Excellent location for staying near the beach. They offer beach towels and umbrellas! Superb value for money.

There was a power outage scheduled for a few hours a day for the days of my stay. While this didn't impact my stay at all, it should have been mentioned at the time of booking or atleast via a message from the hotel immediately after booking.

The rooms were fantastic size and super clean and comfortable! All the staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful! The pool and towel hire was a great addition, and the beach was only a short walk away! We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay!

There was nothing to not like about this property, it was great!

Breakfast was really tasty with good choices, the room was very comfortable and the staff were always smiling and enthusiastic. The location is excellent just a short walk from the beach. Kids loved the slide to the reception area!

Swimming pool is a little small

Les balcons sont dépourvus de quoi s’asseoir. A coté de la petite aire de jeu pour les enfants le bruit extrêmement dérangeant peut réveiller dès 9h et ruiner un projet de grasse mat’…

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a perfect location for restaurants, shops and the beach.

There is a nightclub directly across the street that can be loud. The hotel offers ear plugs but if you are not a heavy sleeper, ask for a room that is not on the street side.

Great staff and breakfast! The shower head was broken and didn’t stay in one spot and there spontaneous pressure points at which the shower head would turn itself around. I found a couple of small bugs in my room. The playground and hallway need to be cleaned especially the walls. Staying on the second floor was very loud as well.

רעש נוראי לא ניתן לישון בלילה כל הזמן מוזיקה עד השעה 4לפנות בוקר היה מזעזע עדיף לקחת מלון באזור העיר שם יש את כל הפעילות ויותר שקט עם המון מה לעשות כי זה קרוב לכל האטרקציות

La proximité de la plage et des départs pour les excursions. La piscine, petite mais peu fréquentée.

Organisation du petit déjeuner : choix un peu limité et temps d'attente aléatoire selon les jours (ce qui peut être délicat quand on part tôt en excursion).

Excellent for a 3-star hotel. Budget-friendly, clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, polite staff, and good breakfast served. Pool at the 5th floor was clean and maintained despite of the many guests. Towels are available for guests to take to the beach, just sign out and return after - this was a definite plus! We are a family of four and we stayed for 12 nights, booked directly from their website. Check-in was smooth. We were given a room on the 4th floor, facing the mountains and the room was quite during nighttime, we were not able to hear music across the street. Ao Nang Beach was just 5 minutes walk. Accessible to a lot of 7-11's, massage centers, salon, food hubs, and tourist markets offering souvenirs, shirts, swimwear, elephant coords, etc. Tuktuks and taxis were not a problem at all. Staff were all polite and service-oriented. They were all very nice 😊. Will not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Un hôtel extrêmement parfait a tout les points de vue. La piscine est un grand plus. La proximité de cette magnifique plage. Entouré de tous les commerces les restaurants la street food... Fantastique. La propreté des lieux,le côté écolo avec l'eau filtrée et les bouteilles en verre. Nous avons profité à quatre de la chambre familiale. Spacieuse et confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix !!!!

It’s rare to find a manager so genuinely dedicated to the guest experience, and he truly made us feel at home. The rest of the staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our trip. El desayuno estaba muy rico aunque no es buffet. La habitación muy muy limpia. La piscina en el tejado, muy chula. La ubicación del hotel es buena.

Se escucha la habitación de al lado como si fuese la tuya. En frente hay un edificio de discotecas, bares, etc, y se escucha la música y la gente hasta la madrugada.

Wij zijn met een gezin van 5 hier verbleven in twee kamers naast elkaar.Mooi centraal gelegen. Fijne bedden, goede airco enen goede wifi. Klein rooftop zwembad genoeg om af te koelen op de hete dagen. Ligt centraal en op loop afstand van het strand, diverse restaurants en vele tours in de buurt te boeken. Vraag wel om een kamer aan de achterkant. Handdoeken service beschikbaar.

Het in verhouding dure ontbijt, die kun je beter zelf regelen bij de 7eleven.

Great location, great and very lovely staff, be RT comfortable and clean place. Ac was very cold and nice to go back to after long day. The merch at the reception was awesome (we got a pillow). There’s a lot to do around the area. Easy to find and overall great place for anyone

Ac leaked and squirted water at one point. The shower and sink leaked and could have worked a little better but not anything horrible. There’s a nightclub opposite so could be loud for some but the room had great sound proofing

The location was amazing. very easy to find, very convenient for everything. a lot of restaurants, shopping stalls, money exchange facilities nearby. few meters away from the beach and it was totally worth it. the hotel staff were friendly too. they offer towels to the beach as well. free photo booth shots too. our stay was very comfortable. rooms were spacious. would definitely come back when in Ao Nang!

nothing to dislike about. just that the walls were a bit thin. you could slightly hear what's been spoken on the other room. but that didn't bother us at all.

strategic location for muslim halal food, motorcycle rental, walking distance to the beach. I really like the room decoration which make my kids happy with the kokotel logo. i will consider to stay here again

Tienen muchos detalles, como. Por ejemplo que te puedes hacer un foto matón al entrar, está bastante vigilado y tiene restricciones que hace que evite el caos, las vistas de la piscina, las camas son muy cómodas.

Por poner algo, El desayuno un poco caro por lo que nos fuimos fuera a desayunar. Que en el ascensor y pasillos no hubiera aire acondicionado.

Rooms were clean and the location was very convenient. Just in front of the street were many good restaurants. Staff was very prompt and they even changed our TV when we asked for a smart TV.

The only thing we felt was there weren’t any coffee/sugar or creamer in the room so we had to buy our own. Breakfast was very good as we are non vegetarians but those who are strictly vegetarian have limited options.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay here with our four young children, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with warm smiles. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was convenient, and the facilities were well-maintained. Traveling with young kids can be challenging, but the team made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Thank you for making our family holiday so memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting Krabi!

The only area that could use a little improvement is the cleanliness of the room, but it was a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience. Apart from that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our holiday here.

The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The stay was pleasant and the overall experience was great.

The only downside was that the soundproofing could be better, as noise from outside or nearby rooms could sometimes be heard. Other than that, everything was good.

Could have had microwave and some coffee and tea samples instead of going down all the time. Room was not ready at check in time and we have to drop our bags near reception and come back after an hour.

L’emplacement de la piscine est cool, mais alors elle est vétuste à la limite de l’acceptable, pas de joints, les carreaux coupent la pieds, mains …

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, es gibt Wasserstationen am Gang, alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool am Dach ist ein Highlight, genauso wie die Sauberkeit des Zimmers.

Abends bis spät in die Nacht ist es sehr laut aufgrund der Hauptstraße - das Hotel bietet aber Oropax an.
