breakfast is fine. it was included in our booked .but my husband doesnt like coffee so we asked milk but they asked us additional payment. it seems inappropriate because i already paid the breakfast when i booked the room.

Excellent location with nice restaurant and other choices in the vicinity.

First attending staff kept me waiting to be checked in - it was already about 6 pm - when i already indicated earlier that i was expected to arrive at 2pm. Seemed like the room was not ready; front desk staff said she was calling housekeeping, when she seemed like she was attending to something else. Was she forced to give me this “defective” rom? Room 605 - Defective air conditioner that was not cool enough - seems nobody checks functionality. Room had not so nice smell upon my entry - smelled like drainage of bathroom. No towels - had to request around midnight. Really not so nice experience with front desk staff upon check in and the room itself - I would say horrible - gives your hotel a bad reputation. Probably a case of people not doing their assigned jobs well enough, and nobody checks on them. Your saving grace - your duty manager who attended to my complaints when I checked out. He promised to send me feedback before ethe day ended - but no feedback as of yet - really sad - seems like he was not serious after all.

when we arrived at our room. It smells cigarettes and the beddings were dirty and crumpled, seems it has not been replaced. So we asked them to replaced the beddings. Also, i suggest that they have to replaced all their beddings because the white beddings were no longer white, its dirty white

Our room aircon are not to cold & bathroom no hanging rock for towels

it was easily the most proximal hotel to the airport that is priced quite reasonably. twin beds, crisp linens, separate toilet and bath, clean towels. ample space, no hangers. no toothbrush provided but there were shampoo, liquid soap and bath gel. drinking water can ne refilled at a dispensing machine near the elevator. wifi was good & stable. there was only one keycard provided for my colleague & i w/c also served as key to bring power to the whole room which means that the coldness in our room vanishes once we leave the room. bummer! parking is tight.

The bed and air con was ok

The staff were very unfriendly,the shower was bad,the toilet seat was broken,the safe didn't work and apparently every safe in every room we're not working,on check in I was told to wait to get in my room even though I arrived 8 hours after my check in time,just very unwelcoming.

The location is near downtown,when you walk in the lobby I love the smells that they are putting in.I like that the shower and cubicle is in separate room.They have safety deposit box in the room.Over all the hotel is very budget friendly half of the price of the hotel in the area.

It's very small room,you have to put your sign for them to clean your room,very thigh compact space,no small refrigerator,you can hear the bar downstairs in the next plaza doing karaoke(singing)at night.

Close to places, but front office staff “juliana” was very rude. We had a complaint and did not respond at all. We were ignored. Very disappointed. Security guards were the best but other than that it’s pretty bad. Air conditioners were leaking, and did not offer a move. Place was really small considering the price is on the expensive side. They asked a price for a stained towel, but our laundry from them was stained really bad. Very bad service will not come back.

overall its clean but the room was a bit small than i expected. the staff are kind and approachable.

you need to get the water outside with a pitcher. toiletries need to be requested first. a lot of noisy people outside shouting in the hallway.

Friendly staff, clean

They don't communicate well among staff, and they do not provide proof of receipt of payment for laundry, unless you ask for it. Laundry person ends up complaining that payment was never given to him. Also, it is very noisy outside the rooms/hallways between 10pm to 2am. Unless you let the reception know that there's disturbance outside causes by other hotel guests, they're oblivious or nobody cares. It's very difficult to sleep because of the noise. There should be a quiet time between 10pm to 7 or 8am everyday so that guests can have a restful sleep, if not have security regularly patrol the hallways for signs of disturbance/noise.

The location was good to where we went. Bed was comfortable.

The parking was not that easy because space was limited. We had 3 rooms and 1 room was accessible without the use of keycard, The toilet flush of the other room did not function.

Somebody knocked in our door in the middle of our sleep during the wee hour. So disturbing and we were not able to back to sleep again soundly. So bad for us😔

Any positive review of this hotel is a complete lie and probably paid for or inserted by staff. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life . No hot water, so I came down with a cold Mold in the ceiling Paint bubbling off the walls Killed numerous roaches The shower head doesn't work and just sprays water out the top into the shower like a broken pipe Faucet was falling off the sink The safe was not functional Had to unplug the light to turn it on and off Internet barely works and would cut out all the time Furniture was filthy Toilet seat was falling off Toilet ran all night HVAC unit dripped water into the room That's just the start.

The AC was defective. The AC shuts down after a few minutes. We slept without AC. The technician tried to fix it 3 times, but to no success

Booked this room for 2 family members, not myself. And according to the SC, the room was not comfortable to stay coz the space was too small. The beds were not comfortable, and it was a bit noisy from outside.

We hadden een tweepersoonskamer met ontbijt geboekt, maar volgens het hotel was er maar voor een persoon ontbijt inbegrepen. We hebben een extra ontbijt moeten betalen. Daarnaast kwamen we laat aan, was doorgegeven, maar de kamer was niet klaargemaakt. Er waren geen handdoeken, geen drinkbaar water en geen shampoo of zeep.
