restaurant foods and service, and nice clean pool
